Welcome to B&B Lumasa in Vietri sul Mare, the first town of the Amalfi Coast recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The property is located on the main street Umberto I, number 53, in the historic center of Vietri, a pedestrian area surrounded by shops selling Mediterranean-colored artisan ceramics, small restaurants and shops offering culinary tastings of typical products from the Coast. B&B Lumasa is only a 12-minute walk from the beach of Marina di Vietri sul Mare, so you can enjoy the sea and sun in complete tranquility.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, with works of art by renowned authors, ceramics and stuccos that give elegance and a touch of classicism that is never predictable. Master ceramist Antonio D'Acunto has contributed to make each room unique, associating a contemporary work of art with each one. The goal of the "colors - emotions" association is to welcome you in an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere, characterizing each room with different colors.

Certainly a place in a central location in the town, well maintained and very clean. As for the room, nothing to complain about. However, some things in the description do not match. The parking, which is said to be available, does not exist in the sense that you have to make arrangements with a distant garage, making it difficult to use the car because you have to be taken and picked up, and it is necessary to notify at least 20 minutes in advance. Stingy breakfast. I was inundated with messages to know the exact arrival time, when I had already given a time range, which I had moreover respected. I was asked for cash payment, which is now unfeasible. Note that the beach is far away. It's only about a ten-minute walk there, but on the way back there's a very long uphill.

This was by far the best stay I have had in my two weeks of traveling across Italy, Germany, and France. It was clean, in a good location, and all the amenities worked well. The only thing we noticed were a few ants. Now, this could be attributed to the fact that we left the balcony door open while we were in the room. Just something to think about. Breakfast was minimal but tasty. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Although it was raining the whole time my mom and I were there, we speak very highly of this place. My mom got sick the first day and they were so kind to help make tea and soup so my mom could eat something. Every day Luca asked if my mom was feeling better and Alfonsina was so sweet to make sure the stay was comfortable. The place is close to the beach and close to the bus and train. Would definitely stay again.
