The owner, Francesco, offers a relaxing, welcoming and friendly atmosphere to ensure your stay in Naples is enjoyable.
He will provide all the iunformation you need to visit the many beautiful sights and monuments of this city and its surroundings.
He will also advice you where to go to enjoy the best traditional Neapolitan cusine and the most important events during your stay.
The Rooms:
Canta Napoli offers three comfortable bedrooms: two doubles, of which one is en-suite, and one single. The shared bathroom which serves the second double room and the single room, has a bath and shower. All rooms have been simply but tastefully decorated and include a ventilation system, flat screen TV and writing desk, window or balcony.
It is possible to add a supplementary bed at 15 euro per person per night and a free cot for children up to the age of 3.

The Mater Dei underground station is conveniently located just 150 from Canta Napoli, which means that the historic centre of Naples, the higher districts of the city and the railway station are all within easy reach in a short space of time.
By air:
From Capodichino airport take a taxi and ask for the “tariffa predeterminata”; this is a fixed fare set by the local council which also covers the cost of transporting your baggage.
By train:
From Napoli Centrale railway station follow the signs for line 1 of the Metropolitana (underground) and take the train bound for Piscinola. Alight at Mater Dei station and, following the directions on the map, walk the 150 metres or so to Via Duca Ferrante della Marra No. 3.

I stayed at this B&B in Naples and I had a great time. The place is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. A strong point is definitely Francesco, the host (or owner), who was incredibly kind and caring. He provided me with a lot of useful information, always made sure I lacked nothing, and made my stay even more pleasant. Another aspect I really appreciated was the central location near the metro and the tranquility of the area: even though it's in Naples, the B&B is situated in a quiet spot, perfect for resting after a day out in the city. I absolutely recommend staying here and I will definitely return!

Francesco was very helpful in ensuring I had details of where to go while I was in Naples and how to get there. The apartment is, as can be seen from the photo, in a large block of flats so it isn’t the quietest place but it felt safe enough. It’s located about a mile from the central area - uphill! There is a metro station nearby which links you with the city. The facilities and breakfast are basic, but then it’s quite cheap to stay there.

I stayed at the B&B Canta Napoli for four days at the beginning of May, it is located in a neighborhood near the center, very convenient for the metro stop, but also easily reachable on foot. Francesco, the manager, is always available and generous with advice on how to best visit Naples. Good and abundant breakfast. What I liked most is the tranquility of the B&B where you can rest well without the city noises, also a quiet area in the evening. A nice place to stay in the center at a reasonable price. Everything was clean. My room was quite dark, but ok. Nice breakfast. The owner asked if I preferred sweet or salty, which was nice. And also, I was happy that there were umbrellas to borrow on site. The only problem I encountered was with the WiFi. It was weak in my room and even in the kitchen where the router is located. There was also no place to sit, like a living room. And no access to the kitchen, as it is a private apartment. But overall the experience was ok.

I had a great stay at B&B Canta Napoli, and I would like to thank Francesco for being such a great host and manager - he explained everything and helped me with suggestions on what to do and how to go about in Naples. On the first night of my stay he went above and beyond to find me a concert venue with live Neapolitan music, which I really enjoyed! The B&B is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very clean and the breakfast on offer was great - especially the pancakes! Francesco was very attentive and I could tell he really cares about the guests' experience. Highly recommended!

Very courteous and helpful manager, very clean and new room, metro stop at 5 minutes, very comfortable. Quite central area even if you want to reach the city center on foot. I would recommend it and most likely return.

Great B&B! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just outside downtown, very near to a metro station (you can also walk easily). It's a good base to check out the city. Francesco is a very friendly and uncomplicated host, who takes good care of the B&B (great breakfast buffet!) and his guests. Rooms are nice and clean and have either garden view or view to the hills around Napoli. We also appreciated the little talks with the kind caretaker.

We had a great time at B&B Canta Napoli. Tidy, clean, Francesco is very meticulous. The property is just a stone's throw from the Metro and other strategic bus stops, in a quiet location away from the Neapolitan nightlife. Perfect for those who want a quiet and easy stay in Naples with public transportation. Francesco pampered us. Thank you.

The B&B Canta Napoli was an excellent choice. Francesco, the manager, was welcoming and very kind, he made himself very available to our schedule and at breakfast he prepared a great coffee and a latte as I like it, the structure is clean, the room with a comfortable bathroom, the condominium where it is located is very quiet, also with a very friendly doorman, the Materdei area is perfect to rest the mind after a day spent in the wonderful and folkloric chaos of Naples, so in the morning we are rested and ready to dive back into the fray. Naples as usual beautiful.

Francesco is a wonderful person as well as a skilled and professional host. We felt at home since the very first day of our stay. The accommodation is cozy and the room clean and fully equipped. He is always available and helpful. Even his parents gave us a lot of information and his mum made a delicious cake to welcome us.
