The hotel is located near the station (convenient) in a rather disreputable and dirty neighborhood. However, security is good. The hotel is accessible through a residential gate with a code, passing through a gloomy courtyard, the reception is done by pushing the door of the hall on the right and taking the elevator to the second floor. The reception staff is very pleasant and provides information on how to explore Naples in a few days. The cleaners also take care of the breakfast, which is quite good for €5. The man at the reception manages the reception and the administrative tasks. There is a code system for entering the building, reception on the second floor, and practical rooms (do not forget them!). Room 107 is practical for sleeping. Good bedding. However, a major downside is the bathroom, which is quite narrow and needs renovation regarding the water drainage from the shower.

The structure is located a few minutes walk from the station and Via dei Tribunali. The manager and employees are helpful and kind. For the evening return to the structure, being alone, I preferred to take a taxi. For the taxi it is better to provide precise directions beforehand to avoid longer rides and spend more. The structure is very technological. I was able to check-in remotely, having booked a few hours before arrival. I was able to enter the structure through codes that were provided to me with very clear instructions. The 7 rating for cleanliness is simply due to an oversight, promptly rectified by the manager.

The hotel is located very close to Stazione Garibaldi, moreover you can easily walk to many parts of Naples. The services are adequate, good parking at a reasonable price; the only drawbacks are the lack of a bidet with the "spray" that replaces it, letting water drop when turned off, and a somewhat inconvenient sink design. Otherwise, the room is comfortable, well-serviced, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
