Area city center

Less than 1 km from the heart of the historical center. The B&B is 20 meters away from the Materdei metro station and 100 meters away from the C16 bus stop that takes you to the waterfront.

In the neighborhood, there are grocery stores, a newsagent, tobacco shop, bars, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, post office, and a bank.

Additionally, in just a few minutes, you can reach the Fontanelle Cemetery, a tuff quarry where the sacred and profane merge, and the catacombs of San Gaudioso.

B&B in a perfect location. It's very easy to reach the city center with the nearby metro. The managers were very kind and helpful from the beginning. Regarding cleanliness, the room and the bathroom were very clean. There was a lot of dust under the bed, but otherwise perfect. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a choice between savory and sweet (the warm cream-filled croissants were delicious).

Very nice place. Anna and Valentina are very friendly and helpful.\n\nOnly downside is the bathroom, even though very comfortable, is located outside the room.\n\nWe will definitely return because we had a good time.
