Description

B&B Musica e Mare is located in the heart of Naples, in front of the Maschio Angioino, the Royal Palace, the San Carlo Theater and next to the Galleria Umberto I and Piazza del Plebiscito. Adults only
The main shopping streets are within walking distance, Via Toledo, Via Chiaia and Via Filangieri.

Our double bedrooms are 3.

The 2 large ones have a balcony with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples
The smallest has its own private terrace, also with sea view. (San Gennaro room).

All guests of the B&B will have exclusive access to the terrace (rooftop) equipped with sofas and umbrellas.

In your room you will have a coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, mini-bar, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, towel kit and courtesy set.

We stayed at this B&B. The owner Alessandro and his partner/wife are really kind. They advised us where to eat, drink and visit in the city. They treated us like friends. Excellent hospitality. Highly recommended. If I return to Naples I already know where to go.

Excellent property both for its location and the quality of services. Regarding the location, it is a short walk from the metro and overlooks the Maschio Angioino, Vesuvius, the sea, the Royal Palace and the San Carlo theatre. Very close to Galleria Umberto, Via Toledo, Via Chiaia and Piazza del Plebiscito. We chose the small room with a balcony. It is equipped with all comforts and the host allows the use of coffee, fruit, water etc. without extra charges. Breakfast takes place in a café-pastry shop in the Galleria and is complete. If desired, you can order pastries and make coffee and milk (provided by them) with the milk frother. Excellent hospitality and the possibility to leave luggage if you still have visits before departure. Highly recommended.

Musica e Mare is our absolute favorite. Centrally located and very easy to find, a charming old house with a porter. The rooms are lovingly furnished and everything is clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular and something very special — the rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking panorama. Insider tip: getting up before sunrise is worth it! We were welcomed as warmly as by good friends. We will gladly come back. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Alessandro and his wife are eager to make your stay unforgettable. It feels like staying at home. They provide a superb breakfast that you can prepare as you wish, or you can choose to take it with a coupon at the cafe in the Galleria Umberto. The room is immaculately clean every day. They also offer fresh hot croissants and sfogliatelle early every morning if you wish. The bathroom has a vanity set with toothbrushes, toothpicks, etc. There is a mosquito net. I will always remember the wonderful view from my balcony early in the morning and late at night. Very close to the ferries for excursions and to the city center for dining and shopping. It is a five-star accommodation.

We have used Musica E Mare before and love it. The difficulty is being able to book, as others appear to love it as well. We did notice one negative point this time - when showering, you have to stop the water flow frequently, to allow the tray to drain away and prevent it overflowing. We used the voucher for breakfast in the nearby cafe and think that the items available have been reduced or limited now. The roof terrace is now available but to us, was disappointing. Wonderful hosts as always.

This was an amazing b & b! The location, cleanliness, furnishings, access to snacks, coffee, juice, etc. and a spectacular view! It was close to the port and the metro and only 3 stops to the main train station. It was tastfully decorated with nice linens and towels. There was a book that had all kinds of recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and things to do. The Spanish Quarter with amazing restaurants was close by. The owners were friendly, kind, and helpful. The views from the room were beautiful but the rooftop terrace was stunning!

Outside the historic center districts in an ideal location to get to know Naples and move freely. Teatro San Carlo, Palazzo Reale, Piazza del Plebiscito and the Maschio Angioino just a few steps away are priceless. Very caring and attentive hosts even to the little things (water and drinks available for guests are a nice relief). Each room is equipped with comfort and interesting informational materials about the city. Breakfast at a partnered bar, but it is possible to make tea or coffee in the room. Strongly suggested to park the car and travel by bus or taxi (under the B&B is a station). Beautiful view and the panoramic terrace.

Possibility to make coffee in the room really appreciated! Fridge was filled with useful items and food corner available to all offered fresh fruits etc.! Very important: drinking water bottles always available! Excellent location for ferries, opera, shopping! Tipp for people coming from the airport: ask for the pre-fixed price at the taxi driver (24 instead of 35 €)!

The B&B is located on the sixth floor (with an elevator) of an ancient building with a doorman, with Maschio Angioino, Teatro San Carlo, Galleria, and Piazza del Plebiscito literally just steps away and a stunning view that alone would be worth the stay. The rooms are comfortable and recently renovated. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room or at a nearby bar in the Galleria. However, the owners are the true added value of this establishment: very discreet even though they live next to the rooms, extremely kind and very helpful. The granting of a free late check-out was just the latest demonstration of a welcome given with passion and efficiency. We will definitely return during our future visits to Naples.

The structure is located in a historic building. The apartments are well-kept and equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect, between the Maschio Angioino and Piazza del Plebiscito. The apartments are located on the sixth floor, so the view from the balcony of the room is spectacular. I recommend watching the sunrise with the sun rising behind Vesuvius. The panoramic terrace is an extra gem. The managers are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

An outdated elevator transports you from the lively, noisy, and hectic Naples to a peaceful haven on the sixth floor of an old building. New rooms, very comfortable, soft bedding, ultramodern bathroom with all the desired amenities. Very efficient hairdryer! Balcony with exceptional view of the bay of Naples, Castel Nuovo, and Molo Beverello. Incredible private rooftop on the top floor with 360-degree views. This was a wonderful place to stay! Very central with many bus and train lines, as well as many things within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly friendly and very helpful if we had any questions. There were plenty of available breakfast options, like pastries, juice, coffee, fruit, etc. in the apartment. There’s also a roof terrace with an amazing view of the city, as well as a balcony with an excellent view. Highly recommended.

B&B that fully satisfies those who stay. The manager made the room available to us before the scheduled check-in time and beyond the check-out time to meet our needs. Clean, tidy and well-organized structure. Abundant breakfast with plenty of choice. The position of the B&B is perfect; on foot, you can reach the most beautiful places in Naples, from Piazza del Plebiscito to the Spanish Quarters, Galleria Umberto I, Via Toledo, Spaccanapoli. Very close to the port, which allows for wonderful excursions to the nearby islands. Also close to the parking area for tourist buses, through which it is possible to visit the entire Naples. Really the top.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at B&B Musica e Mare. The room was very spacious and clean and included lots of amenities. My husband especially appreciated all of the snacks that were available to grab at any time, including drinks and water bottles, candy, pastries, fruit, cereal, etc. There was a coffee maker in the room as well as a milk and a foamer so you could make your own coffee drinks. The bathroom was large and included a hair dryer and great shower. As a side note, none of the hotels we stayed at in Italy had conditioner for your hair, so bring your own if you want it! The view was FANTASTIC. The only downside I would say is that it is on the 7th floor and the elevator is very small and slow. The owner was very welcoming and let us store our bags after check-out. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the B&B Musica e Mare, Alessandro and Rosanna were great hosts, easy to communicate with and always available to answer our questions. The room is very spacious and comfortable. All amenities are provided including nice pastries from a bakery nearby. The view from the room is stunning and the access to the rooftop gives you even better views! Best view in Napoli :).

My stays in Naples have been numerous and often very long, in hotels, B&Bs, apartments, but it is the first time that I can consider myself fully satisfied with the chosen place. First of all the location: right in the center, between the Teatro San Carlo and the Maschio Angioino, with a spectacular view over the gulf to Vesuvius. Well-kept, clean, quiet, the B&B Musica e Mare also stands out for the extreme friendliness, kindness, and affability of the owners, attentive to the guest's needs in detail, with small unexpected and unusual surprises such as the availability of food and drinks all day, guides and tips to enjoy the city to the fullest. My stay was, unfortunately, very short, but it's just the beginning! Thank you Rossana and Alessandro, a warm greeting from Rome.
