B&B Maison Mari

Maison Mari is a charming bed & breakfast located in an elegant historical building from the late 19th century overlooking Piazza Sannazaro, right in the heart of Mergellina. The rooms are designed to provide comfort and practicality, each equipped with a private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV (streaming service Amazon Prime included), air conditioning, and heating. Additional amenities include a mini-fridge, hairdryer, bath linen set, and a complete courtesy kit. Guests also have access to an electric kettle and coffee machine to enjoy a warm beverage at their leisure.

Breakfast is always included and is served in accordance with regional regulations for bed & breakfasts, featuring individually packaged items.

Maison Mari accommodates a maximum of two guests per room, and extra beds or cribs cannot be added. Check-in is available from 12: 00 PM to 10: 00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10: 00 AM. Arrivals between 10: 00 PM and midnight incur an additional fee and must be arranged in advance; check-in is not permitted after midnight. Guests are asked to notify their arrival time at least 48 hours in advance, as check-in is conducted only in person.

Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a physical, valid identification document (passport or European ID card) for all guests, including minors. External visitors are not allowed, the number of occupants in a room cannot be increased, pets are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited in indoor areas and communal spaces. To ensure the well-being of all, the hours from 9: 00 PM to 9: 00 AM are designated for rest and quiet.
