The structure is located a few minutes walk from the station and Via dei Tribunali. The manager and employees are helpful and kind. For the evening return to the structure, being alone, I preferred to take a taxi. For the taxi it is better to provide precise directions beforehand to avoid longer rides and spend more. The structure is very technological. I was able to check-in remotely, having booked a few hours before arrival. I was able to enter the structure through codes that were provided to me with very clear instructions. The 7 rating for cleanliness is simply due to an oversight, promptly rectified by the manager.

The gestor is nice, but I would prefer if there's someone from the hotel full time in the property and not only from 8 am - 6 pm.
That's my main concern about the management.

Siamo stati benissimo. Oltre alla struttura, è da sottolineare la cortesia ed eleganza nel modo di fare di Nadia, che sembra sia lì da sempre, e che ha contribuito a rendere eccellente il nostro soggiorno a Napoli. Nadia Zanchetta e Dino Bidinot.

L'hotel si trova vicinissimo alla Stazione Garibaldi, inoltre si arriva tranquillamente a piedi in moltissime parti di Napoli. I servizi sono adeguati, parcheggio buono e ad un prezzo ragionevole; le uniche pecche sono la mancanza di bidet con la "doccina" che lo sostituisce che lascia cadere acqua quando la si spegne e un design del lavandino poco comodo. Per il resto la camera è confortevole, ben servita ed il personale è gentile e disponibile.
