The rooms were OK - we only stayed one night. But it is more than irritating and even misleading to point out the jacuzzi in every mail, correspondence and confirmation and then getting a standard room. I was convinced having booked a room with jacuzzi.

The structure, although not very large, is very welcoming. It is located in a strategic point of the city as it is very close to Napoli Centrale station and just a few steps from the center. The room is also very welcoming. The owner is extremely helpful. I will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time. Strategic point for those who want to explore Naples. Just a few steps from the metro and especially from the train station. You can move around easily. The manager is friendly and kind. The structure is clean and they make you feel at ease right away. Excellent value for money and well served. Rooms with a wonderful Jacuzzi.

In Naples, the welcome is always warm. We did not choose the breakfast option because there are plenty of bars in the surrounding area. The only flaw is in the name, which mentions a jacuzzi. In the generous dimensions of the bathroom, there was only a medium shower, a toilet without a bidet. Too bad, I was hoping for a jacuzzi. I recommend it, hoping that the bathtubs will arrive soon in all rooms.

Structure is a bit old but all the essential services are there. The room was for disabled people so there was no bidet. Overall it went well.

Painting old office furniture white does not make them pleasant. Quite dirty, sheets with hairs from the previous tenant. The bathroom is horrible. And with a 6-legged neighbor at night. Well, it has air conditioning and a window that does not close. I will not repeat.

Good structure although in a convenient but very dirty area of Naples. If I consider the value for money, I would say it is quite appropriate. The streets surrounding it are very noisy, especially at night and early in the morning.

What can I say about this B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel Room&Jacuzzi? Only good things, in fact, top-notch! Strategic location, even though the area might seem different at first glance, but close to the station, end of Metro1, bars and pastry shops for breakfast, trattorias for lunch and dinner. Spacious rooms, cleanliness, and customer care. Gaetano (the owner) is helpful, and Giuseppe (who replaces him on shifts) is attentive, helpful, and kind. We couldn't have chosen better. Highly recommended!

The only flaw is the hot water, under the shower, it alternates between hot and cold and vice versa even with the knob turned all the way to hot.

The external appearance is deceiving. Inside is really nice, very comfortable bed (I couldn't get up in the morning xD), excellent cleanliness and very kind staff. My sister and I had a great time! Plus, it's in a central location, with many bars, rotisseries, supermarkets nearby. Close to the train station and metro. Despite the room facing a street, the room was quite quiet. In short, nothing to say, perfect stay. I recommend it and will definitely return. I take this opportunity to send greetings to the managers, thank you.

Very good location, price and correct and kind staff. The condition of the structure is dated but it works sufficiently. The only advice I would like to give: given the proximity to the Station, I would recommend allowing luggage pick-up all day long and not just until two o'clock, forcing those with a train in the afternoon to wander around with their luggage! Excellent hotel for what we were looking for, namely an affordable solution, not luxury but with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, with a bathroom, comfortable pillows and mattresses, TV, hairdryer, and kettle (which, as simple as it may be as an appliance, even with breakfast, for me it's always synonymous with an extra touch of attention). Excellent cleanliness, luggage storage facility, and a lot of professionalism. Truly excellent location, practically in the square of the station, very well served by dining options and services. Highly recommended and we will definitely return.

I stayed at the B&B Napoli Centrale Hotel Room&Jacuzzi on August 16th and stayed for one night only. My need was to find a B&B close to the train station and the airport because the next day I had to leave for Croatia. The location is strategic because it is located in Piazza Garibaldi from where the shuttles (Alibus) to the airport depart: of course, being a square in front of a train station, it is quite crowded and there are street vendors nearby, but overall, as an area to stay for a few days, it is convenient. In 20 minutes on foot, you reach Piazza Plebiscito and the central area, so it is also very convenient for that. The room was clean and quite spacious and was quiet, with two beds, some wardrobes, a television, and a bathroom (which did not have a bidet). I had breakfast outside, so I don't know how it was (I do not recommend the bar near the station because they treated us very badly and everything is overpriced: after spending eight euros, they wanted to charge us one euro to sit at the tables outside).

The B&B is divided over multiple floors of a building located very close to the train station and metro stop. We spent 2 nights in a moderately clean mini apartment and one night in a room with a very large bathroom. The second accommodation is definitely preferable to the first. However, all in line with the cost. The strong point is definitely the strategic location, so I recommend the rooms, a bit less the mini.

This B&B is located in a great position. Beautiful, clean and bright room with a nice view on one of the main streets. Very clean and well-equipped external bathroom. The owner is helpful and kind; moreover, we found everything we needed for a plentiful breakfast! Highly recommended.

As a structure, it's not bad, in fact, it's very new, the rooms are clean and the cleaning service is very helpful (although it only does its job in the morning, so if you are late risers, the room won't be cleaned). The only downsides are that they don't offer room service and breakfast is not included in the price, but you have to spend an extra €7.20 to have it, and you also have to ask for it the day before. Otherwise, it's ok.
