You will a pleasant stay in our patio, where you will have a delicious breakfast and you will enjoy relax.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for work and business trips, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting.

You can bring your four-legged friends along with you.

We are very close to the Beach (Chiaia).

You will reach us easily by bus or on foot from the port (Marina Grande).

Breakfast

Typical Italian sweet breakfast with pastry products, like croassaint, brioche and lingua procidana (puff pastry filled with custard. Cereals, rusks, jam, chocolate cream, butter, yogurt and mini-plumcakes. For drinking, italian coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea and juices. It is also possible to have orange and lemon juice, with our garden fruits, according to seasonality.

Our B&B is in the heart of the little island of Procida.
We are very close to the Chiaia Beach, entering from Via Dei Bagni.
Chiaia Beach is a very nice bay, starting from the highest point of the island, Terra Murata, passing through Marina Corricella and ending on Pizzaco Point.
The bus stop is just in front of our B&B.

Gennaro is very kind and helpful, the garden at the back is spectacular, an oasis of peace. The cats and the citrus grove are greatly appreciated. However, I recommend some new sheets.

The Patio is a small and special B&B that I chose for my stay in Procida for the second time. It is located a few minutes walk from the port, on one of the key streets of the island and has a bike rack and a common terrace overlooking Chiaia beach and from which you can see the Corricella, great for an evening aperitif or to enjoy the sunrise. The breakfast is essential but good and punctual. It is served in the courtyard in front of the rooms that makes you experience the shared courtyard. Gennaro, the host of the property, is a truly helpful and friendly person and makes you feel at home. Prices like these are not easily found in Procida. I recommend it.

The structure as a whole is dated, the room is very large and lacks no comfort. It is a few minutes walk from the spectacular village of Corricella and very close to the lovely Chiaia beach.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B Il Patio for a weekend of celebration and we had a great time! Gennaro is a wonderful person, super kind and helpful, he helped us with the island map, buses and provided information on everything! The property is very close to a beach but it is still easy to move around to visit other places. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

At B&B il Patio you can breathe the air of Procida. The room is cozy, spacious, and clean. Gennaro was very kind and helpful, he waited for us in the evening because we arrived late and gave us advice and directions on how to explore the island. The view from the terrace overlooking the sea is priceless. We will definitely come back.

Gennaro is a lovely person and always available to provide information and suggestions. The B&B il Patio is located in a central area near the beach and convenient to reach all the various parts of the island. The room is very basic and would need some work, as well as the outdoor patio where breakfast is served.

The room is located in a central position on the island and from here it is possible to reach all the beaches and marinas on foot. The room is large and equipped with everything. I also enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea in the inner garden, which offers a wonderful view and a place of peace. Gennaro was welcoming, very kind and I felt at home. I had a great time and hope to return soon.

Room furnished in a simple but functional way, clean, equipped with fridge, air conditioning, and a new wooden hanger TV. The bathroom might need a little modernization but clean, hot water was not lacking! Breakfast with fresh croissants and brand products! Manager with top marks! I highly recommend it! The B&B is located in a patio, therefore rooms facing the internal courtyard of a small building with a balcony. From the property, you can directly access a garden that leads to a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the Corricella. The owner is very kind and always available at any time. Clean rooms.

I stayed at the B&B il Patio for three nights and I must say that the location is excellent because it allows you to reach all the beaches of the island even on foot in a maximum half-hour walk, the best way to visit and get to know it. Gennaro is very kind and helpful in recommending to his guests the things to see on the island and the places to eat. Highly recommended.

We returned for the second time to this magical property. What can I say? All very positive.
