The Tavern of the Donkeys is inhabited by the Ciuccio family, a friendly and hospitable family who run the business with passion and courtesy.

The property is surrounded by a lush garden and a swimming pool where guests can fully enjoy their stay in relaxation.

Those who choose to spend their holidays in a B&B do so because they intend to intimately get to know the traditions of a country, and that's why we have chosen to prepare a breakfast with typical products from our region that are organically grown. You will be able to enjoy yogurts made with buffalo milk and products from local farms, pies and biscuits made with flour produced in Cilento, and jams made by mamma Mena with fruits from our trees.

Upon request, we can also provide a savory, vegan, or gluten-free breakfast.

The business is primarily managed by Luigia, an archaeologist and lover of good company, and by mom Mena, a cheerful lady who dedicates herself carefully to the preparation of jams. Almost all the members of the Ciuccio family are musicians, and the idea of opening a B&B was born thanks to colleagues and friends who saw in them a strong sense of hospitality and the pleasure of being in contact with always new people.

We were welcomed at the property by the owner, a beautiful and kind woman who made us feel immediately welcome. The property, and in particular the garden and the area around the pool, is a true oasis for the eyes. A paradise-like place. The owner's son played with our daughter and gave her excellent safety instructions for diving and using the trampoline where we all had fun on a carefree afternoon. Thanks to the whole family.

Fantastic place, super attentive family management (top cleanliness) and homemade breakfast with truly excellent local products, we spent two days in total relaxation by the pool. Central location to visit Campania and eat well. We had two magnificent days, excellent quality/price ratio, we plan to return soon! A hug.

The stay at B&B La Taverna dei Ciucci was wonderful. Luigia, who everyone affectionately calls Gina, with her mom Mena, who is naturally the diminutive of Filomena, made us feel pampered. The wonderful breakfast with local products, homemade jams and sweets, not to mention the garden that Gina's father keeps very well-maintained, are many small gestures that make a difference. I highly recommend this place because it's worth it.

Extremely kind and helpful owners. Clean and quite spacious room for three people, tastefully furnished. Excellent and plentiful breakfast: upon our last minute request for a savory breakfast, they brought us a tasty plate of water salt (bread, tomatoes and mozzarella, oregano and basil). In the afternoon of our arrival, we enjoyed the small but comfortable, well-equipped pool. Certainly, if we relax in this area, it will be a must-visit.

What more can I say?!? Lovely and welcoming people, a well-kept garden and pool, the room welcoming with a perfectly functioning bathroom. If I had to find a flaw, I would change the light bulbs and put them in warm light! Otherwise, perfect.
