Description
The bed and breakfast, built inside a building from the early '900, is located in the prestigious area of Saint Lucia, ancient and noble heart of Naples, home of the largest luxury hotel, a few meters from the promenade of Via Caracciolo and Plebiscite Square and Royal Palace, the main monuments of Naples are all within walking distance.

Everything is aimed at achieving maximum satisfaction of our guests, the obsessive attention to cleanliness, selection of quality linen, the many services included and the love for our work and willingness to hospitality, are the elements that distinguish more our Bed & Breakfast.

The level of refinement and luxury of the rooms, the quiet but central location, the general comfort offered, make us the ideal choice to stay in Naples.

From here, everything is easily accessible: the historic center, museums, monuments, the harbor.

We have signed agreements with taxi transfer service and tour guides to meet every possible demand of our guests.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 4 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 3 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are in the village of Saint Lucia, in the most ancient and fascinating area of ??the city of Naples.
Within minutes, you can reach walking, the most characteristic and picturesque destinations. You can Stroll in the Borgo Marinari, at the foot of Castel dell 'Ovo, and admire the view of the gulf from Via Caracciolo, you can leave to the islands from Beverello or Mergellina.
The beautiful Plebiscite Square, is a few meters, and so is the Teatro San Carlo, Piazza Municipio and Castel Nuovo. Even the funiculars are within walking distance, and allow you to actually reach every place in town. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants, some of them very famous.

Struttura curata e pulitissima in posizione strategica per imbarchi o soggiorni turistici. La nostra stanza “Capri” era ampia e con bell’affaccio sul mare, con visibile uno scorcio del Vesuvio. I gestori sono persone squisite e competenti e la colazione è superba. Torneremo certamente a fare loro “visita” quando nuovamente a Napoli!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel bed Orsini ed è curato, pulito, e comodo. La colazione ricca e completa di tutto, frutta, dolce, salato e le torte buonissime della padrona sono servite in camera sempre in orario. Posizionato nel quartiere forse più elegante della città, elegante palazzina con ascensore in ferro battuto, a tre minuti da Piazza di Plebiscito e Borgo Marinaro. Molte soluzioni per mangiare nei dintorni, anche raffinati. Grazie ai proprietari Manuela e Gabriele sempre cordiali e disponibili, torneremo e vi consiglieremo a tutti.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito una notte a luglio per un viaggio di piacere. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, arredata con gusto, comoda e ben fornita. L'ubicazione è ottimale per visitare il centro ed è a pochi metri dal lungomare Caracciolo. I gestori sono gentili e molto disponibili. Nel trattamento era prevista la prima colazione che abbiamo trovato molto varia e completa, ottima la sfogliata liscia fatta a mano dalla signora.

We returned - yes it’s that good. The rooms are relatively small but smart, stylish, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The hosts are so nice; warm, friendly and professional- very committed to ensuring guests have a great stay. Delicious breakfast arrives on a tray to the room- we liked that. And.. it’s in a fine safe area close by the longomare, walkable to the Chiai and convenient for all the sights Cosy, calm, exceptionally well run, delightful. Less like a hotel more Like staying with stylish, hip, friendly relatives.

“Due amiche alla scoperta di Napoli!” Siamo di ritorno dall'affascinante Napoli e già ci pare di aver vissuto un incantevole sogno. Una settimana meravigliosa e indimenticabile trascorsa nell'accogliente e caloroso B&B Orsini46, strategicamente posizionato in un palazzo classico nel prestigioso e calmo quartiere di Santa Lucia a due passi dal lungomare Caracciolo e dal medioevale castello dell'Ovo con ottima scelta di caffè e ristoranti ovunque e non lontani dall'imponente piazza del Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale, Teatro SanCarlo e dalla Napoli storica. Il B&B è curato con gusto molto raffinato in ogni dettaglio e personalmente gestito dai proprietari, Manuela e Gabriele, accoglienti e calorosi, di un'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità al riguardo dei loro ospiti. Ottimi i loro consigli, sia per trovare una guida o suggerire la scelta di un ristorante. Abbiamo scoperto una Napoli ricca di storia e di charme e contrariamente a quanto si dice, non ci siamo mai sentite in qualsiasi momento importunate. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. la posizione è perfetta per poterti spostare anche a piedi sei centralissima. struttura all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. i proprietari sono persone squisite e sempre disponibili: uno si sente a proprio agio sempre e ti sembra di essere a casa tua.
