The location of the Napoli Segreta bed & breakfast allows you to walk to the main sights of the city in just a few minutes, including the Caravaggio (120 m), the Archaeological Park of Mannesi (70 m), the Cathedral of Naples (180 m), the treasure of San Gennaro (100 m), San Gregorio Armeno (400 m), The Veiled Christ (400 m) Pizzeria Michele (500 m) without ever having to take the bus.
B&B Napoli Segreta is a 10-minute walk (about 950 meters) from the Garibaldi station (FS trains) and a 5-minute walk (about 450 meters) from the Duomo Metro stop, Yellow Line 1; also nearby there is a paid garage, where we can reserve a parking space for you, as the historic center is in the Ztl area at certain times of the day.

I spent one night at this property. For the booking, I paid a deposit as a down payment and settled the rest at check-in, paying in cash.
The room was pretty, albeit a bit small, but overall cozy. The bathroom was spacious and provided with the usual courtesy kit with shower gel and shampoo.
Personally, I found the breakfast area a bit narrow: on a small table there were a kettle (which unfortunately had a certain amount of limescale), snacks, and instant coffee or tea bags.
Upon returning to the hotel in the evening, we noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Although it wasn't anything dramatic, it was not a pleasant experience. Fortunately, the smell quickly dissipated by opening the window.
The bed was very spacious and comfortable; despite being two single beds joined together, there was no risk of 'sinking' in the middle. Wooden cabinets were present on the sides of the bed for storing clothes and backpacks, although bedside tables were missing.
Overall, I evaluate the experience positively: the location is extremely central and the price is advantageous. It is a convenient option for a couple of travelers who do not have high demands and want to enjoy a few days in the city center.

Central position from which you can reach all the tourist destinations in a few minutes. Clean and welcoming, as welcoming was the owner and available to give us advice on the visits to do.

The gentlemen, apparently kind, when I asked to pay by credit card, asked for cash payment, issuing a paper receipt that, in my humble opinion, is worthless. They replied that if I wanted a receipt to be able to download, I should have told them before. So, I paid 143.00 euros by card at the time of booking and 253.00 euros in cash. My double bed room did not include bedside tables, lampshades, a chair, or a table to put things on. The only place for the suitcase was under the bed. Furthermore, the fridge was placed in the bathroom with a modest breakfast: five muffins, six small Nutella packets, two mini packs of tarallucci, half a liter of milk, and three small bottles of mineral water. There were also tea bags and instant coffee. I would like to point out that we stayed for five nights as a couple and cleaning was not included. I find it serious to note the hairdryer socket a few centimeters from the sink. It seems to me that safety regulations should include other measures. I don't think anyone enjoys having breakfast in the bathroom.

Exceptional location for walking around without having to take transportation, especially for those like us with children. Very kind manager and willing to meet our requests. We will definitely come back!

We spent 2 nights at B&B Napoli Segreta, and we really enjoyed almost everything, starting from the reception by the host, until the departure! We really appreciated the location of the B&B in the historical center. The beds were very comfortable and the insulation is very good! We highly recommend it for your holiday in Naples.

B&B as in the photos. Perfect. The building where the B&B is located is very different from the B&B. Streets to reach are very narrow, if you have a large car, approach and then continue on foot.

Nel ringraziare per la recensione, ricordiamo a tutti i nostri ospiti muniti di auto ,che il parcheggio convenzionato è a soli 350 metri dal b&b e che la ztl Duomo in cui sorge il b&b ,ha orari e giorni predefiniti e che parcheggiare sotto il palazzo non è dunque possibile ma Vico Zuroli è carrabile e raggiungibile da taxi e autovetture anche quali minivan e jeep. Siamo nel cuore del centro storico quindi tutte le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi, lasciando tranquillamente l'auto al parcheggio custodito.

I stayed at the property for 4 days, from the 29th to the 2nd of January 2022, the bed and breakfast owner was immediately helpful and collaborative. Meals are provided at restaurants where a 10% discount is applied, we ate well, especially at trattoria da Pisano. It is very convenient to visit the main attractions, as they are reachable in a few minutes. I highly recommend it for value for money. I conclude with a 'Forza Napoli' because the city offers a lot to visit, the people are very hospitable, and the food is sublime. Federica from Trieste.

Great location, extremely clean facility, agreements with some good restaurants and pizzerias in the area, the owner was very kind and gave us all the necessary information. Also, she even waited for us, despite a short delay caused by the area's traffic. A very pleasant stay in the pulsating heart of Naples. Definitely recommendable!

B&B in the heart of the city at a really convenient price. The lady who manages it was always available for any request. The metro stops are very close. The central station is only a 15-minute walk away. Tourist attractions were just steps away from the accommodation. We will be back!

Friendly host. Very comfortable beds and pillows, two rooms, private bathroom, an electric kettle, fridge, reasonable price. Ideally located between the train station and nearly every major museum and place of interest. Clean rooms. Good water pressure.\n\nThe only thing I found annoying - no regular table, the only table was a flimsy small plastic coffee table we took from the balcony. Also, the chairs were plastic folding ones.\n\nOther than that - perfect room. For 4 people - super cheap. 5 people will honestly be too much for this room.\n\nWe didn't request breakfast, so we can't comment on that.\n\nRecommend to everyone, just be prepared for the small table. If I go to Naples again, I'll probably choose the same room. I hope there will be a table next time).
