The B&B Nilo 32 is located in a strategic position, right in the historic center, a stone's throw from the main attractions, so you can reach everything or almost everything on foot. Mr. Francesco was very kind and helpful, we felt at home. We had a wonderful holiday, Naples is a unique city like its people, a place to see, but above all to live.

The manager was very kind and welcomed us with trays of Neapolitan sweets. The location is close to the center, the cleanliness is perfect. The environment is a bit old-fashioned, but for two nights it's fine. The breakfast was good, but the savory option was missing.

The property is located in an area rich in monuments and places to visit and more. Just a few steps and you find yourself in a lively and historic Naples. The Metro stop a few hundred meters away allows you to reach most of the city's interesting areas.

We were guests at this Bed & Breakfast Nilo 32 last weekend and the environment is comfortable, welcoming, and clean both in terms of the rooms and the common area, where you can have breakfast. In the latter, sweet and savory snacks, juices, coffee, tea, milk, and water are available. The owner, Francesco, is an extremely attentive person and available for every need, so much so that upon our arrival he made us find a little gift and a tray of sweets, much appreciated, also offering us the possibility to leave the luggage until departure... Well done! Even though it is located on the 4th floor, it is served by a convenient elevator and is in a very central position. Surely if we return, we will be happy to come back.

I stayed at B&B Nilo 32 with my husband for three days. Francesco, the manager, just before our arrival explained to us very clearly how to reach the B&B from the central station. He welcomed us warmly and provided all the information about the B&B and the city. The location is in the bustling and characteristic historic center. The spacious room, with a balcony, was very clean and equipped with everything, as well as the bathroom. In the room there was a fan and a kettle with tea and sugar available. The view over the inner courtyard and the windows allowed us to sleep peacefully. In the fridge there was cold water and fruit juice available. The buffet breakfast was complete with everything: coffee, milk, tea, juices, toast, and jam. Packaged brioches were not very appreciated. Francesco pleasantly surprised us by leaving a tray of really delicious typical sweets in the fridge. Thank you! It's not something you take for granted. It's good that the cleaning person comes in late morning, so you feel very free. We only had one concern: how will it be with higher temperatures without air conditioning? We will return because we had a great time, we felt free but at the same time we were sure we could count on Francesco, always available on WhatsApp and quick to respond. An excellent experience that we recommend to anyone who wants to experience Naples with everything at hand.

Staying at this property was truly a very pleasant experience. The optimal location allowed us to move around easily; the room was very spacious and bright, also equipped with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent and abundant; the room and shared spaces very clean. Finally, the owner was really very kind and helpful throughout our stay, a truly polite person who knows how to make his guests feel welcome.

The manager, Mr. Francesco, is a wonderful person: he pampers the customers with sweets and little gifts. Quiet structure and very central location convenient to everything! I have been with my family. Highly recommended!

Clean B&B, very discreet management, breakfast could be improved, but coffee, juices, tea, and snacks available throughout the day. Possibility to use the kitchen. The location in the historic center is fabulous, all the main things to visit are very close.

We stayed at the B&B Nilo 32 recently, specifically from April 10th to 14th, 2023. We were welcomed by the owner Francesco with the genuine baggage of the legendary Neapolitan cordiality and availability. Right away, he made us feel at ease in the surroundings with the spirit of a new friend, leaving us his personal information about the surroundings, districts, and neighborhoods. His care towards our ethical choice to be vegan was commendable and praiseworthy, taking care of every small detail and providing us with exquisite breakfast alternatives. The whole family was traveling together with our two dogs, who were welcomed just as much. We sincerely thank Francesco for this. Upon our departure, he left us a characteristic memento of the city on the bedside table in the room. We highly recommend this B&B to everyone, essential and always clean, equipped with all comforts and in a strategic position within the historic center.

We had a great time. Extremely central location and within walking distance from the station (at least for us who love to walk), quiet and well organized. The manager was very kind and courteous, he even welcomed us with some sweets just for us. We will definitely come back.

What to say? Great location, well-equipped and organized structure. Everything beautiful. However, one thing to highlight is Mr. Francesco, a lovely and professional person, too bad the stars are only 10, he deserves many more! We will be back very soon!

Extremely helpful and kind host, he indicated routes and things to visit with attention to detail. I recommend the structure to those who, like us, want to discover the most characteristic Naples.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights, on our arrival the owner made us find some small gifts very welcome and was very helpful in advising us on how to organize our stay and our visits. The room met our expectations, along with the very clean bathroom. To solve the heat problem there were fans in the room, the lounge area was very useful, especially for the possibility of using the refrigerator. Highly recommended if you want accommodation in the historic center.

Structure in the historic center, reachable several destinations comfortably on foot, metro 8 minutes walk away. Highly recommended for the location. The owner, Mr. Francesco, extremely helpful for any need, offered us breakfast with typical Neapolitan sfogliatelle, truly kind in every way. The only small flaw is the heat, but there are fans in the room that help. Arriving in the morning, it is possible to leave your luggage to comfortably explore the city and check in later, for check out the same, luggage storage with later return. I recommend the B&B for its location, owner's availability, and value for money.

Fortunately, everything confirmed, spacious and very clean room with balcony and private bathroom, very central location just a stone's throw from everything! Extremely kind manager, he gave us two appreciated gastronomic gifts! Upon our arrival, he also offered us breakfast, pointing out places to eat and places to visit, and also recommended us to take the guided tour of Pompeii with a dear friend of his, leaving us links and various numbers to contact her. A fridge with water and drinks always provided was at our complete disposal! Highly recommended indeed.

Simply extraordinary the kindness and availability of Mr. Francesco. Excellent reception, you can't ask for more. Difficult to find such a suitable accommodation to visit the real Naples, just a stone's throw from historical monuments and especially 30 meters from the Veiled Christ, a unique work in the world.

I spent 4 days in the heart of Naples. The structure is close to every monument and museum in the central area, surrounded by dozens of bars, clubs, and restaurants that offer the best of Neapolitan cuisine. Very nice and clean room. The B&B Nilo 32 is in a great location, close to all the main points of the city and is very easily reachable. Francesco, who welcomed us, was very kind and professional. When we return to Naples, we will definitely stay with him. I highly recommend it!

Francesco, the manager of the property, is extremely kind and helpful: he welcomed us upon our arrival with a small gift (Neapolitan taralli, delicious!) and a variety of pastries for breakfast. On the day of our departure from Naples, we had the room available until the very last moment, to leave our luggage and return to settle before the journey. The property is cozy, simple, very clean, and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Via dei Tribunali, for visiting the entire historic center, in a very quiet alleyway. Only small suggestion: add some fruit and something savory (just some bread and packages of sliced ​​cold cuts and cheese) for breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property for 6 days, the B&B Nilo 32 is located in the heart of the historic center, just a few meters from the Chapel of San Severo and the Veiled Christ. It's very nice, extremely clean, equipped with every comfort, even an electric kettle in the room to make tea or herbal teas. Also, the owner Francesco is very kind and knows how to "pamper" the guests, he made us find a tray of local sweets on the day of our arrival and a bag of taralli when we left. A special mention also goes to the cleaning staff member Sasha (whom we had the pleasure of meeting a few times) who daily carried out his work impeccably. I highly recommend it to everyone, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful to visit the historic center and the whole city starting from this B&B, characterized by kindness, cleanliness, and excellent location.

The apartment is in a fabulous location in the heart of beautiful Naples. Mrs. Marisa is a special person, she even made me find the sfogliatelle from one of the best pastry shops in the area. Thank you, and I will definitely come back and recommend it.

Great B&B, super strategic location. The owner is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. Before choosing this B&B, I had read the previous reviews; many complained about the poor breakfast, but the lady offered us a super delicious pastiera. However, there are bars everywhere in Naples and with 2-3€ you can have a royal breakfast. You won't starve. Recommended and will definitely come back.

This place is genius! Not only wonderful room, separate old- style bathtub- i felt like a queen. But the very best thing about it was the true kindness of the hosts.

Posizione perfetta, camere pulite, personale gentilissimo. Una esperienza davvero positiva.

In pieno centro storico, di fronte a Cappella Sansevero e ad un passo dalle attrazioni più importanti della città, ottima posizione. Personale gentile, camere pulite e poco altro da aggiungere se non che spero di tornare presto a Napoli e credo di tornare in questo stesso B&B.

Ottima posizione. Gestore gentile e disponibile. Stanza comoda, spaziosa e pulita. Unica pecca la colazione: con tutte le prelibatezze di Napoli non si può accettare una colazione fatta di merendine e succhi confezionati. Un suggerimento: fate una convenzione con un bar nei paraggi, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Ne guadagnerete in termini di servizio e non solo.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 3 notti e ho trovato tutto perfetto. La posizione è strategica per visitare il centro storico, ma il B&b è comunque vicino alla fermata del metrò e raggiungere poi qualunque punto della città. La signora Olga che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile e anche se la colazione non offre un ricco buffet, non è stato un problema. Per la seconda colazione di metà mattina si ha solo l'imbarazzo della scelta della pasticceria da scegliere per quel giorno. Struttura da consigliare.

Ho scelto questo B&B per la posizione centralissima, nel cuore della vera Napoli, per la buona impressione che ho avuto dalle foto, ampiamente confermata dal vivo, e per le recensioni postate dai precedenti ospiti. Non posso che confermare le lodi tessute: ottima posizione, buona accoglienza, la signora Olga è stata molto gentile, stanza ampia e confortevole, sala colazione con angolo cottura e frigo fornito di acqua, latte e succhi di frutta, pulizia giornaliera. Solo un paio di consigli al proprietario, per poter raggiungere l'eccellenza. Penso che un televisore in camera dovrebbe esserci, ormai anche le pensioncine più spartane ce l'hanno. Tornando in camera, magari non a notte inoltrata, non dispiacerebbe ascoltare qualche telegiornale o vedere un film prima di cadere nelle braccia di Morfeo. Il riscaldamento è centralizzato, ed in effetti la stanza era proprio calda, ma ho notato che non c'è un condizionatore, penso che in estate possa essere un problema. Non amo la tenda nella doccia, ha la tendenza di attaccarsi addosso, ma non è detto che per tutti sia così. Fette biscottate con marmellata, senza burro, e cornetti confezionati non sono il massimo per la colazione. Ma la possibilità di poterti fare un caffè, un te (purtroppo senza limone), o bere un succo di frutta, in qualsiasi momento della giornata, non la trovi negli altri B&B, e così arrivi ad accettare la mancanza di una sfogliatella croccante, dei cereali da mettere nel latte e così via. Insomma, non lasciatevelo sfuggire, io ci tornerò!

Pulito, ben arredato e ottimamente ubicato. Buona accoglienza e disponibilità del dipendente del gestore. Non sufficiente la refrigerazione di un ventilatore da terra in camera mentre il bagno si è trasformato in bagno turco! Curati sede e accessori per la colazione ma in sostanza 2 fette biscottate, una marmellata ed un biscotto vecchio a testa si può migliorare o evitare.

Il B&B Nilo 32 è confortevole e pulitissimo, l'accoglienza è stata molto piacevole. Comodo in quanto è ben collegato con la stazione e in posizione centrale rispetto ai maggiori luoghi d'interesse nella città.
