The bed and breakfast, built inside a building from the early '900, is located in the prestigious area of Saint Lucia, ancient and noble heart of Naples, home of the largest luxury hotel, a few meters from the promenade of Via Caracciolo and Plebiscite Square and Royal Palace, the main monuments of Naples are all within walking distance.

We are in the village of Saint Lucia, in the most ancient and fascinating area of ??the city of Naples.
Within minutes, you can reach walking, the most characteristic and picturesque destinations. You can Stroll in the Borgo Marinari, at the foot of Castel dell 'Ovo, and admire the view of the gulf from Via Caracciolo, you can leave to the islands from Beverello or Mergellina.

A most excellent stay with a fantastic host who gave us all the recommendations we needed for Napoli. The apartment was excellent,with everything you could need,from fresh towels and linen to shower soap and a water bottle every day. Breakfast was served in our room on a trolley and was perfect. There was a lift for luggage assistance. The property was secure and in a great location to explore the city on foot.

Well-kept and very clean structure in a strategic position for boarding or tourist stays. Our room 'Capri' was spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea, with a visible glimpse of Vesuvius. The managers are exquisite and competent people and the breakfast is superb. We will certainly visit them again when back in Naples!

We stayed 3 nights at B&B Orsini and it is well-kept, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich and complete with everything, fruits, sweet, savory and the delicious cakes of the landlady are served in the room always on time. Located in perhaps the most elegant district of the city, an elegant building with a wrought iron elevator, three minutes from Piazza di Plebiscito and Borgo Marinaro. Many dining options in the surroundings, also refined. Thanks to the owners Manuela and Gabriele always friendly and available, we will come back and recommend you to everyone.

I stayed with my husband one night in July for a pleasure trip. The structure is well taken care of in the smallest details, tastefully furnished, comfortable and well equipped. The location is optimal for visiting the center and is a few meters from the Caracciolo waterfront. The managers are kind and very helpful. Breakfast was included in the treatment and we found it very varied and complete, excellent the smooth sfogliata handmade by the lady.

We returned - yes, it's that good. The rooms are relatively small but smart, stylish, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The hosts are so nice; warm, friendly and professional - very committed to ensuring guests have a great stay. Delicious breakfast arrives on a tray to the room - we liked that. And.. it's in a fine safe area close to the longomare, walkable to the Chiai and convenient for all the sights. Cosy, calm, exceptionally well run, delightful. Less like a hotel more like staying with stylish, hip, friendly relatives.

Two friends discovering Naples! We are back from the fascinating Naples and already it seems like we have lived an enchanting dream. A wonderful and unforgettable week spent in the welcoming and warm B&B Orsini 46, strategically located in a classic building in the prestigious and calm district of Santa Lucia, a stone's throw from the Caracciolo promenade and the medieval castle of Ovo with an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants everywhere and not far from the imposing Piazza del Plebiscito, Royal Palace, San Carlo Theater and historic Naples. The B&B is tastefully decorated in every detail and personally managed by the owners, Manuela and Gabriele, welcoming and warm, extremely kind and available towards their guests. Excellent advice from them, both to find a guide or suggest a restaurant choice. We discovered a Naples rich in history and charm and contrary to what is said, we never felt intrusive at any time. Thank you Manuela and Gabriele for the beautiful week spent in your wonderful city. See you soon.

We had a great time. The location is perfect for getting around even on foot, it's very central. The structure meets our expectations.
