Description

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM

Hi, I'm Annalisa Amore
Restructuring the apartment of my grandparents to recall the memories of the beautiful and warm childhood with them, gave birth to my B&B love.

I keep the local traditions so dear to them (LE CERAMICHE DI VIETRI)
The three rooms have the name of Carlo, my grandfather, Penelope, my grandmother
and the biggest room has the name of my mother Erminia.

Amazing place, Annalisa is a super host, so much fun. One thing to note is there's a bustling street below, so maybe use ear plugs if you want to sleep in.

Il soggiorno, seppure breve, é stato fantastico, caratterizzato dalla gestione attenta e affettuosa della signora Annalisa. La posizione centrale permette di visitare il caratteristico paesino di Vietri e dintorni, oltre che a muoversi in tutta comodità. Da provare!

Struttura centrale al secondo piano di una palazzina storica di Vietri sul corso chiuso al traffico. L'appartamento è formato da tre camere di cui una quadrupla comoda e confortevole e una quarta in cui risiede la titolare della struttura. Annalisa è una perfetta padrona di casa, la cui presenza discreta e l'accoglienza calorosa sono un punto di riferimento per consigli e dritte di visita della costa.
