Description

B&B Villa Le Mattine is a family-run accommodation. The facility enjoys an excellent location, far enough from the chaos of the city center but at the same time close to the sea and nightlife, reachable in a few minutes by car. It is always possible to comfortably park your car in the private parking lot, located a few meters from the entrance to the villa. Upon arrival at the property, you can immediately observe the large equipped garden, where you can consume your meals, relax on deck chairs, and enjoy the coolness of the gazebo. The entrance to the B&B is located on the first floor, accessible via two sets of stairs.

There is a common indoor area, where guests can use (upon request) the kitchenette and where they can enjoy the coffee machine, teas, and other beverages, and consume the delicious breakfast offered by the facility. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, mini-fridge, and private internal bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, courtesy set for guests, sanitary fixtures, shower, and linen. All rooms have large balconies, where you can hang out laundry (drying racks are available) or relax in privacy. Smoking is not allowed in the room. Despite the great passion and love for animals, they are not allowed in the facility due to possible allergies of guests.

The change of towels is scheduled once every two days, or according to the specific request of guests. Bed linen is replaced every four days. In the common area, there is a kitchenette and various gifts for my guests, such as teas, coffees, and more.

Dear guest, let me introduce myself! I am Elena, the owner of the B&B Villa Le Mattine. I personally take care of all the services related to the reception and stay of my guests. My goal is to guarantee comfort and relaxation during your vacation, trying to recreate a family-friendly atmosphere in both services and atmosphere.

Considering the delicate moment we have been experiencing for a few years, particular attention is given to the cleaning and sanitization of the environments, through ozone. Moreover, in this regard, I have committed to expanding the outdoor space, offering my guests a splendid equipped garden, with tables, sun loungers, and swings. Immersion in nature is guaranteed!
Every day I make small modifications and improvements and I am open to suggestions and advice from my guests!
