Description
The B&B Casa Avallone is a cozy hideaway in the center of Naples.

The property has two double bedrooms and one double (all air-conditioned facility with hot / cold), each with a private bathroom with shower inside the room. There is also a living room with kitchenette with stove, oven and refrigerator where you can prepare a coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner or just spend time in complete relaxation.

Une hote très gentille qui nous a super bien reçue et renseigné parfaitement, la chambre super, petit déjeuner suffisant, la localisation au top dans le quartier espagnol proche de tout, nous avons adoré et espérons revenir bientôt!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in questo splendido e centralissimo B&B, la camera che ci è stata riservata era davvero enorme, dotata di tutto quello che necessitavamo, phon e asciugamani. La posizione è strategica, nel mezzo dei quartieri spagnoli e a 5 minuti a piedi da via Toledo e dalla metropolitana. La signora Imma che lo gestisce insieme alla sua famiglia ci hanno accolti con affetto e calore. La colazione e soprattutto i buonissimi dolci preparati dalla signora Antonella ci hanno fatto cominciare la giornata con una marcia in più, complimenti. Un bacio grande e a presto. Casa Avallone è una struttura che si trova a pochi passi dal centro della città. In una posizione direi strategica per lo shopping e per visitare i posti più belli. Ottima accoglienza, disponibilità e solarità della sig.ra Imma. Molto bella la camera, colazione eccellente. Ci ritorneremo senza dubbio. Grazie di tutto.

Nel cuore di Napoli, Spaccanapoli..e ti senti subito a casa. Un ambiente caldo e gradevole, colazioni con sfogliatelle e pastiera preparate dalle sapienti mani della signora. Unica controindicazione è che poi non vorresti più ripartire.

Struttura collocata nel vivace quartiere Spagnoli, a pochi minuti dalla fermata metro 1 Toledo che permette di raggiungere la stazione centrale e a pochi passi dalla centrale Via Toledo e dal centro storico. Posizione strategica per poter visitare a piedi Napoli e le sue bellezze architettoniche. Ambiente familiare e molto cordiale. Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia! Un accueil très chaleureux ! Une famille speciale, ouverte et disponible! je le recommande a tous les tourists de passage a Naples. On peut aller facilement aux alentours, aux iles, etc. Nos avons été ici pour la deuxieme fois et nous omptoms revenir si possible! Parfait, proper, souriant!

Siamo stati a Napoli per Pasqua, il B&B è collocato nei Quartieri Spagnoli, zona popolare e molto verace di Napoli, vicino alla stazione metro Toledo, però la strada è tutta in salita e con le valigie è un po' faticoso arrivarci e si accede alla struttura con delle scalette un po' ripide. La stanza (tripla) accogliente e pulita come pure il bagnetto (ma non è stata mai riordinata fino alla nostra partenza). Colazione molto anonima tranne che per un dolce diverso preparato ogni giorno dalla signora Pina (molto buona la pastiera). Accoglienti e cortesi la signora Pina e sua figlia Imma.

Sono stata 2 notti da Francesco e Pina. Loro erano gentile e mi hanno sempre aiutato quanto ho avuto bisogno. Il B&B é arredato con molto gusto. Era facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria, vicino al porto e in un posto comodo per visitare la città.

Gentilezza e ospitalità come nella buona tradizione napoletana: nu babbà! Ideale per chi vuole scoprire la città a piedi. Posizione strategica. Colazioni puntuali e "veraci", torta alla mele e sfogliatelle appena sfornate da togliere il fiato. Oltre un B&B un info point davvero preparato e disponibile a tutte le ore. Vivamente consigliato. Casa Avallone ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno in questa bellissima città ancora più bello, vivace e piacevole. Le amorevoli attenzioni di Pina, i consigli suoi e del marito Franco, la disponibilità della figlia, la dolcezza di una bimba che ti accoglie, sono non meno importanti della posizione assolutamente ottima per raggiungere, anche con soli pochi passi, punti nevralgici del centro storico; pochi minuti da Piazza Plebisctito, Teatro San Carlo, Maschio Angioino, Castel dell'Ovo, dalla funicolare per il Vomero e il bellissimo Castel dell'elmo, pochi passi dalla bellissima e modernissima stazione metropolitana Toledo. Per non parlare del vicinissimo Centro Storico. Soggiornare a Casa Avallone ti fa sentire di poter sempre contare su qualcuno, senza rinunciare alla riservatezza e alla tranquilità. L'ambiente è allegro, colorato e curato con gusto, e la colazione con le torte e le sfogliate di Pina fatte calde al mattino ti fanno venir voglia di alzarti e ripartire per nuove avventure. Grazie ancora, per la calorosa accoglienza e i preziosissimi consigli, non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
