Askìa Rooms & Breakfast is located in Ascea Marina, pearl of the Cilento Coast. The property enjoys a strategic location 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the main street.

Askia Rooms & Breakfast's mission is to give its guests moments of relaxation and tranquility, thanks to the strong contact with nature and pampering them with homemade desserts, discovering the flavors and aromas of the Campania coast.

Each room is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with a mini fridge, WiFi, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

The price always includes bed and breakfast outdoors in a large green area.

Askía Rooms & Breakfast is located at the beginning of the hamlet of Ascea Marina, a few minutes from the free beach and about 5-7 minutes from the beaches through. The course of Ascea Marina and the archaeological excavations of Velia are about 10-15 minutes walk and a few minutes by car. Ascea Marina station is about 20 minutes away on foot, but we have a free shuttle to and from the station (in advance).

We spent a weekend with friends. We had an amazing time. The owner Sabrina and absolutely her entire staff pampered us, making us feel at home. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was five-star. Sabrina's sister is the queen of tarts. You absolutely must go, it is highly recommended.

My wife and I spent a weekend at this property and we were pleasantly satisfied with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We were impressed by the property because we found a modern environment with great attention to detail and many comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, personal care kit). We slept very well, with no noise nearby, and had a plentiful breakfast. Compliments to the hosts and we will definitely return.

The hosts are very nice and super helpful. We had more frequent contact with Roberta, who always showed herself to be very nice. The accommodation is very beautiful, new, and super clean. The location is ideal for those who want to be more relaxed, but at the same time not too far from the center and the services offered by the village. Less than ten minutes distance from the sea, where access is free, but you can also take advantage of equipped beach establishments in the immediate vicinity. In short, I recommend it for those who have needs like ours.

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful structure just a 4-minute walk from a very wide sandy beach and with a clear and blue sea where diving in is truly enjoyable. The bed & breakfast, as I mentioned, is absolutely top-notch with cozy rooms equipped with impeccable services and, although modern, with reflections of the ancient Cilentan hospitality. Furthermore, 3 km away, we visited the wonderful Greco-Roman site of Velia, and a few more kilometers away, there are the splendid and incredible temples of Paestum, all in a tranquil environment full of greenery and relaxation. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh and local genuine ingredients, from homemade tarts to Cilentan sausage and Caciocavallo, highly appreciated. Lastly, a warm greeting to the kind Roberta and Sabrine, protective custodians of Askya, with the wish for a soon goodbye.

I consider myself very satisfied with the stay I spent at the facility. I did not find any issues. The breakfast served, among other things, in a pleasant gazebo, was excellent, and the room was equipped with all comforts. The B&B is in excellent condition and the garden is clean and well-structured. I thank the manager of the facility (the young Mrs. Sabrina) who is always ready to provide information and solve any problem (for example, she provided us with the umbrella we had forgotten). The facility is a five-minute walk from the free beach, although in reality, we preferred for our convenience to go to the beach at Marina di Ascea.

Askìa is a magical, paradisiacal place. A small house divided into various rooms, each of which is equipped with comfort, including the private bathroom. I stayed in the last days of June, in the superior attic with a small terrace, overlooking the fantastic garden, always clean, well-kept, and excellently maintained. The garden is a green oasis of peace and tranquility, full of potted flowers and plants. The property is a very short walk from the sea, however, it is in a position that easily reaches other beaches in the vicinity. The highlight is the breakfast, spectacular, delicious, and varied. Fresh cakes made by the hosts, cappuccino, coffee, dried fruit, waffles, and much more. The hosts are very kind and very discreet, always available and ready with useful tips. The atrium is a very welcoming common area and the breakfast area can also be used at times other than breakfast time. It was a great experience, surely Askìa will be my reference point whenever I am in the areas of Ascea and surroundings. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights at the pleasant B&B. The three sisters who run the place are very kind and helpful. A special mention to Roberta, always attentive in preparing breakfast and her delicious homemade sweets... the room is very clean and comfortable with a very convenient balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the garden. I would only improve it by applying mosquito nets to the windows, which are brand new anyway. Efficient Wi-Fi and very practical the card that opens the gate, door, and room instead of the classic key.

The structure is very beautiful, very well maintained (I thought it had just been renovated), the rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, excellent breakfast, with a great choice. On foot you can reach the nearby beach in 2 minutes, but from the main road by bus you can easily get to Pioppi or Acciaroli. I would say it was an excellent choice.

If you are looking for a place of serenity, greenery, freedom, cleanliness, and good service for your vacation, the B&B Askìa is the right place. Upon arrival, it is impossible not to notice the well-kept greenery surrounding the entire structure, a modern villa with good architectural taste. Personally, I needed a single-use room; the space was not large, but it was perfectly suitable for one or two people, especially thanks to the nice equipped terrace where you can enjoy the coolness of the surrounding vegetation in the evening. The B&B is not located in the center, but not too far either, about ten minutes from the main square of Ascea. It is located near a river, whose course, immersed in natural vegetation, leads to the sea and the nearest beach to the structure, about seven minutes walk away. The B&B is managed by three sisters, all very quick, practical, friendly, and similar to each other, so much so that it is almost difficult to recognize them. They are always available to listen, advise, and smile at guests, creating a family atmosphere that makes you feel at the center of their thoughts. During my stay, breakfast was provided, simple but not frugal, and above all good. It is exactly what you need for a vacation to relax, see, travel around, have fun, and certainly not to eat. Finally, the price, which I do not disclose in detail, is certainly in line with the treatment reserved for guests.

A beautiful place to spend quiet holidays, dedicated to the sea and the excellent fish that Marina di Ascea offers. I spent 8 splendid days at this property with my young daughter. It fully meets the described characteristics. The room, ours was the Poseidonia, was furnished in a functional and complete way. Brand-new bathroom with a very spacious shower cubicle. Impeccable cleanliness. The outdoor spaces are well-kept, as are the indoor ones. The property is new and excellently maintained. The hostesses are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the breakfast. Every day enriched with delicious homemade pastries (unforgettable the roll and the chocolate tart), pastries, fresh fruit, and much more. My experience was very, very positive. It is my point of reference when I go to Ascea. It is managed excellently and is in a quiet position just a few steps from the beach, and with a walk, you can reach the center. Three very kind sisters, who do everything, become almost like family members that it is always nice to see again.

The structure is very well maintained, it is close to the sea and close to the center. Quiet location. A great added value is given by the sisters Sabrina, Roberta, and Giulia who are very attentive to the guests' needs. They are spontaneous and caring just right without being intrusive. Very good!

Clean, cozy and comfortable environment. Brand new structure, very well maintained with a beautiful garden. I had requested a vegan breakfast at booking and the owners, very kind girls, provided me with different types of cookies, vegan croissant, rice milk, vegan yogurt. In practice, much better than many hotels that have no choices for vegans. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this new property, near the sea, for a week in July, in the Velia room with a terrace. We really appreciated the comfort of the room and the bathroom, especially the shaded terrace in the late afternoon, overlooking a beautiful garden and a nearby stable where you can admire the horses resting in the green, the setting is quiet. Also very much appreciated the kindness of the managers, Roberta for the good breakfasts, Sabrina and Francesco who gave us useful tips on restaurants and various activities to do. We were very satisfied with the choice of this bed and breakfast whose central location allows you to visit both the north and south parts of the Cilento coast. Excellent overall judgment.

Exceptional! We had a great stay in the company of people who welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, making us feel like family. Roberta and Sabrina were very friendly, helpful, professional, and attentive to our needs; the place is extremely clean and in an ideal location for getting around. Fabulous breakfast, made up of delicious homemade cakes, served in a very well-kept and relaxing garden! Highly recommended, truly worth it! We will be back as soon as possible!

Askìa Rooms and Breakfast welcomes you with its beauty immersed in nature. It is strategically located for those who want to visit Cilento from north to south, (the train station is about a 15-minute walk away) and for those who want to go to the nearby sea, there is a walkable descent in a quiet place! We stayed in a room with a balcony, very comfortable bed and pillows, and impeccable cleanliness! Sabrina is a wonderful person, caring and attentive to guests' needs. You can see and feel that she puts her heart and passion into what she does! We will definitely return on the next opportunity! Highly recommended! For those traveling by motorcycle, there is a small feasible dirt road.

Everything is taken care of in detail, the structure is studied in the smallest details, cool rooms, Sabrina and Roberta always available. The super abundant breakfast is served in the garden, a strong point of the structure. We had a great time and will definitely come back.
