Welcome to B&B Via Toledo 156 Naples. The B&B is located in Plebiscite square, 100 metres from Toledo Metro station, one of the most artistic stations in the world.

500 metres from the Royal Palace and the San Carlo’s Theatre. The rooms are located on the sixth floor and can be reached by two lifts and the building has a 24-hour concierge - 7 days a week. Please note that the bellman does not provide a concierge service to the accommodation facilities.

Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Grandma always used to say that (and you don't mess around with Neapolitan grandmas). We respect this teaching and offer you a rich Neapolitan breakfast: Caprese cake, small tarts, "sfogliatelle", croissants, mini pastries - with the accent strictly at the end, to remember the French influences on Neapolitan cuisine! All of this well combined with a cup of Neapolitan coffee - that is, coffee and nothing else, because outside of Naples, it's not coffee.

In the meantime, you can ask Alessandro for advice on where to go, how to reach your destinations, where to stop for a snack - yes, you're right, in Naples we always talk about food - and get suggestions for the evening. Someone says that the morning has gold in its mouth: the gold of freshly baked puff pastry, preferably filled with cream, ricotta or chocolate, we add.

Upon request, a gluten-free breakfast is also available. Breakfast hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For our guests who wish to have breakfast earlier than the indicated times, we provide a voucher for a bar located near the property, about 50 meters away.

It was in Malaga in the summer of 2014, that I decided to invest in the travel industry that gave me so much joy. I started working in hotels, then at a resort, and then worked as a tour operator. My dream finally came true when I took over B&B 156 Via Toledo in my beloved Naples, which is one of the world’s most amazing historical cities. Naples has so much to offer, including culture, music, history, folklore, food, wine, sun and sea. I firmly believe this is a memorable city that one should visit. Located in the Plebiscito district of Naples, the Bed And Breakfast Via Toledo 156 is situated just 100 meters from the Toledo subway stop and 500 meters from the Royal Palace and the San Carlo Theater. They say “you return where you left your heart” and for us it's the second time at B&B Via Toledo 156, we thought it was already perfect the first time, but Alessandro managed to amaze us!! The location is extremely convenient, right in the city center and close to the “Toledo” metro stop, the building is an elegant palace with 24-hour concierge and elevator. The entrance to the structure is super technological but very simple thanks to the detailed instructions that will be provided to you, the rooms are modern, well-kept, very clean and equipped with all comforts and courtesy set, there is even the possibility to fill the bottles with still or sparkling water. Breakfast is the highlight, including an abundance of Neapolitan pastry delights, artisanal juices and jams and a well-executed cappuccino all surrounded by a pleasant chat with Alessandro or the fantastic Giovanna who will advise you best for your cultural and gastronomic itineraries. We will definitely return, after all there is no two without three!!!

The positive experience started with the contacts prior to departure: Alessandro organized the transfer from Napoli station to B&B Via Toledo 156, explained the access methods to the property with detailed photos and descriptions. He also indicated dozens of venues (pizzerias, trattorias, cafes, street-food, etc.) in the vicinity of B&B and beyond that we could visit during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with cordiality, availability, and friendliness by Giovanna who showed us the rooms and explained with extreme clarity the services offered and the simple and obvious rules to follow in respect of both the structure and the other guests. The rooms were extremely clean, well-furnished, equipped with a kettle and various herbal teas at your complete disposal. In the bathrooms, also impeccable and sanitized, we found some nice welcome gadgets as well as consumer products in dispensers and towels. Even the daily cleaning was done with care and expertise. What about breakfast? Sfogliatelle, filled croissants, cakes, and then small pizzas, croissants, bread, jams, artisanal juices, yogurt... in short, a real delight. The common areas are cozy and tidy, with a dispenser for natural and sparkling water available to guests. B&B Via Toledo 156 is on the 6th floor (with a free elevator) of a building with access from the very busy Via Toledo, just a few tens of meters from the metro stop, the central funicular, and bus stops; very convenient services for getting around the city and beyond. Moreover, with short walks, you can reach places and monuments of interest for every need. In short, a truly strategic position that, with the valuable advice of Giovanna and Alessandro, allowed us to organize a truly pleasant and complete stay. Beautiful stay in Naples, at this B&B, located in a very central but at the same time quiet and peaceful location. The room, spacious and bright, is equipped with every comfort (complete courtesy set, kettle, minibar, smart TV). Bathroom ok. Daily accurate cleaning. The breakfast is excellent in quality and variety, both sweet and savory. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it! Great location on the main shopping street in the center of downtown, from which one can walk to most tourist attractions. The room was simple (bed, armoire, desk, tea kettle with tea and instant coffee) but adequate. Mattress was very comfortable! Bathroom had modern plumbing. Breakfast was a delicious, hearty continental breakfast with bread, cheese, fresh fruit, and espresso coffees. Alessandro and Giovanna went out of their ways to help me with my luggage coming and going, as I am mobility impaired and was traveling alone. They also advised me about buying tickets online, the metro, etc.

Simply perfect in every way, starting from the location practically in the center of Naples, close to the historic center, the Spanish quarters, and transportation. Alessandro and Giovanna, two very helpful and professional people, attentive to every need. The structure is very beautiful, modern, and well taken care of in every detail, our room was very spacious and the cleanliness was accurate, we were very satisfied. This B&B is beautiful, spacious, cool, and clean. Alessandro and Giovanna are the most delightful hosts: they provided us with a delicious and unique breakfast each day, and they are extremely friendly and welcoming too. We stayed for six nights with our young son, and we all felt very much at home. The B&B is in a great position, right next to the Spanish Quarter, which is full of bars, cafes, restaurants, and interesting shops. It's also perfectly positioned for museums, churches, castles, the seafront, and the Metro for traveling further afield. If you're traveling to Naples, we'd highly recommend staying at Via Toledo 156.

Alessandro made sure everything was perfect. The directions on how to find the B&B or which means of transportation was most suitable or the places to eat or what to visit. A great help, a perfect host. The B&B is a 10, everything is new and very clean. A sixth floor with elevator. Spacious and spotless room and bathroom. In the rooms, you also have everything you need to make a coffee and enjoy it with a cookie. Wonderful breakfast: coffee, tea, juices, fruit, sweet and savory, bread (like a good host, Alessandro made sure before our arrival to ask if we had any allergies). Also, we had filtered water available to start our tours. I don't think you can ask for more. And finally, the location. In the best place, close to everything. Fabulous.

A fantastic property made even better by a very welcoming host who went out of his way to make this a great trip. Alessandro made sure we were well armed with great tips for food, gave us information about the best places to go for sightseeing, and arranged transport from/to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The room was clean and modern, the location perfect for close to the metro and all the key tour starting points, whilst still being just a 5-minute walk from the port. The B&B Via Toledo 156 is located in via Toledo and therefore quite close to most of the tourist attractions in Naples. Alessandro provided us with a series of useful information even before our arrival, and both he and his collaborator were very kind and helpful. The structure consists of 3 rooms plus a small room for breakfast, and everything is very new and tastefully decorated. My double room was spacious and I had everything I needed to make tea or coffee outside breakfast hours, a minibar with paid products, and a safe. In the corridor, there is a dispenser with still and sparkling water available for guests. The sleep was excellent, and no noise was heard despite being in a central area. The bathroom was spacious with a shower and bidet. The cleanliness in general was more than good. The breakfast was also good and is also an opportunity to have a chat, ask for advice, and talk with Alessandro or his collaborator. My stay was pleasant, and I feel like recommending it for a vacation in Naples.

Staying in the heart of the city allowed us to move around very easily and when we were in our room, it was so quiet and tranquil after a very busy day exploring the city or the surrounding areas. The accommodation is located on Via Toledo, on the 6th floor of a beautiful building with a 24-hour doorman overlooking the shopping street, in a strategic position to visit the center of Naples, and a stone's throw from the most beautiful metro. Despite the city's chaos, the rooms are soundproofed, and you can rest very well thanks to the quality of the mattress and pillows. The cleanliness is really excellent, impeccable! Alessandro and his collaborator Giovanna are two exquisite people, always ready to give advice and fully available. The welcome and professionalism really make a difference. This excellent B&B, recently renovated with extreme care in the furnishings, located in a central position just steps from the Toledo metro stop, is run by a very kind and young Neapolitan who welcomes his guests with great passion, professionalism, and attention to detail even before their arrival by sending all the necessary information to their mobile phone to fully enjoy the splendid Naples. In the management, he is assisted by a very good collaborator, also efficient, courteous, and attentive to the needs of the customers. The access to the structure and to the modern and comfortable room is entrusted to home automation. The cleanliness is impeccable both in the room and in the common areas. In the room, nothing is missing (large bathroom with courtesy kit and hairdryer, double pillows, WI-FI, television, minibar, bottles to fill at the water dispenser in the corridor). The windows are soundproofed, so the noises of the very busy Via Toledo stay outside. Excellent, abundant, and always varied breakfast, all based on delicious local sweet and savory high-quality products. A special mention to the juices and jams produced by an organic company in the area, truly exceptional! Extremely advantageous value for money.

What can I say, my wife and I have stayed in Naples for a few days three times now, and this structure and Alessandro have become a fixed point for us. Before booking the flight, we check the room availability to make sure we stay here. The location is perfect for getting around the city without the need for transportation, and even though it's in the city center, being in a large building means there's no disturbance from the nightlife. The rooms are spacious, spotless, completely new, and there's great attention to guests, or should I say friends, as a great relationship is immediately established with Ale and his new assistant Giovanna, who is very knowledgeable and kind.

Personally, I very much appreciated some small sustainability initiatives: a free water dispenser available to all guests to fill their bottles before heading out for the day, separate waste bins even in individual rooms, and finally the choice of a partner for zero-emission transfers. Before booking, my husband and I read the reviews on B&B Via Toledo 156 and we suspected that the customers were exaggerating. It wasn't possible for everything to be so perfect! And yet EVERYTHING MATCHES REALITY! Alessandro, from the day of the booking, followed us, directed us with his valuable and competent advice. At the Naples station, a driver was waiting for us who took us to the B&B, located in a historic building, with a 24-hour concierge. Alessandro welcomed us near the concierge with a big smile that immediately made us feel at home. We took the elevator to the sixth floor and, as soon as we opened the door, my husband and I looked at each other amazed because from the chaotic Via Toledo we had magically entered another dimension, silent, tidy, fragrant, organized down to the smallest details. But were we really in Naples or in a B&B in Stockholm? Everything perfect, beautiful and bright room with modern furnishings, bathroom with faucets that even shone, meticulous cleaning that follows all the anti-Covid regulations for disinfection. What more could we want? We were already happy, satisfied with our choice. But the surprises were not over. The morning breakfast... no words! Selected fruit, already cut and arranged in beautiful dishes of local ceramics, delicious mini pastries different every morning, jams and single-portion fruit juices produced by a bio company from Avellino whose flavor cannot be described, it can only be tasted! Alessandro always present, ready to give us advice on Naples and its wonders. We, almost seventy years old, have been fortunate to travel a lot, in Italy, in Europe, in the world, but we have never found a person who, like Alessandro, did his job with such great passion, love, preparation. As soon as I booked, I immediately received a myriad of useful information for our trip and for the typical places to visit in the surroundings, all via WhatsApp. The conversations continued, even though it was Easter, with immediate responses to our questions on how to get to the property and other curiosities about the mechanisms of public services in Naples. Room 5 is a very beautiful double room decorated in a very attractive artistic style. The details inside the property are modern, with smart lock closures and an en-suite bathroom with an easy-to-use shower. If you add to all this the location of the property, in the middle of Via Toledo, I must say I spent some beautiful days returning to Naples. Thank you Alessandro for your help beyond all expectations and limits. I will return soon with the whole family to fill the apartment and to visit many of those other places that I couldn't visit in just two days. And, we'll be waiting for you in Bristol when you take a few days off.

The B&B Via Toledo 156 was a pleasant discovery, in the heart of Naples, a stone's throw from Toledo metro and the city's main streets (Spaccanapoli, Piazza Plebiscito, Via Chiaia), enjoys a strategic position. Alessandro is an exceptional host, passionate about his work, who takes care of his guests, provided us with assistance, suggestions for our itineraries, indications on where to eat and how to best get to know the city. We stayed the first week of July, two adults, room 1. The room is very beautiful and functional, extremely clean, as well as the bathroom with shower, brand new. In general, the B&B Via Toledo 156 is very beautiful, furnished with care, and managed by a very welcoming guy, Alessandro, whose passion for his work and for human relationships is evident. Excellent breakfast, with very good local products and served in a small breakfast room as well-kept as everything else. Central and very convenient location to the metro and in general to the shopping streets. In short, a very pleasant experience, I think I found the best B&B in many years of staying in Naples, we will definitely be back.

These are truly the facilities that are a pleasure to find. Alessandro is not just a B&B manager like many, but he is actually a friendly, professional, friendly and extremely helpful host to please the guests and make them feel at home: we felt exactly that way! The structure is completely renovated and renewed: absolutely impeccable cleanliness (much better than many renowned grand hotels), comfortable bed, smart TV with Netflix and mineral water always available. A separate discussion deserves breakfast, a great highlight of this structure: every day Alessandro provides Neapolitan pastry products, fresh from the oven and of exceptional quality (brioche, cakes, sfogliatelle, babà, various sweets), together with other products always of very high quality to accompany (jams and fruit juices of local production) and excellent coffee/cappuccino prepared on the spot. Last but not least, all of Alessandro's suggestions on what to visit and on recommended or to be avoided trattorias/pizzerias were 100% accurate. The location is perfect for touring Naples comfortably, right next to the Via Toledo metro. Truly a beautiful structure, to be kept in mind as the first choice for future new stays in Naples.

Bella struttura, camere nuove e confortevoli, pulizia perfetta. Posizione centralissima, comoda per qualsiasi itinerario si voglia programmare. Il gestore, con la sua cordialità ed i suoi suggerimenti, ha fatto sì che potessimo apprezzare in pieno le bellezze della città.

Non ero mai stato a Napoli ho avuto la fortuna di prenotare in questa struttura. Alessandro è stato molto gentile nell'accoglienza ed utile per le informazioni. Il B&B si trova su una delle vie principali, vicino alla fermata del metro ma in una zona a traffico limitato, senza il caos del traffico. È stato completamente ristrutturata l'anno scorso, si trova al 6 piano di un condomino con servizio di custode 24h. Il gestore sa dare quelle attenzioni in più che fanno piacere, le paste a colazione sono sempre fresche e variate per fare assaggiare tutte le specialità napoletane, l'acqua del frigobar è a disposizione gratuitamente.

Posizione strategica per visitare a piedi la città, a 10 minuti dal mare e dal centro, molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (sia metro che funicolare). Camera spaziosa e pulitissima. Ottima colazione con prodotti tipici Napoletani forniti da una pasticceria di famiglia, fantastico anche il senza glutine (certificato AIC). Accoglienza fantastica, Alessandro (gestore) è gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta! Ci torneremo!
