Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Other notes
La struttura dispone di terrazza con cucina annessa, dove è possibile fare colazione. La cucina non è utilizzabile per preparare pranzi o cene. E' possibile invece usufruirne per preparare pasti a bambini. La cucina è fornita di bevande (quali caffe, latte, succhi, acqua) e snack h\24. L'accesso alla terrazza è consentito in qualsiasi momento.
