The owner and the employees are delightful people who, in addition to running the property impeccably, welcome guests and create a family-like atmosphere. The garden, beautiful, is perfectly maintained. Breakfast with homemade cakes by the owner, Sabrina, is a great added value to the quality of the service. The proximity to the public beach (5 minutes on foot) is another point in its favor. Very satisfying stay.

Location: ideal for reaching the beach on foot. Very close to the town centre. Room: comfortable, air-conditioned and well furnished. Breakfast: plentiful and varied. The pastries are very good. Bathroom: the shower drains slowly. The towels (for a 5-night stay) were not changed. In addition, there were water splashes on the mirror that were not removed. Overall the property is relaxing and it is pleasant to spend a few hours in the garden sunbathing while listening to the sound of the pool's cascading water. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in complete relaxation away from road noise.

Welcoming property with hosts who are very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, punctual and unobtrusive. Very efficient family-run management. Recommended.

We stayed at this property for just one night, but we were treated as if we had known each other forever. The staff were extremely kind, the rooms clean and spacious, and the location is definitely good for those who want to spend relaxing days in Ascea Marina. I highly recommend it.

Perfect stay at Askìa Rooms. A gem in the heart of Ascea. From the moment you enter you immediately notice the attention to every detail: immaculate, very fragrant room, furnished with modern taste, very comfortable bed and a perfectly clean bathroom. Strategic location; everything is within walking distance. But the real added value is the hospitality: helpfulness, kindness and many little touches that make you feel at home. Very quick check-in and extremely useful recommendations on where to eat and what to see, as only a local can provide. Generous, high-quality breakfast. Unbeatable value for money. If I return to Ascea, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommended 100%.

It was an exceptional experience. The owners are delightful people, the property is beautiful and super clean. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect. The attention to small details, the kindness and availability of all three sisters were excellent. The property was extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent and homemade. I recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation is well managed by three very sweet and friendly sisters. I don't usually leave reviews, but they truly deserve it. At breakfast the pastries they make are really good and genuine. We will gladly come back.

Very welcoming property. The two sisters are wonderful people, always helpful and ready to accommodate any request (e.g., breakfast prepared according to our preferences). Located a 5-minute drive from the station and close to the sea. Excellent cleanliness. Great price for what is offered. Highly recommended.

I can only praise the property in every respect. The hospitality and warmth of Sabrina and Roberta, their tips on what to visit in the area, the beauty of the rooms and the small garden around the property, the breakfasts fit for a king that were served to us, the always impeccable and punctual cleanliness, and the strategic location just a few steps from a free beach and in a quiet area, immersed in nature yet also close to the attractions of Ascea. Truly everything was perfect. Congratulations on the wonderful place you have created.

We stayed at this B&B for three days and the experience was simply fantastic. From the first moment it is clear that this is not just any property, but a place thought out and designed with extreme care and attention to detail. The location is truly strategic: situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the silence, yet very close to the town center. A rare combination. In addition, the view is wonderful and offers moments of pure beauty, especially in the evening when the atmosphere becomes even more evocative. The room was large and spacious, furnished in a modern, minimal style with impeccable taste. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well every night. The bathroom was perfectly equipped, with modern finishes and well cared-for details. The lighting, colors and harmony of the spaces create a truly fantastic effect. You can tell that every choice was made with attention and good taste. One of the aspects that impressed us most was the overall comfort: everything is designed to make the guest feel at home, but in an even more beautiful and polished way. Breakfast was another major highlight: plentiful, varied and delicious, with quality products. There is also private parking, working Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen, which makes the stay even more convenient. The owners were fantastic: always available, kind and ready to help with any need. Their hospitality really made the difference. I recommend this B&B without hesitation to couples, families and groups of friends. It is the ideal place both for a relaxing holiday and for a more dynamic stay thanks to the perfect location. Final rating: 10/10. A property that exceeds expectations and one to which we would return without thinking twice.

The property deserves top marks in every respect, with two wonderful sisters who welcome you as if you were family. A special mention for the abundant breakfasts, including homemade cakes, each more delicious than the last (and you will not find just one). A heartfelt thanks to Sabrina and Roberta who helped make our holiday very pleasant. We will definitely return.

Perfect property and owners.

Wonderful property just steps from the sea. The villa has a beautiful garden on the lower level, perfect for relaxing. My room was spotlessly clean, equipped with air conditioning and all the comforts needed for a worry-free stay. Breakfast? Simply fantastic, very good and super abundant! The real added value, however, are the two sisters who run the property: two owners who are incredibly welcoming, kind and attentive to every detail. I will definitely return.

Well-maintained property with attention to detail and very clean. Comfortable and well-finished rooms, with new bathrooms. Breakfast is excellent, with homemade pastries and also local savory options. The staff is very helpful and exceptionally friendly. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing!

A wonderful surprise! It was our first time at this B&B and we had a fantastic stay. The owners are very kind and unusually attentive: knowing about my wife's celiac disease, they arranged for her to have a fresh, non-packaged breakfast, a gesture we appreciated very much. Strategic location close to all amenities and the sea. Truly great value for money. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. The welcome and the services were top-notch.

New property, very well furnished, large garden all around and parking. The family-run management is very helpful and friendly.

We spent a weekend with friends. We had an amazing time. The owner Sabrina and absolutely her entire staff pampered us, making us feel at home. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was five-star. Sabrina's sister is the queen of tarts. You absolutely must go, it is highly recommended.

My wife and I spent a weekend at this property and we were pleasantly satisfied with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We were impressed by the property because we found a modern environment with great attention to detail and many comforts (air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, personal care kit). We slept very well, with no noise nearby, and had a plentiful breakfast. Compliments to the hosts and we will definitely return.

Nice property a few steps from the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and renovated, although not very soundproof. The cakes they prepare for breakfast are good, less so the packaged snacks on the counter. Recommended.

Beautiful property: clean, welcoming and colorful. Excellent management by Roberta, Sabrina and the very friendly Giulia, plentiful, genuine and tasty breakfast, delicious coffees from Michele and Diletta and big smiles from Paolo and Vincenzo. We had a wonderful time, we will come back again, Imma and Federico 😘♥️.

I highly recommend Askìa Rooms in Ascea Marina. Cleanliness, kindness and quality are three of the many positive features of this B&B. Great structure, very well maintained, the hosts are exquisite and caring people. We had a great time and will definitely return.

The hosts are very nice and super helpful. We had more frequent contact with Roberta, who always showed herself to be very nice. The accommodation is very beautiful, new, and super clean. The location is ideal for those who want to be more relaxed, but at the same time not too far from the center and the services offered by the village. Less than ten minutes distance from the sea, where access is free, but you can also take advantage of equipped beach establishments in the immediate vicinity. In short, I recommend it for those who have needs like ours.

We spent a week in this facility. We were very happy and especially satisfied with the courtesy and availability and especially with the friendliness of the owners of the facility. It is recommended.

Family-run establishment set in a well-kept green area, quiet and perfect for relaxation. The owners are very kind, hospitable, and available for advice and information. Breakfast consists of delicious cakes, even for those with intolerances. Rooms are well-furnished, comfortable, and cleanliness is excellent. Highly recommended.

We stayed for a week in this new, well-maintained, and welcoming establishment, in a very quiet location despite being close to all services, the beaches, and the center of Ascea Marina. The breakfasts in the well-kept garden were very pleasant and plentiful. The sisters Roberta, Sabrina, and Giulia were very kind and helpful, and we thank them again affectionately. Vittoria, Margherita, and Bengio (VR).

My wife and I stayed at the B&B Askia Rooms in Marina di Ascea and we felt great. The hospitality was excellent: the hosts were always kind, helpful, and ready to give us great advice on where to eat and what to visit in the area. The property is very well-kept, clean, and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere that allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet stay in a well-maintained location with truly warm hospitality!

Wonderful vacation at Askya Rooms. Brand new structure, comfortable and very clean room in a family environment. Excellent breakfast with very fresh products and homemade pastries. Very close beaches with a beautiful sea. Thanks to Roberta and Sabrina for their hospitality, availability, kindness, and friendliness. We will definitely return, highly recommended.

Family stay. Owners are friendly and helpful towards customers. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful structure just a 4-minute walk from a very wide sandy beach and with a clear and blue sea where diving in is truly enjoyable. The bed & breakfast, as I mentioned, is absolutely top-notch with cozy rooms equipped with impeccable services and, although modern, with reflections of the ancient Cilentan hospitality. Furthermore, 3 km away, we visited the wonderful Greco-Roman site of Velia, and a few more kilometers away, there are the splendid and incredible temples of Paestum, all in a tranquil environment full of greenery and relaxation. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh and local genuine ingredients, from homemade tarts to Cilentan sausage and Caciocavallo, highly appreciated. Lastly, a warm greeting to the kind Roberta and Sabrine, protective custodians of Askya, with the wish for a soon goodbye.

We had a fantastic vacation at Askìa Rooms and Breakfast. The rooms are welcoming and clean, but what impressed us the most was the breakfast: rich, varied and with fresh, homemade products. The location is strategic, a few steps from the beach and the center of Ascea Marina. But the real added value of this B&B are the owners, Sabrina and Roberta, always smiling and ready to meet our every request. We felt at home.

A structure located in a green area with a large garden. You can breathe peace and tranquility. Excellent welcome. Abundant and varied breakfast. The staff is really kind and helpful. We will gladly return.

I would return immediately. Everything is beautiful, even the managers are good.

I consider myself very satisfied with the stay I spent at the facility. I did not find any issues. The breakfast served, among other things, in a pleasant gazebo, was excellent, and the room was equipped with all comforts. The B&B is in excellent condition and the garden is clean and well-structured. I thank the manager of the facility (the young Mrs. Sabrina) who is always ready to provide information and solve any problem (for example, she provided us with the umbrella we had forgotten). The facility is a five-minute walk from the free beach, although in reality, we preferred for our convenience to go to the beach at Marina di Ascea.

Everything is perfect.

A small oasis of happiness. Everything is perfect! Comfortable rooms, convenient location for going to the beach (about 300 meters), complete breakfast. Welcoming staff. Excellent value for money.

We had heard about it, we went this weekend and we were very well. We found friendliness, kindness, education, a very beautiful, welcoming environment, but above all fragrant and clean. I think that cleanliness and hygiene are their strong points.

Beautiful and very clean room. 5 minutes from the beach. Giulia is very kind. Breakfast with homemade sweets, very good. I will definitely come back.

New and very well-kept structure, with a beautiful garden just steps from the sea. What makes this place special is the hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and the passion that Roberta and Sabrina put into managing the Askìa Rooms and Breakfast, making the guest feel at home. Excellent breakfast with delicious cakes prepared by Roberta who always welcomes you with wonderful smiles. Highly recommended!

We returned to this establishment after a few years and like then it is very well maintained by the owner. Welcoming and helpful, they make you breathe a homely atmosphere. Recommended.

Askìa is a magical, paradisiacal place. A small house divided into various rooms, each of which is equipped with comfort, including the private bathroom. I stayed in the last days of June, in the superior attic with a small terrace, overlooking the fantastic garden, always clean, well-kept, and excellently maintained. The garden is a green oasis of peace and tranquility, full of potted flowers and plants. The property is a very short walk from the sea, however, it is in a position that easily reaches other beaches in the vicinity. The highlight is the breakfast, spectacular, delicious, and varied. Fresh cakes made by the hosts, cappuccino, coffee, dried fruit, waffles, and much more. The hosts are very kind and very discreet, always available and ready with useful tips. The atrium is a very welcoming common area and the breakfast area can also be used at times other than breakfast time. It was a great experience, surely Askìa will be my reference point whenever I am in the areas of Ascea and surroundings. Highly recommended!

I was there to take an exam, I was calm, everything was very clean. Very close there is a supermarket that also has a "hot" counter for those who don't want to cook, you can easily walk there.

The Askìa Rooms and Breakfast is a quiet and well-kept place, located about ten minutes from the main square of Ascea, near a river and the beach, which is a 5-minute walk away. The B&B is run by three sisters who are fast, friendly, and helpful. They offer a good breakfast with homemade products. The price is appropriate based on the treatment received and the location. We spent a week and had a great time, the structure is brand new, the bathroom is small but with a nice shower cabin with a velux on the roof, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the outdoor spaces are well-kept.

New, comfortable and well-maintained structure. Varied and abundant breakfast in a truly beautiful and relaxing location. And what about the owners, Sabrina and Roberta? Perfect in their role as hosts, attentive to the guest's needs and very helpful. In short, we spent 10 days of pure relaxation!

The structure is much better than described. The owners have been really helpful with our requests. The cleanliness in the room and externally throughout the B&B is excellent, always available and courteous. I highly recommend it, in fact, I have already done so with friends.

Stayed for 3 nights at the pleasant B&B. The three sisters who run the place are very kind and helpful. A special mention to Roberta, always attentive in preparing breakfast and her delicious homemade sweets... the room is very clean and comfortable with a very convenient balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the garden. I would only improve it by applying mosquito nets to the windows, which are brand new anyway. Efficient Wi-Fi and very practical the card that opens the gate, door, and room instead of the classic key.

I stayed 4 nights at the beginning of August. The structure is very beautiful, very well maintained (I thought it had just been renovated), the rooms are comfortable and the service excellent, excellent breakfast, with a great choice. On foot you can reach the nearby beach in 2 minutes, but from the main road by bus you can easily get to Pioppi or Acciaroli. I would say it was an excellent choice.

Excellent and abundant breakfast, available and welcoming hosts.

If you are looking for a place of serenity, greenery, freedom, cleanliness, and good service for your vacation, the B&B Askìa is the right place. Upon arrival, it is impossible not to notice the well-kept greenery surrounding the entire structure, a modern villa with good architectural taste. Personally, I needed a single-use room; the space was not large, but it was perfectly suitable for one or two people, especially thanks to the nice equipped terrace where you can enjoy the coolness of the surrounding vegetation in the evening. The B&B is not located in the center, but not too far either, about ten minutes from the main square of Ascea. It is located near a river, whose course, immersed in natural vegetation, leads to the sea and the nearest beach to the structure, about seven minutes walk away. The B&B is managed by three sisters, all very quick, practical, friendly, and similar to each other, so much so that it is almost difficult to recognize them. They are always available to listen, advise, and smile at guests, creating a family atmosphere that makes you feel at the center of their thoughts. During my stay, breakfast was provided, simple but not frugal, and above all good. It is exactly what you need for a vacation to relax, see, travel around, have fun, and certainly not to eat. Finally, the price, which I do not disclose in detail, is certainly in line with the treatment reserved for guests.

We stayed at Askìa Rooms and Breakfast for four days. Brand new and well-maintained structure. New rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Very friendly managers and attentive to the guests' needs. Rich breakfast. An ideal place for those seeking tranquility. Pasquale and Carmela.

The structure is really beautiful, very clean and well-kept. A beautiful garden frames it. It is impeccably managed by two sisters who are very kind and helpful. If I could, I would give more than 10. Recommended!

I recommend it! Very clean rooms and great location, as it is very close to the beach and the center.

Excellent facility, managed by helpful and kind people.

A beautiful place to spend quiet holidays, dedicated to the sea and the excellent fish that Marina di Ascea offers. We found a clean and comfortable room, very kind and friendly staff, and a varied breakfast to suit every taste. The property is located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from the free beach, which is not crowded. Within a 10/15-minute walk, there are several equipped beaches and villages, as well as the small village.

Dear Sabrina, Roberta, and Giulia. You were perfect! My wife Augusta and I spent 11 days as if we were at our own home. What can I add? Everything was great. It was a big regret having to leave such a perfect and functional structure. I really hope to be able to come back. Goodbye and good luck to all of you.

Brand new structure located at the beginning of the center of Ascea, a few steps from the sea, surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden with sun loungers and some games for children. New rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Managers always attentive to the needs of the guests starting from the breakfast with homemade pastries. Definitely a perfect place to spend holidays in Ascea.

Structure immersed in greenery, recently built, spacious rooms with a small balcony. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast. Excellent management by the owners. I will definitely return.

Very clean, comfortable room, surrounded by a beautiful garden, a lush green lawn. Quiet area, in the green, close to the sea, the town center, the supermarket, pizzerias, etc. The sisters who manage are very welcoming, very kind. Every morning for breakfast they always prepare excellent homemade cakes. We will be back soon.

We stayed 5 nights and had a good time. Quiet area very close to the beaches and the city center. Compliments to the staff for their friendliness and kindness. Only suggestion: I recommend a bit of salty food and some drinks for breakfast.

We stayed my girlfriend and I. We had a great time. Clean and welcoming structure, kind and helpful owners. Strategic location a few km from the main street and the beach.

Very satisfied. New and well-maintained structure, managed with care and attention by three young girls who are eager to work well. We will definitely come back. I also point out that the sea is reachable on foot in 10 minutes.

Small structure excellently maintained. Ok the internal and external hygiene and cleanliness. Basic good breakfast with availability to respond to specific dietary requests. Overall recommended.

I spent 8 splendid days at this property with my young daughter. It fully meets the described characteristics. The room, ours was the Poseidonia, was furnished in a functional and complete way. Brand-new bathroom with a very spacious shower cubicle. Impeccable cleanliness. The outdoor spaces are well-kept, as are the indoor ones. The property is new and excellently maintained. The hostesses are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the breakfast. Every day enriched with delicious homemade pastries (unforgettable the roll and the chocolate tart), pastries, fresh fruit, and much more. My experience was very, very positive. We will definitely return. I highly recommend it to all those who want to spend their holidays choosing Askìa Rooms and Breakfast as their destination.

B&B managed impeccably with hotel-like services (2-liter water already in the fridge, coffee pods always available in the common area, daily room cleaning, magnetic card for room access, abundant breakfast with homemade products served in the garden, etc.). Spacious, new, and clean double room, with fully functional minibar and air conditioning. Sabrina and Roberta welcome you warmly, also providing information on beaches and local venues. 4 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes by car from the center of Marina di Ascea. Highly recommended.

Very skilled and very kind! Everything super!

Excellent structure! We stayed for a week at the end of July. The Bed & Breakfast reflects everything described on the website. We found the place peaceful, quiet, and very well-kept. The hosts Sabrina, Roberta, and Giulia are very kind and attentive to every need. The breakfast is delicious, including cakes and local specialties prepared by the very talented Roberta. We will definitely come back! Thank you.

The owners are kind and helpful, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the location is excellent, just a few steps from the sea.

Great facility, friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend.

Excellent location, very close to the sea. Rooms equipped with all the comforts. Attentive and very kind staff. Abundant breakfast with local products and homemade cakes. I absolutely recommend the stay.

It is my point of reference when I go to Ascea. It is managed excellently and is in a quiet position just a few steps from the beach, and with a walk, you can reach the center. Three very kind sisters, who do everything, become almost like family members that it is always nice to see again.

The structure is very well maintained, it is close to the sea and close to the center. Quiet location. A great added value is given by the sisters Sabrina, Roberta, and Giulia who are very attentive to the guests' needs. They are spontaneous and caring just right without being intrusive. Very good!

New structure, clean and absolute peace, very kind staff and delicious homemade cakes for breakfast. Experience to repeat.

Clean, cozy and comfortable environment. Brand new structure, very well maintained with a beautiful garden. I had requested a vegan breakfast at booking and the owners, very kind girls, provided me with different types of cookies, vegan croissant, rice milk, vegan yogurt. In practice, much better than many hotels that have no choices for vegans. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at this new property, near the sea, for a week in July, in the Velia room with a terrace. We really appreciated the comfort of the room and the bathroom, especially the shaded terrace in the late afternoon, overlooking a beautiful garden and a nearby stable where you can admire the horses resting in the green, the setting is quiet. Also very much appreciated the kindness of the managers, Roberta for the good breakfasts, Sabrina and Francesco who gave us useful tips on restaurants and various activities to do. We were very satisfied with the choice of this bed and breakfast whose central location allows you to visit both the north and south parts of the Cilento coast. Excellent overall judgment.

Excellent facility, highly recommended. Lovely owners and thanks to Francesco for the speed at which he delivers the oil. Thank you for everything, we will return.

Exceptional! We had a great stay in the company of people who welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, making us feel like family. Roberta and Sabrina were very friendly, helpful, professional, and attentive to our needs; the place is extremely clean and in an ideal location for getting around. Fabulous breakfast, made up of delicious homemade cakes, served in a very well-kept and relaxing garden! Highly recommended, truly worth it! We will be back as soon as possible!

Askìa Rooms and Breakfast welcomes you with its beauty immersed in nature. It is strategically located for those who want to visit Cilento from north to south, (the train station is about a 15-minute walk away) and for those who want to go to the nearby sea, there is a walkable descent in a quiet place! We stayed in a room with a balcony, very comfortable bed and pillows, and impeccable cleanliness! Sabrina is a wonderful person, caring and attentive to guests' needs. You can see and feel that she puts her heart and passion into what she does! We will definitely return on the next opportunity! Highly recommended! For those traveling by motorcycle, there is a small feasible dirt road.

Everything is taken care of in detail, the structure is studied in the smallest details, cool rooms, Sabrina and Roberta always available. The super abundant breakfast is served in the garden, a strong point of the structure. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Thanks to Sabrina who welcomed us with true kindness and sympathy, ready to answer all our curiosities about the place and to recommend where to have lunch and dinner based on our needs and tastes. Very clean and comfortable rooms, what more can I say. We will return for our holidays in September.

Sabrina and Roberta are truly unique people! Kind and very helpful. The structure is really beautiful, rooms extremely comfortable and clean. The location of the structure is perfect for walking to the beach. Fantastic breakfast thanks to the homemade sweets by Sabrina and Roberta! A fantastic weekend! Thank you for everything!

I stayed at this accommodation yesterday, finding the Bed and Breakfast on this portal. I was pleasantly surprised by Sabrina and Roberta who manage the property in a serious and genuine way. The property is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained in detail! I will definitely come back! Thank you!
