Armando will be delighted to welcome you to a bright and beautifully scented apartment in the heart of Caserta.
The three bedrooms are located inside an elegant 130 sqm apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building with an elevator.
Our Rooms:
All rooms are air-conditioned and heated, and come equipped with a hairdryer, complimentary shower gel/shampoo, and a flat-screen LED TV.
We offer:
• 1 "Triple Room": A double room with an en-suite bathroom (private and inside the room), which can be converted into a triple room by adding a single bed if needed.
• 1 "Family Room": Our largest room (40 sqm) features a private balcony and a private external bathroom (for your exclusive use, located just outside the room). This is the most versatile room in the house: depending on your needs, it can be set up as a double, a triple, or a family room—perfect for two adults and two children.
• 1 "Twin Room": A room with two single beds that accommodates up to 2 people. Please note: This room can only be booked together with the Family Room, sharing its bathroom. It is the perfect setup for large families or groups of friends.
• A modern baby cot for children aged 0 to 3 is available upon request.
• Free, unlimited high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is available in every room.
Each room has its own LED TV and independent air conditioning control.
Important Notes:
• Heating: In winter, the central heating operates from November 15th to March 31st for a maximum of 9 hours per day. It is controlled by a building-wide timer, so it cannot be turned on outside of these scheduled hours.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. You are welcome to smoke on the kitchen balcony or on the balcony of your room (if available).

This worked out very well for me. I would consider returning with a small group and renting the other rooms. For an extended stay, it would be good to have access to the kitchen.

Very positive experience. The host is very kind and responds promptly. The location is central but in a quiet area that allows you to sleep without disturbances; it is on the fourth floor with an elevator in a very well-maintained building. The room and the entire property are extremely clean, and the air conditioning in the room is effective and very quiet. The bathroom is nice and well organized with shelves, hooks, etc. (it may seem strange, but these conveniences are not always found, so I want to point that out). I recommend it.

The room was very comfortable and large with 5 beds, TV, small table. Apartment shared with 1 or 2 other rooms. Kitchen with table and chairs and everything you need for breakfast, although we chose breakfast at the bar below the house (included in the price). Parking was easy enough, the center of Caserta and the Royal Palace can be reached with a 15-20 minute walk. Host very kind and helpful. I would definitely go back.

I stayed at the B&B Vanvitelli for just one night. A very cozy and spotlessly clean room with the recently renovated bathroom inside. The owner was very friendly and helpful, even regarding the choice of breakfast to prepare. The palace is less than two minutes away by car (it was raining heavily that day). It will certainly be my first choice in case of returning to Caserta.

We spent a weekend in this property, we had a great time. Although traveling with a young child is not easy, here we found all the necessary comforts, very clean environment, a lot of attention and availability from Armando, quiet rooms and spacious kitchen for breakfast. The location is good, close to the Royal Palace and the most frequented streets of the historic center. I recommend it for both short and long stays. Excellent value for money.

Armando and Agnese are wonderful, warm, and attentive hosts! They are always helpful to their guests in every situation. We have been to the B&B Vanvitelli four times now and feel like we are visiting good friends. The B&B Vanvitelli is ideal for exploring Caserta, the region, Naples, and the wonderful coast in between. It is possible to do this without problems even without a car, as the train connections are cheap and fast. A visit to Herculaneum (Italian: Ercolano) is easily possible. By the way, the small wine shop on Piazza Carlo Cattaneo just around the corner has some fantastic wines from the region on offer! Agnese and Armando, we are happy to come back to you! You are our Italy.

The structure is welcoming, with maximum cleanliness and privacy. The manager is a friendly, nice, and sociable person. The location of the structure is in the city center and allows for easy movement to every place you wish to visit. The quality price ratio is excellent.

Armando was very kind from the first contact and put us in the conditions to experience the short stay at its best, providing us with all the availability and necessary information. The B&B Vanvitelli, excellent as a structure, is in a good position to reach both the Royal Palace without using the car and the most famous nearby locations (Old Caserta and San Leucio). For two years my girlfriend and I have been regular guests of this welcoming B&B. Located in the center of Caserta and easily reachable, it is the ideal choice for those who want to be close to the jewel of this city, the Royal Palace, and for those who also want to enjoy the nightlife of Caserta. The B&B is in an optimal location for those who need to stay in Caserta for short periods. The structure is located in an optimal position between the highway and the city center. Just 5 minutes from the station and the Royal Palace. The apartment is very large. Clean, bright, and air-conditioned. Highly recommended.
