Feeling at home. New, clean rooms equipped with everything necessary. The mattress is very comfortable. The lady is very kind and present. I also recommend it for the location, a pleasant walk and you're in the center. If I really had to make an observation, it would be about the bar for breakfast, small and let's say so-so. In the area, you might find (and there is) a better location. However, in any case, highly recommended. For us personally, it has really brought a lot of luck. Good job.

The recently renovated room is new, well organized and especially clean. Very friendly the welcome. The structure is located in the center, so it is well served and close to the main streets. The only flaw is the bar where breakfast is served, although very close to the structure, it offers poor quality in the products (nightmare croissants). In the end, I can calmly say that the structure deserves, the bar does not. Recommended!

Sig Daniele mi fa piacere che avete scritto che la struttura merita, ho sentito il proprietario del bar che si scusava per i cornetti in quanto giornata di festa non hanno consegnato le quantità ordinate e per ovviare al disagio ha dovuto ordinare altri cornetti in zona (non i soliti). In ogni caso potevate scrivermi un messaggio su whatsapp su cui ci siamo sempre sentiti e dopo sopralluogo al bar per visionare i cornetti, vi avrei offerto volentieri la colazione in altro bar della zona. E' stato un piacere ospitarvi, alla prossima.

We were received by Maria, a really nice lady. The room was big, clean and comfortable. They provided lots of towels, soap, coffee, tea, biscuits, water. There is a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge. There is also a clothes hanger. \nThe air conditioner works very well, too. \nWe were also given a very useful folder with lots of info about the city and what to do, where to eat, etc. \nBreakfast is in a cafe 1 minute away from the b&b. It's a coffee and a pastry, enough but there is not much variety to choose from (for example, I doubt there are gluten free options, but it's worth asking!).

Very clean and new room, equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast is not on site but in the bar around the corner. Convenient location with a short walk from the station, close to the seafront and the city center. Excellent hospitality, friendliness, and honesty. Would come back.

The property is located a 10-minute walk from the station and the center. The manager was very welcoming. The room, despite being very spacious, is not very bright and quite dark (the bed is located in an alley between buildings on the first floor). As for cleanliness, the room was perfect on the first day. The second day, however, no cleaning was done at all (not even in the bathroom): the bed was not remade (only the sheets were pulled up) and the bins were emptied. I would not go back.
