A small seaside town perched on a rocky hill between Cape Conca and the Emerald Grotto, about 4 km from Amalfi, offering breathtaking panoramic views. This magnificent seaside village, with its approximately 2 km of coastline, is an exclusive destination for artists, writers, directors, and important figures from the international scene. It is a well-known tourist center for its excellent accommodations, crystal-clear sea, and healthy climate.

The bed and breakfast Il Pavone is the ideal place for those who want to relax on an Amalfi-style vacation. B&B Il Pavone is situated with a fantastic panoramic view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Gulf of Salerno. Guests have a private balcony and never tire of watching the sea, the sun, and the maritime traffic. The property is located on the steep slopes that characterize the area, and this has been cleverly used to create a relaxing atmosphere with a direct sea view. Both the host and the rest of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. For example, the host spent half an hour giving us a thorough introduction to the area where Il Pavone is located, including public transportation, restaurants, and general attractions. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the daily room service is excellent. Our car could be parked in a closed private garage, which is convenient given the fairly dense traffic in the area. All in all, B&B Il Pavone is a top-class place, and we would be happy to return if our future travels bring us back to the Amalfi Coast.

Our stay at Il Pavone was incredible. The host and his family were so kind and generous and informative. They gave us a great overview of the area at check-in. Conca dei Marini is outside of the town of Amalfi and away from the busy tourist traffic. There are great restaurants, shops, and bars all within walking distance, and the bus stop is right next to the B&B. Breakfast and service were top-notch. This was our favorite stop during our Italy trip and would love to return here!

Salvatore and his family were really welcoming, perfect organization (scooter booking), always adequate information on what to visit and restaurants where to eat. Morning breakfast always plentiful (homemade pastries, croissants, juice, fresh fruit)! Spectacular view from both the room and the terrace and garden. Clean rooms of adequate size. Strategic location (on the road but not busy) 15 minutes from Amalfi and 20 from Praiano by scooter. Next to a bus station.

I highly recommend staying at B&B Il Pavone. We felt very welcomed and everything was relaxed, modern, and really easy. We wanted to escape the big city but we have to admit there are some city hotel amenities we appreciate, like phone charger ports, etc. - which the room had in abundance. It was spotless, comfortable, and of course had an incredible view on the terrace. There were plenty of towels and toiletries, and the bed was super comfortable. There's a clothesline on the balcony with clothespins, which is useful if you've been at the beach and want to rinse your suit off. Everyone talks about how great the breakfast was and it did not disappoint. But Sal and his parents truly went above and beyond - my husband has to follow a gluten-free diet, and every day there were new gluten-free options on offer. They must have gone to the grocery store and looked for food especially for him. Even the cats were hospitable. We arrived late at night and were extremely jet-lagged. Sal had mentioned that breakfast was upstairs but I wasn't sure exactly where, so I wandered into the gardens and past the kitchen. Then we had a very concerned cat follow us. It came up the stairs with me, then back down, went and stood in front of the apartment door, and meowed loudly as if to say "You silly humans, the food is here!". The house cleaner gave us beach towels when she noticed we were heading out, and after we asked Sal about taking the bus, he gave us bus tickets on our first day (I paid him back even though he didn't ask us to), and his dad even dropped us off in Amalfi when we were leaving and the bus would have been a close call timing-wise to catch the ferry we wanted, and a taxi would have been expensive. The location in Conca Dei Marini is fantastic if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe and less crazy prices.

Very recommended! Host and family are very kind and helpful! Salvatore speaks English well and is easily reachable via WhatsApp for any support and questions. They even took us with their car so we didn't have to take the bus. Very clean, amazing views. And the breakfast? Expect a WOW effect. Quoting my wife: 'I don't think I've ever had such an incredible breakfast'.

Excellent hosts and accommodations in a small, quiet town of Conca Dei Marini. Easy bus ride or water taxi to Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano. Beautiful views from your private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The property is beautiful with terraced gardens scaling the mountain with inviting vines and groves furnished with hammocks and swings. Lovely family-made breakfast daily consisting of typical Italian pastries/fruits/coffee but also made us custom omelets. Salvatore and his family could not have been more friendly and inviting. I have stayed at so many different Hotels and B&Bs, but the hospitality of Il Pavone was simply outstanding! Yes, staying at the Amalfi Coast becomes very expensive, and yes, for a B&B it is pretty expensive... but, the service, location, and especially the treatment you will get are worth every penny. Sensational hosts! Highly recommended to stay here.

We loved staying at B&B Il Pavone! Salvatore and his family (and staff) were so warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect and spotless and had a beautiful view. The garden is so stunning and was a wonderful place to watch the sunrise with a coffee. The hosts were super friendly and always ready to assist with any questions we had and helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. Breakfast was amazing, they had a wide variety of options including eggs made to order, fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, pastries, etc. The room was cleaned daily and necessary toiletries were provided. View and garden were great, and the B&B is conveniently located very close to the bus stop to be able to get to the main bus terminal in Amalfi where you can catch the bus/ferry/water taxi to other nearby towns. I would definitely recommend this B&B because of the hosts, and also the fact that you get the benefit of the quieter but still very charming area of Conca dei Marini with the proximity and convenience of nearby Amalfi.

The warmth we experienced here was overwhelming. The hosts provided us with great advice for all questions. Tips on bus connections, restaurants, and activity options were included. The location of the property, high above the sea, is fantastic. The spacious garden with a view and many seating options is part of it. Breakfast on the terrace is an experience just because of the beautiful view. It was abundant and an experience for true cake lovers. Parking in the garage, for a small fee, was gladly accepted by us. We would like to thank our hosts once again.

Salvatore and his parents were the best hosts we ever had! His mother was so sweet, cooking the best homemade breakfast we ever had at any B&B. We felt really part of the family. Salvatore was incredibly helpful. When we arrived he spent a good 30 minutes with us, telling us exactly what we could do, where the beach was and how to get there, arranging transport for us, pointing out the best restaurants. We had so many questions about getting around and he answered each one of them. He even parked the car for us when we came back from a drive and if you've ever driven in Amalfi you know how chaotic it can be. Every day at breakfast he would ask us what our plan for the day was and then start explaining what the best routes and spots were. He made our trip much easier. The room was very nice, with an exceptional view of the ocean. The cleaning lady did an amazing job every day, leaving the room spotless. And the location was amazing as well. A few minutes' drive from Amalfi, 20 minutes' walk down to the private beach (or free shuttle from the B&B). Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you can. It was an amazing experience and for the price it's a steal.

When I found this lovely property while searching for a nice, but not too expensive, place to stay, I was excited. Everything looked lovely, and the reviews were full of praises. I had high expectations. What I received during my stay was nothing short of absolutely incredible. Literally everything about the stay was perfection. The host family is so gracious and generous, the facility is beautiful with beautiful views, the breakfast was out of a fairytale... Look no further. The location is perfectly situated between Amalfi and Positano, and the hosts have all the best connections to good beaches, hikes and restaurants near the B&B. It's quaint and absolutely delightful. I will be back, without hesitation. This stay truly was a highlight of my trip. Love to B&B Il Pavone!

We spent 4 days at Il Pavone during our big tour in Italy and we are still absolutely thrilled with this extraordinary place. Vito, Carmela and Salvatore are extremely kind, helpful and attentive hosts. It was our first time in a B&B in Italy, and we can only confirm the praise of the other guests! Vito is very caring and served us a royal breakfast every morning. Such a great breakfast is extraordinary. Everything one could wish for. Carmela spoiled us with her homemade cakes and sweets, a large plate of mixed fresh fruit, Vito's delicious eggs with tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella from Campania, ham, salami, cheese, yogurt, muesli and much more. Unbelievable. We had the green room, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and with air conditioning. Not to mention, the breathtaking view from the balcony of the sea and other small villages. We would have loved to spend a few more days with these wonderful hosts, but everything was fully booked - no wonder. Maybe we will come back again, but this time by plane.

The B&B Il Pavone is located in a strategic point of the Amalfi Coast. Nothing to complain about the structure, beautiful rooms all with sea view. Il Pavone is the best B&B accommodation we have ever had. Location: The view from the room balcony to the Amalfi Coast is breathtaking. The location in the small town of Conca dei Marini offers authentic Italian flair without much tourism hype. In the village there are several restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop of the SITA bus to Amalfi is only 100m away. Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house or alternatively in the garage. Rooms: The rooms are very nice and very well maintained and have a private balcony overlooking the Amalfi Coast. There is also a beautiful garden with reclining furniture and hammocks. Breakfast: The breakfast is sensational and almost unbelievable by Italian standards. A highlight are the daily pastries freshly prepared by Mom. There is also mozzarella with tomatoes, ham, salami, mortadella, cheese, eggs and omelet. And lots of fresh fruit, served appetizing and wide peeled. Coffee from espresso to cappuccino and fruit juices of course too. Service: The service is extremely friendly and available at all times. The family is always on hand with help and advice. Shuttle rides to and from bus stations or restaurants are available. Also, we have always got good hints about restaurants or sightseeing possibilities and difficulties to consider. Even tickets for the SITA bus are available from son Salvadore. When we come back to the Amalfi Coast, only Il Pavone comes into question for us as accommodation.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to compliment the managers of the B&B Il Pavone. Charming Bed and Breakfast located in Conca dei Marini, a convenient location to visit the Amalfi Coast (about 10 minutes by car from Amalfi and 40 from Positano). As soon as we arrived and parked on the opposite side of the street (free parking but you can also use a garage for 10 euros a day for the most demanding guests), we were greeted by the kindness of Vito and Salvatore who showed us the room and provided numerous useful tips for our stay. Our room, rich in all comforts including bath products, etc., overlooked the sea with its private balcony. Impeccable cleanliness. Upstairs, the highlight of the structure, a wonderful terrace where, enjoying a splendid view of the coast, we had a simply fantastic breakfast, prepared every morning with extreme love by Mrs. Carmela. Just think that we ate: fresh sfogliatelle, Cheesecake with berries, coffee delights, buffalo mozzarella, scrambled eggs, fresh croissants, lemon-flavored sweets and in addition yogurt, fruit, cereals, milk, coffee, etc. Every morning we couldn't wait to wake up for breakfast 😍 and upon returning from each excursion we found Vito, Carmela, and Salvatore welcoming us with their sympathy and infinite availability. The structure also offers a beautiful solarium with sun loungers immersed in greenery and a small pool with hydromassage. We will never stop thanking Vito, Carmela, and Salvatore for the beautiful stay we had, we highly recommend the structure to those who want to visit the Amalfi Coast pampered by the classic Campania hospitality ❤️.

A corner of paradise run by a kind and helpful family that makes you feel at home as soon as you pass through the entrance gate. B&B is well cared for in every detail. Lovely structure located in one of the most picturesque places of the Amalfi Coast: Conca dei Marini! The room, spacious and very clean, has a small balcony with space for a table and two chairs with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Salerno. Hospitality, smiles, and friendliness are at home in this B&B Il Pavone. The homeowners are exquisite people and have helped us in every need and acted as guides on the beauties of the place. Special mention for the extremely rich and delicious breakfast.

We stayed 6 days, we were very good, the courtesy of the owners is exquisite, always generous in giving us information and suggestions. The B&B Il Pavone is located a few kilometers from Amalfi but still close enough to reach it in a few minutes both by car and possibly with transfer or public transport; the terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful, the view of the coast is spectacular, the breakfast with every delicacy is really a moment to enjoy peacefully, a round of applause for the homemade sweets. One of the best places we have ever been, and we have been to many. Lovely and helpful hosts. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits, excellent coffee. All our wishes were fulfilled almost in advance. In addition, we enjoyed the wonderful garden, drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful panorama from there. A pity we ordered the room for three nights only. Strongly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at B&B Il Pavone. The place was really nice: High comfort with great quality for bed furniture and also bathroom. It was really clean. We enjoyed the view on the coast and it was also really quiet and peaceful. You also have access to a beautiful garden. Hosts were really kind and helpful. They gave us several rides and helped us to organize our trip. One another point which really contributed to our dream stay: the breakfast! In addition to being abundant, it was really good! With fresh fruits, sweets, homemade orange juice, eggs..and good cappuccino and coffee! Very highly recommended place (the best of our total stay).

The accommodation with the great view and especially the breakfast is really great! But one should not expect much from the village/location, there is not much here. A small supermarket and a restaurant are nearby, otherwise everything is further away. There is also no opportunity to stroll or browse in bars/shops. For all that, one must leave the village and that is always an adventure! For us, a 4-day stay would have been perfect.

One of the best bed and breakfasts I've ever stayed at. Spectacular service, Salvatore helped us a lot with trip organization, excursions, and transfers, I only have words of praise. Breakfast on the terrace with sea views is spectacular, both in quantity and quality, excellent fruit (apricots from their own trees) and quality pastries, different every day, cold cuts, cereals, everything. Room with private bathroom and spectacular views in a quiet and relaxing area of Conca Marini, with very beautiful coves, restaurants, I will repeat. I felt at home. They change towels and clean the room every day.\n\nSuch a success this place. I will repeat.\nThank you Salvatore for making our stay so pleasant. The garden on the top is magical, for the views and the peace.

The B&B Il Pavone is a bit far from the sea, but with the shuttle for 1 euro that runs every hour, you can easily reach and return from the beach. At 100 meters, there is the bus stop for Amalfi, while if you want to go to Positano, you have to get off with the shuttle and then take the bus from there. The hosts are fabulous, they offer to accompany you in case you miss the shuttle or want to go to the starting point of the Path of the Gods (they also give excellent advice on places to visit and where to eat). The breakfast is very abundant (croissants, fresh mozzarella, all kinds of fruit, delicious freshly squeezed orange juice), impossible to eat everything. The room is well-kept and clean, with the possibility of sunbathing in the garden overlooking Conca and Amalfi. Highly recommended to stay in this B&B where you really feel welcomed as if you were family.

Thanks to Vito, Carmena and Salvatore for their warm welcome, kindness and availability that allowed us to have a wonderful stay. We were welcomed like old friends. Congratulations for the fabulous breakfasts made of fresh fruit, regional pastries, omelette/mozzarella, and well-foamed cappuccino enjoyed in a veranda with an extraordinary view of the Amalfi Coast. We particularly appreciated that they drove us to Amalfi, to nearby restaurants and to the neighboring sites to visit, thus allowing us to avoid taking our car on roads as beautiful as they are difficult to navigate. As for the rooms, maximum comfort and impeccable cleanliness with optimal quality WIFI. In conclusion, a must-visit address in the heart of the Amalfi Coast.

Perfect stay at the Amalfi Coast at B&B Il Pavone with Salvatore & family. We had a great time in this awesome B&B. Salvatore and his parents Vito and Carmella are very friendly and generous and took perfect care of us. They offered the best breakfast we had during our Italy trip. Besides fresh fruits, local fresh pastries, they offered the best cappuccino and awesome freshly made omelettes and fresh juices. You are sitting on a large balcony with a panoramic view of the Amalfi Coast. The family also arranged our trip to Capri and supported us with great tips on sightseeing and restaurants. They often drove us to Amalfi or the beaches as they know the area well and driving alone can be a bit tricky at times. The B&B's location is also perfect: easy access to very cute beaches, short distance to Amalfi, Ravello, and Positano. Additionally, the rooms are nice, all with views of the Amalfi Coast and private balconies with table and chairs. Furthermore, there is free parking in front of the property. We highly recommend this B&B and will definitely come back. @Carmella, Salvatore, Vito: we wish you all the best!
