The structure is convenient due to its proximity to the station but overall not completely satisfying. The heating was at the limit for the season and even raising it, we did not achieve great results. The breakfast is normal. The rate is a bit high compared to what is offered.

We had a wonderful time at B&B Il Faro, from being greeted by Daniele to being shown around and given lots of local information. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for making our time that much better Daniele!

Not ideal and the AC does not cool the room making it a very uncomfortable sleep during warm weather. The place had an odor as well.

I stayed one night in this excellent establishment and was pleasantly impressed by the attention to every detail. Welcoming, clean, and comfortable, in a good location, close to the train station and the city center. The manager was very kind and also gave us good advice about the restaurant where we had a great dinner. Highly recommended!

Our stay at B&B Il Faro was fantastic: the accommodation was very clean and updated, the breakfast and kitchen equipment were great, and the hosts were simply amazing and helpful. Nice location where it's not touristy and you can discover new neighborhoods. We wish we stayed longer!

New, spacious and clean room. Brand new bathroom equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable common kitchen area. Superb, abundant and delicious breakfast! Daniele was very kind and attentive. Good location, a short walk to the pedestrian area and the promenade. Highly recommended!

When traveling, it often happens to end up in 'refined' structures often located in very famous and celebrated locations but they always have the characteristic of being 'cold' due to their nature more oriented towards business. If you have felt this coldness and want instead a quiet place and a family atmosphere, I recommend the exquisite hospitality of Daniele at his B&B Il Faro. Spacious and decidedly comfortable room just a few minutes from the center. Impeccable cleanliness, brand new structure. Not to mention the abundant breakfast with many specialties. Having never been to Salerno before, we decided to book at B&B Il Faro for its location (central, convenient, and easily accessible, especially for those arriving by train like us) and the possibility of having breakfast (a wide choice including excellent croissants, homemade cakes, yogurt, fresh juices, and coffee/cappuccinos to suit all tastes). We stayed in the "Vento" room: simple, but attention to detail, clean and equipped with every comfort (hairdryer and toiletries... TOP!) with a private balcony. All this is complemented by the kindness of Daniele, always available, but never intrusive and a source of very useful tips for visiting the city. What can I say?! We had never been to Salerno and being able to do it during the Luminarie period was amazing. We will definitely come back in summer and, of course, we already know where to stay!

I really appreciated the cleanliness, the new furniture, and not makeshift as often found in B&Bs, the kindness of Mr. Daniele and the attention to details (support for luggage and shoes, etc.). Perhaps the thing I would suggest optimizing is the packaged products (due to health regulations, of course) used for breakfast, but it would really deserve a 10! Furthermore, I asked for and found fresh milk, so it's really just an encouragement. Many well-deserved wishes.

Quiet location and easily reachable once in the city. Top cleanliness and high courtesy of the host who explained all the rules to us in a simple and clear way. Simple but functional furnishings that evoke calm and marine colors. I would say the price is excellent for a stay about ten minutes walk from the city center.

We had a really nice stay at the B&B. We felt like home. Daniele was very friendly and courteous. He gave us many advices for restaurants, beaches and many more. When we needed something, we could always contact Daniele. The B&B was very clean and it always smells fresh. The rooms look like on the pictures. They are very comfortable. Only 1 minute walking there is a supermarket. You can reach the beach of salerno in about 15 minutes walk. With the car it is not far away to get to the next beaches of the Amalfi coast. Thank you for the good time!

Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera Vento la notte di capodanno. Daniele il proprietario persona squisita e gentilissima che ci ha dato utili consigli su come muoverci e massima disponibilità. Camere impeccabili nella pulizia, set benvenuto, colazione e asciugamani. Ogni camera è dotata di servizi igienici, condominio datato ma appartamento ristrutturato recentemente situato al sesto piano. Per noi è stata la prima esperienza in un B&B ma nonostante sia stata una "toccata e fuga" siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Persone cordiali ed educate anche all'interno del condominio ed al mattino abbiamo incrociato gli altri ospiti molto cortesi e gentili. Tutto perfetto.

Camera spaziosa ed accogliente molto pulita come la sala comune dove si può fare colazione o prepararsi una bevanda calda offerta dal proprietario. La cura nei dettagli la fa da padrone e la gentilezza del proprietario Daniele nn ha prezzo soprattutto per tutte le dritte sul mangiare. Il B&B si trova molto vicino al centro quindi lo consiglio vivamente.
