Description

The Bed and Breakfast Napoli Plebiscito is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator and overlooks the prestigious Via Chiaia, one of the oldest and most famous streets in Naples. This pedestrian island is a reference point for Neapolitan shopping.

The B&B is situated 100 meters from Piazza Plebiscito, the heart of the city, and a short walk from the famous Via Toledo. It offers delightful double rooms, each furnished in a modern style with different color tones, all in a sober and extremely refined context.

Each room has a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower, hot/cold air conditioning, a flat-screen LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi internet.

Host Fabio makes you feel at home right away. Very nice, clean property with comfortable and quiet rooms. Great location! You go down to the street and you are at Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, and 10 minutes from the port. In my opinion, it is one of the most beautiful and comfortable areas of Naples! To improve for my taste, as I already mentioned verbally, the breakfast (currently packaged), maybe with a voucher to spend at the bar just below the property or in the many nearby bars. It will be my reference point in Naples, until next time and thank you!

Fabio, a helpful and friendly manager. Our room was ready at 11 AM. Strategic location and soundproof room on the second floor of an 18th-century palace. Small balcony overlooking Via Chiaia. Packaged breakfast restocked every day. Highly recommended structure just steps from Piazza Plebiscito.

The structure rises in a beautiful ancient building, but the interior structure, to be kind, is depressing. Clogged sink, shower with non-functioning doors, hot water that arrives at the tap when it remembers to arrive. Breakfast at the bar on the street is nothing short of terrible.

Rispondere ad un voto 1 dato anche alla mia persona è mortificante vista anche la media in 43 recensioni superiore al 9 che abbiamo in tutte le categorie. Credo gli ospiti abbiano avuto un brutto weekend per motivi personali che si è riflettuto sulla percezione del soggiorno. Noi restiamo sempre pronti e disponibili nel dare informazioni e a risolvere eventuali problematiche che possono chiaramente capitare. Se però nulla ci viene comunicato durante la permanenza ci risulta difficile provvedere a migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti. Certi della nostra solida realtà continueremo ad impegnarci per soddisfare tutti i clienti.

I returned home this morning after spending a few days in Naples and staying in this beautiful establishment. It is a well-maintained historic building that gives you the impression of living in another century, simply beautiful. Located in the very center, in the vibrant heart of this crazy, wonderful, unique city. Kindness and availability characterize the managers of the establishment. In short, a more than positive experience that I absolutely recommend.

Excellent choice for those visiting B&B Napoli Plebiscito, strategic location due to its proximity to the main sites of interest. Located inside a very charming historical building. Fabio welcomed us with great kindness and availability, the room was extremely clean and silent, it was the best solution for me and my son. I highly recommend it and if I had to come back, I would choose it again.

We were guests from 1st November to 5th November. What can I say. Staff more than friendly and professional. The room was made available as early as 10:30 am. At check-out, a room with kitchen and bathroom was provided. Structure absolutely recommended.

Very convenient structure to move around the center of Naples and very close to the Caracciolo seafront. Excellent managers. Highly recommended! The only drawback is the windows positioned high up that do not let in light.

Great structure, the room is small but sufficient. Very clean, in a great location to move around the center or along the seafront of Naples. The only note I have to make is that the bed in our room was really too hard, we didn't rest as we would have liked. Overall we were satisfied.

Everything was great, Mr. Fabio was very attentive to everything, every day they left us cold water free of charge in the room fridge, at the end he allowed us to leave the suitcases while our train was leaving, the place was quite silent and comfortable, it had a spectacular balcony... Well-maintained property in a great location in Piazza Plebiscito, ideal for exploring the city. Due to COVID, the property does not allow breakfast in the facility itself, I recommend the white chocolate croissant. The room is just right, ideal as a base and rest point with a balcony overlooking the main street. Quiet and well ventilated. The B&B Napoli Plebiscito is inside a typical ancient building in Naples, very charming.

Simple structure but offers everything necessary for a good stay. Every day we found in the fridge some nice cold water offered by the house. The lady who welcomed us is very hospitable and caring. The breakfast, included in the stay, we did it at the bar next to the building due to the sanitary measures against the coronavirus, but good and the guys at the bar are nice. The location is excellent: a stone's throw away you can reach Piazza Plebiscito, Galleria Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo, Via Toledo and the Spanish Quarters. It is possible to walk to the historic center, the Castel Nuovo, the Port, the waterfront and the Villa Comunale. We spent six unforgettable days and we are really satisfied with the B&B Napoli Plebiscito.

È anche vero che è una strada pedonale h24 con un permesso di transito per auto e moto limitato solo a due fasce orarie giornaliere. Purtroppo evidentemente il comune non presidia adeguatamente la zona. The B&B Napoli Plebiscito is located in a central position, from which you can reach the various attraction areas of the city. But regardless of this logistical aspect, I believe it is important to highlight the friendliness and availability of Fabio and Alessandra. Beyond expectations, because they are interested in the needs of their guests before, during, and after their stay. Clear in communications and "present" without being intrusive. The structure is located in the center of Naples, very convenient for visiting the city. The rooms, in their simplicity, are equipped with all the comforts and also with a kettle with related sachets for hot drinks and a fridge with mineral water, juices, and yogurt available. It is a structure with a very convenient location for walking around the city. I stayed in the Silver room and I had a great time for the welcome of the managers, a young couple, and for the characteristics of the structure that correspond to those declared. If you arrive by subway Line 1, get off at Toledo or Municipio. I recommend it to everyone.
