Description
The "La Casa d’a…mare" B&B, managed by Silvio and Alfonsina Savastano since 2002 (the first Bed & Breakfast in Maiori), is located on the 4th floor of a recently built building, with an elevator, in the heart of the town.

It offers three spacious and comfortable rooms, named after different musicians (Bellini, Rossini, Vivaldi), tastefully furnished and equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, color TV, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and a furnished terrace: the perfect solution for a vacation or a rejuvenating weekend on the Amalfi Coast in any season.

The traditional breakfast includes coffee, tea, barley, milk, various flavors of jams, honey, corn flakes, muesli, fresh bread, toast, yogurt, croissants, homemade pastries or cakes, assorted cold cuts and cheeses, and is served with care and kindness in the breakfast room.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 20 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 19 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Wir, Sven und Moni, haben eine Nacht in Camera Rossini (vom 1. 4. 23-2. 4. 23) verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und charmant mit einem tollen Blick auf das Santuario Avvocata. Silvio und seine Frau haben sich sehr gut um uns umsorgt. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das leckere Frühstück war eine Kombination zwischen italienische sowie deutsche Frühstück. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superó mis expectativas. Vengo viajando hace un mes y fue el mejor lugar donde me hospede. Las instalaciones impecables, la habitación amplia y hermosa, el desayuno muy abundante y variado. Destaco mucho la amabilidad y la atención de Silvio, quien me ayudó a organizar mi visita en todo momento. Quedé maravillada!

Siamo stati in questo bed and breakfast dal 17 al 20 giugno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo da tutti i punti di vista. La struttura si trova in un palazzo dotato di ascensore. Le camere e il bagno sono grandi e ben attrezzati di armadi e cassettiere, una TV, c'è un piccolo frigorifero e una grande veranda con tavolini e sedie e uno stendino per la biancheria. Nel bagno c'è anche una lavatrice. Tutto è super pulito. La sala colazioni è ampia e comoda e la colazione varia e abbondante. La struttura è gestita da Sig. Silvio, persona gentilissima e disponibile che ci ha dato diverse informazioni per gestire al meglio la nostra vacanza sulla Costiera Amalfitana. È una struttura che consiglio a tutti, sia coppie che famiglie. Torneremo sicuramente.

Tutto perfetto al di sopra delle aspettative. Il gestore Silvio insieme alla sua gentile consorte: due persone d'altri tempi prontissimi ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti veramente in famiglia. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
