Description

The B&B is located in a historic noble palace, a completely renovated apartment that still retains ancient details but without forgetting modern comforts such as air conditioning and free wifi throughout the premises.

Spacious rooms with large windows overlooking characteristic internal courtyards, each with private en-suite.

Located in Naples’ historical city centre, less than 200 meters from both of the city's main subways, and in front of Porta San Gennaro, one of the ancient gates of the city.

The area is full of shops, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, ancient palaces, churches and museums waiting to be discovered.

The house is very quiet and well maintained. Daniela takes care of her guests. The geographical location offers the privilege of being close to two metro stations, and interesting neighborhoods are easily accessible on foot. Highly recommended.

B&B located in the Rione Sanità. Well-kept and clean, spacious areas. Spacious and bright triple room. Very quiet. Very convenient for visiting Naples on foot, but also very close to the metro station. Delightful owner, always very polite and helpful. Sweet breakfast with fresh pastry products. Highly recommended. We spent an entire week there but we wouldn't have left again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this B&B. Daniela, the owner, is a fantastic person, ready to fulfill our every request and help us the best way possible for the city. The breakfast was excellent, with pastries taken from the pastry shop at the moment. Perfect location, just a few meters from the Piazza Cavour metro and the museum. Great location to visit the entire city. When I return to Naples, I will stay again at this B&B. Thank you, Daniela, from the bottom of my heart.

The quality-price ratio seems optimal to me. The B&B Palazzo Sersale is super well located, close to everything. Daniella, the hostess, is very kind and offers all the facilities to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. In summary, everything is perfect.

An ancient apartment transformed into guest rooms located in an old traditional building with an elevator. Daniela is very attentive to her clients. The room is large, bright, very clean, and quiet. I was able to sleep with the window open without any problem. The shower room is spotless. The kettle, coffee maker, microwave, sink, and minimum of dishes and cutlery allow you to heat up a dish if you want to eat on site. In addition to tea and coffee and traditional Neapolitan pastry, Daniela offers fruit juice, toast, butter, and jam for breakfast. I recommend.

The place is great and its hostess is the best. She is very attentive to all the needs and requirements of the guests. The area is very well connected, but the surroundings are a bit dirty, with a lot of garbage, although of course, this does not depend on the B&B Palazzo Sersale.

Daniela's property was fantastic and worked so well for our family. Her communication was great and we felt very much at home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and we appreciated her flexibility on check-in/check-out. The property was spotless and the air conditioning was very welcome in the heat wave. If we go back to Naples, we would definitely stay again.

The property is in a building near Cavour station and the Museum. It was easy to move around with the metro and trains. Daniela is a very kind person. Right after booking, she gave us tips on how to get around from and to the station and to visit Naples and its surroundings. The room is new, clean and equipped with everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, intimate cleanser, and hairdryer. Room cleaning every morning and standard breakfast with typical sweets, brought by Daniela every morning. Thank you Daniela for your hospitality.

We had an amazing 4 days staying here. It is a beautiful old building but spotlessly clean and modern inside. Our host Daniela was very informative and swift answering our questions. The bed was comfortable, shower good. Air conditioning free. We had a lovely breakfast every day with a gorgeous selection of cake and yogurt, toast and plenty of tea, coffee and juice. It was easy to access the metro and all the sights of the city from here. Our host gave us good recommendations of where to eat. She was prompt with replies. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want a flavour of authentic Naples.

I stayed at this property with my family. Daniela, the landlady, welcomed us with great sympathy and availability. She is a discreet and very efficient presence that leaves nothing to chance. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Surprising is the silence that can be enjoyed even with the windows open! The breakfast is abundant and varied: the sweets come directly from the pastry shop and are delicious. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast without any reservation.

B&B Palazzo Sersale a few steps from the metro, very close to "Porta San Gennaro", one of the gates leading to the historic center of Naples. The property is located in a historic noble palace, the apartment is completely renovated and the rooms are very spacious, perfect cleanliness. The owner's name is Daniela and she is a wonderful, very kind and super hospitable person! We had a great time and will definitely come back!
