Villa Maresca bed and breakfast offers you a splendid stay in one of the most enchanting places in Italy: the Sorrentine Peninsula.
The villa is surrounded by a typical Sorrentine citrus/lemon grove that you can visit with the owners, just a few steps from the center of Piano di Sorrento.
The villa has three double rooms for guests: the Rose, the Green and the Blue; with the possibility of adding a third bed, private bathroom and daily cleaning service included, as well as breakfast.
The train station, shops and bus stop to Sorrento are nearby.
Our quality and difference is confirmed by Tripadvisor and Villa Maresca has been classified by the abbac association B&B Campania as a first-class bed and breakfast.
Private parking inside the villa, air conditioning, free wifi, mini fridge and TV are available.
We advise guests on everything related to excursions, lunch/dinner, transportation, etc.
The location of the structure is of fundamental importance, the distances are:
- Sorrento at 2 km (5 minutes by car),
- Positano at 14.5 km (20 minutes by car),
- Amalfi/Ravello at 55 minutes by car,
- Pompeii at 23 km (20 minutes by train),
- Capri (30 minutes by hydrofoil from Sorrento port)
Bus lines to/from Amalfi and Naples airport.

Hydrofoils to the islands: Ischia, Capri, Procida.
Guided tours are available inside the lemon grove, where we produce the famous limoncello dop/doc.

Villa Maresca is a wonderful place in a strategic location between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, in a quiet area away from the chaos! The rooms are clean and very beautiful, there is a stunning garden where you can walk among the lemon trees and Federica prepares delicious sweets for breakfast and is always available for directions or advice on where to go. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Thank you again for everything.

Maria and Enzo were wonderful hosts and provided the perfect frame for our autumn retreat to Sorrento. The room, the terasse, the sea view we got in Villa Maresca was better than we had hoped it would be.
The big garden with old trees and production of fruits and vegetables was lovely. All this was used in the marvelous breakfast that we enjoyed in the dining room - best we ever had. Maria provided a lot of good advices and suggestions to trekking, restaurants, views and a lot of practicalities with transportation etc. that just made our holidays much better.
Enzo was very kind to drive us from the station and back - even at odd hours. Thanks so much, we hope to be back another time. Best regards Birgit and Torben.

Struttura incantevole in posizione strategica, sia per accedere alle spiagge nelle vicinanze, che ai servizi della ben servita cittadina di Piano di Sorrento, con la stazione dei treni facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi e la ferrovia che consente di visitare le immense risorse storico culturali offerte dal territorio circostante, come la città di Napoli, i siti archeologici di Ercolano e Pompei, o una affascinante gita lungo la sommità del cratere del Vesuvio.
Lo splendido agrumeto e il giardino che circondano la villa, creano un senso di immersione nella natura, con la flora tipica della costiera Sorrentina.
La gestione di Maria e Vincenzo è ineccepibile, la loro empatia sa trasmettere la voglia di approfondire tutto ciò che il territorio può offrire, anche per la profonda conoscenza e consapevolezza che di esso hanno.
Che dire poi delle squisite e ricchissime colazioni proposte ogni giorno, con prelibate pietanze, sopratutto a base di ingredienti del loro grande orto, contenuti nelle variegate insalate di verdura, con dolcissimi e saporiti pomodorini di vario tipo, oltre a frutta e dolci buonissimi e sempre diversi. Immancabili e imperdibili sono i dissetanti succhi di frutta e bevande a base di succosi limoni della loro limonaia, che ogni mattina ti attendono sulla colorata tavola imbandita dai colori delle succulente pietanze.
La struttura e i servizi sono ottimali e gli spazi ben proporzionati per le esigenze del cliente.
Sempre pronti ad agevolare la qualità dell'ospitalità che sanno offrire, Vincenzo e Maria sono prodighi di preziosi consigli e naturale simpatia, probabilmente data dalla passione per ciò che fanno e dall'amore verso il loro territorio. Io e Kristina abbiamo una lunga esperienza di frequentazione in questo tipo di strutture e ci sentiamo proprio di consigliarlo, a chi vuole passare una vacanza all'insegna della conoscenza del territorio, della cultura e ovviamente del relax, accedendo in una struttura di alto livello, gestita in modo ineccepibile da Maria e Vincenzo.

This is definitely the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful, and the property is lovely. From the moment we arrived we were treated with such hospitality. The breakfast is amazing with everything made by the owners, using organic ingredients from their property. I would recommend this to everyone!

In poche parole: praticamente perfetto.
Nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima per visite alla costiera amalfitana, alla penisola sorrentina, Capri, Pompei, Napoli. A pochi minuti dalla stazione e dal centro di Piano, con buone trattorie nei pressi.
Vicina al centro paese, ma circondata da un agrumeto e orti di proprietà, la villa è ristrutturata ed arredata con gusto in modo tradizionale. Camere ampie con terrazza sull'agrumeto e un'altra terrazza solarium. La colazione è preparata in sala da pranzo (o nella veranda d'estate, suppongo), la tavola è imbandita in modo spettacolare per la vista, ci sono prodotti locali e torte fatte dalla signora Maresca. È evidente dappertutto la passione dei signori Maresca. Abbiamo lasciato per ultima la nota più importante: l'assistenza che ci è stata fornita e la cortesia spontanea e naturale dei signori Maresca. Un grazie anche alla signora Rosa.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con mio marito e altre 2 coppie di nostri amici. Che dire? Tutto perfetto. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite e molto disponibili, ci hanno saputo far sentire fin da subito a nostro agio donandoci preziosi suggerimenti che hanno reso ancora più speciale la vacanza. I limoni e le arance fanno da cornice ad una struttura meravigliosa; se progettate una vacanza in costiera consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare presso Villa Maresca. Noi torneremo sicuramente!

Thank you for a wonderfull stay in your house. On the way to Sorrento we had trouble with car. The family was very kind and helpfull and helped us get two decks.
Federica made us so welcome. The breakfast banquet each morning was wonderful - al homemade - really nice!
It is easier to get around with public transport than to drive in you own car. The traffic is violent and drives out of doors.
It takes longer time for you to drive yourself that to use public transport, and it is cheaper.
Federica will help you to get the best out of your stay.
A super place from which to explore Sorrento, Napoli, Pompeil, Herculanum, Capri and the Amalfi coast.

Ospitalità che ti fa sentire in famiglia in un luogo di grande tranquillità.
Il tipico agrumeto-giardino e la colazione a tavola con tutti gli altri ospiti ne fanno un luogo speciale (anche per i dolci e le marmellate preparati in casa dai titolari).
Torneremo sicuramente qui alla prossima vacanza in Costiera Amalfitana.

Una struttura situata in un ambiente tranquillo, le stanze in perfetto ordine, ampi spazi per la colazione con varietà e menu di ottima qualità. I prodotti sono quasi tutti provenienti dall'orto privato della struttura, unica problema non vicinissima a collegamenti e mezzi di trasporto.

Federica made us so welcome. She was very kind and helpful suggesting places to visit and provided information to help you get the best out of your stay. The breakfast banquet each morning was home made and from home grown produce and was utterly delicious. The surroundings of the garden & lemon grove was very tranquil and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a relatively short walk into Piano and to where the bus stops for Sorrento or the beach. You don't want to be driving as it's madness on the roads and easy to get about via public transport or taxi. Great base from which to explore Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, Pompeii and Capri. Highly recommend, lovely reasonable comfortable accommodation we would be very happy to return. Thank you for giving us such an amazing memorable start to our holiday.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Maria è di una gentilezza spettacolare ed anche il Signor Vincenzo è stato cortese e disponibilissimo nell'accompagnarci ed a consigliarci nell'acquisto delle prelibatezze del posto.

Bellissima struttura immersa in un limoneto magico. Le stanze molto grandi e pulite accolgono in modo più che soddisfacente ma ciò che mi rimarrà sempre nel cuore è la cordialissima ospitalità dei padroni di casa. Che dire poi della cucina, colazione genuina e buonissima.

Bellissima struttura in tutto, auguro a tutti i coloro che la sceglieranno che siano felici e contenti come i miei genitori. Il B&B è una struttura immersa in un grande Limoneto e Aranceto, stanze grandi e ben arredate con terrazze ricche di sole. Stupendo. I miei genitori si sono trovati come a casa loro.
