Property with an excellent value for money, recently renovated with a modern taste. Rooms furnished in a hotel style, very practical and functional. Located in a quiet alley, practically at the intersection of Spaccanapoli and Via Toledo. On the third floor with an elevator, which is rare, it consists of three rooms with private bathrooms and a shared area with a table, kitchenette and breakfast area. Simple but appreciated breakfast is included in the room rate. Our room faced an internal courtyard of the building, with little natural light (which was not a problem for us) but as a result very quiet. The owner and manager were kind and very helpful. It is possible to leave luggage at the property after check-out. Only problem: the air conditioner in our room was noisier than usual. Highly recommendable.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. It was very clean and the whole room smelled nice. Every day there was good milk, apricot juice and water. The breakfast was very tasty. The host was very responsible. The location is great, convenient to get anywhere and there are shops downstairs, but the room is very quiet. This was the most recommended accommodation of my trip to Italy.
