Description

The property is situated in the Materdei district, one of the most central and oldest of Naples. The house is located on the second floor of a building in a private park, with concierge, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Possibility of free street parking immediately outside the apartment or alternatively, pay parking, discounted at 50 meters.

The B&B is located just steps from the subway that connects the entire city and a 15-minute walk from the Decumani. Our specialty is the preparation of a great breakfast.

Every single reservation will have a bathroom in exclusive use.

The apartment is equipped with free wireless.

We will be at your disposal for both all the information regarding historical and archaeological sites, which for all of news events organized in the city. You can count on our support to learn about all aspects of this legendary city.

My wife and I have stayed at this B&B for the third time and will come back again next time. It is located in a quiet area yet is a 20-minute walk from the center. The Materdei metro station is less than 5 minutes away. We always had a double room with an external private bathroom, all very clean and pleasant. The breakfast is excellent and the hosts Silvia and Santolo are very friendly and attentive. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Very nice property, not in the center but served with a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The bathroom is not shared with other people and its location is outside the room. The owner is truly a golden person, welcoming, super helpful, and ready to provide any information.

We stayed here for four nights. Very quiet and convenient location (5 minutes away from Materdei metro stop). Clean rooms with air conditioning, abundant breakfasts and above all the owner is very helpful and friendly, he recommended many interesting things to visit and great restaurants, in this way we were able to see Naples with the advice of a very kind local. Guarded parking available for a fee right under the house.

Legendary Naples B&B located in a strategic position for the metro stop, inside a well-kept condominium in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment has been renovated and well taken care of, clean and cute. Silvia and Santoli are always available and friendly, they provided us with accurate and detailed information, and thanks to their advice we discovered a gem, Caserta Vecchia, which I recommend everyone to visit. Every morning they woke us up with fresh croissants and served us breakfast, we felt like at a friend's house. We will return as soon as possible. Also about the early closure of the structure while we were out.

New apartment, well maintained, simple and modern in furnishings, clean and welcoming. The location is convenient to the center of Naples: with the metro you can easily reach anywhere, but it allows you to return to rest in silence. Near a garage where you can safely leave the car and a supermarket for supplies. The managers are very welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable about any information we asked for. Absolutely recommended!

Good structure, new and welcoming; close to the metro station and not too far from the city's historic center (also reachable on foot). Well-arranged and spacious rooms; useful private bathroom. The area is well served by supermarkets and grocery stores. Very kind manager, willing to provide various information (also with maps, brochures, etc.) to meet the different needs of customers; willing to propose visits to sites and attractions less known and more particular of the city.

Una precisazione per quanto riguarda la colazione: ci permetta di sottolineare che l'orario della colazione è, come chiaramente indicato nell'annuncio, dalle 8:00 alle 9:30, lei ci ha chiesto di farla alle 7:15, l'abbiamo accontentata facendole trovare dei prodotti già confezionati, non avevamo alternative, in più mettendo a disposizione bevande di ogni tipo e yogurt. La colazione è una nostra specialità come si nota dalle precedenti valutazioni, saremmo lieti di averla come ospite di nuovo, questa volta senza fretta, in modo da apprezzare in modo adeguato il momento mattutino.

There are places you live distractedly. Spending even a few days at B&B Napoli Leggendaria is an exciting, pleasant, surprising, and comfortable experience. My husband and I spent 4 days hosted by Santolo who welcomed and pampered us in his B&B located near the metro stop, close to small shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. It is a neighborhood close to the center, very quiet. It is a place to see and review. I don't know if we will return to Naples but who knows!

The bed and breakfast is located in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk from the Materdei metro stop (one stop from the archaeological museum). The room is adequately spacious and bright, the bathroom (private) is clean.\n\nI appreciated the possibility of having a fridge available to put fruit and water.\n\nThe breakfast is abundant and Italian with fresh croissants to my liking! The night is very comfortable, a few hundred meters away there are 2 excellent restaurants, Starita pizzeria and Cantina del Gallo, or with the metro you can dive directly into the center of Naples. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator (2nd floor).\n\nThe managers provide useful information on how to move around and what to visit. Santolo even came to the metro to welcome me. They are very helpful people and they are the real added value of this B&B.\n\nIf I were to return to Naples, I would definitely stay at Napoli Leggendaria. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation immersed in silence, a stone's throw from the Materdei metro station, abundant breakfast, served with great care by the owners. Upon our arrival, due to city traffic, we had difficulty reaching the B&B, but everything was resolved with the help of the owner who kindly came to pick us up at a point in Naples, guiding us to the accommodation. I stayed with my brother, three midweek days, in early October. It was a completely unexpected surprise for us, as it was our first experience in Naples, and with what is said, with a lot of fear in moving around. As soon as we arrived at the metro exit (with clarifications even before, already from home, with the owner), we were welcomed by Santolo, a truly exceptional, exquisite, polite and above all down-to-earth person, who accompanied us to B&B Napoli Leggendaria, just 2 minutes from the metro stop. Arriving at home (because that's how it was for us:), after various explanations on how to move around, we were overwhelmed by this welcoming, colorful, cheerful place with all kinds of comforts, including WI-FI. Every morning punctually (in case of delays notified in time), we were greeted with a more than abundant breakfast and a nice chat among friends very welcome and peaceful. Excellent advice on places to visit and all within reach, such as the best pizzeria in Naples "Starita" or the "Fontanelle Cemetery", a very suggestive place from Neapolitan history during the plague of 1600 or even in Naples the pastry shop "Attanasio" divine. Well, we reveal a secret, as soon as we left home to return to our city, we ran into Santolo and Silvia who were heading to B&B Napoli Leggendaria, why? Why were they going to rearrange, clean and order everything immediately, awaiting the arrival of other guests in the evening. What can be said about all this? Nothing. Just thank you for welcoming us as if we were their own children, for making us feel at home, for the kindness and humility shown to us. We will never stop thanking you. Hoping to see you again soon. My 15-year-old daughter, my husband, and I have just returned from a 4-day stay in Naples. I must say we had fun and rested. The hosts are a down-to-earth, helpful couple, very knowledgeable about places and initiatives, even original ones. Just think, as soon as we arrived, they came to pick us up at the Materdei metro station. Every day we were contacted about routes to take, how to do things, what to see, characteristic restaurants and pizzerias. Abundant and good breakfast, they even asked if we are allergic or intolerant to foods. Fridge always available with water, juice, and yogurt. A restful and quiet environment, excellent for those like us who want to explore much of the city and rest in the evening. Bright and very clean environment. The wi-fi really works. The B&B corresponds exactly to what was described, in fact, it's even better. The location is strategic, just a few stops from the city center. I stayed for one night with my boyfriend in this B&B, located in the peaceful Materdei area. Santolo, the owner, was impeccable, he welcomed us outside the Metro stop and kindly escorted us to the property. The apartment, recently renovated, is very clean and equipped with all the comforts, abundant breakfast. The next day we were also given the opportunity to leave our luggage until departure.\n\nIn short, B&B highly recommended.\nP. s: A few hundred meters away is the renowned Pizzeria "Starita", impossible not to try it.

We stayed at B&B Napoli Leggendaria for 2 nights. Unfortunately, 3 days are not enough to see Naples but the location of B&B Napoli Leggendaria is very convenient to move around; we arrived by train and Santolo, the owner of the B&B, was very helpful from the start by picking us up to accompany us. The B&B is new and very clean, every morning the breakfast prepared by Silvia and Santolo is abundant and good. They are always available to give advice and help in visiting the city. They even gave us the opportunity to leave the room only in the evening since we had the train at 7 PM. We will definitely return to Naples and we will return to B&B Napoli Leggendaria and definitely recommend it to everyone! Thank you for the welcome and hospitality you provided, see you soon.
