This cosy B&B has a warm welcome which ensures it will be your home away from home for the duration of your stay in Napoli and shows off the true beauty of the Gulf of Napoli. It’s location in one of the most beautiful areas of the city make taking strolls along the marvellous seaside, taking sun in one of the Mergillina Chalets and the nearby Sunday Antique markets extremely easy to access.
It’s also a convenient place to stay with metro and intercity rail stations only 100m away, boats to Capri, Sorrento, Ischia and the Isole Eolie only 50m away. There are also a raft of nearby restaurants which your host will be happy to recommend.
Our traditional style rooms have all the modern conveniences you will require. There is Free WiFi, airconditioning & heating, private bathrooms for 2 of 3 rooms, beautiful balconies, TVs and phone and fridge use also available.

I was born in South America but always lived in Naples, Naples I fed and I was hooked. I am familiar with its uses, its customs, places. World cultures, fascinating in their variety, I made the object of studies mei (graduated in International and Diplomatic Sciences) and I traveled a lot by observing people, traditions, customs and living reception.
I did not think of running a B&B in her life, but when her grandmother left me the beautiful and spacious holiday near the sea in the most impressive avenue of the city, I was still a university and I started in 2003 to receive incoming guests from the world. So hospitality started as a joke has become a job, now twelve years old, I love to do enticing guests to discover that Naples is not just one of the cards and stereotypes television or tourism. I shall advise you, in Italian, English or Spanish, restaurants and taverns characteristics, personalized pathways gastronomic, cultural, artistic, visits to nearby antique markets, or, on request, bike tours, kayaking, romantic dinners on a fishing boat, unusual laps in the underground Naples, routes or trekking in Amalfi, long-range all looking for a new formula of experiential tourism. From Naples Capodichino Airport (30 minutes by taxi or hire car). Take the by-pass (Tangenziale) head for Pozzuoli and take the Fuorigrotta exit. Follow the road towards Piazzale Tecchio - Centro - Mergellina. After passing through the Posillipo Tunnel go right to Viale Gramsci n. 30.
Or Airport bus (Alibus). Get off at piazza Municipio.
City bus marked R3 get off at the last stop Via G. Bruno.
By rail
From the central station Piazza Garibaldi, take the Metro Line 2 to Mergellina, direction Pozzuoli get off at the Mergellina Station. Viale Gramci n. 30 is about 200 meters by foot.
By car
Come off the Tangenziale at Fuorigrotta. Follow the road towards Piazzale Tecchio - Centro - Mergellina. After passing through the Posillipo Tunnel go right to Viale Gramsci n. 30 (as for parking the car, it would be best to use the secure car park near the B&B).

The expectations I had when seeing the structure online seemed good. But once I arrived there with my wife, I felt like I was in a nightmare kitchen from NAS. In the room, both shutters did not close properly, broken. To block them and prevent them from opening, we used pots. As for the rest of the room, the bathroom was welcoming, cleanliness was okay. We were very disappointed with the breakfast. It seemed like humanitarian aid stuff, where in the end we had a coffee and a cappuccino. My wife and I, Mr. Ramon is a very kind person, but I advise him to improve the breakfast and fix the rooms. Because my wife wanted to leave right away, she was not at all satisfied. The only good thing about the place is that we had the metro station, the port, restaurants, all very close. Of that, the view is also beautiful. If improvements are made in these small things, it would be a wonderful stay.

The structure is very comfortable, the room is just right and cozy, perhaps the bathroom is at the limit but perfect in all its spaces. Quiet environment and historic building in the city center. Very convenient and well connected. Ramon is super helpful.

The very pleasant location, close to the metro and close to the sea, also allows you to reach very popular and central areas on foot. Good availability of the manager. There are no services, however, I believe the location of the property justifies the choice of this B&B.

A fantastic B&B, in a wonderful area of Naples, in a splendid historic building. Well-kept and beautiful room, with a comfortable bed. Ramon Dura welcomed us very kindly and hospitably. The breakfast was rich and delicious, coffee prepared on the spot. We will definitely come back. If you are looking for a B&B in Mergellina, this is perfect.

Quick walk from the American consulate, which was what I needed. I stayed in the Renovated blue/white room, the room was perfect, comfortable and comfortable. \nSafety: There is no actual LOCK to the door and the same terrace is shared with other two rooms. \n\nDon’t expect more than cracker toast with jam and cereal with milk/yogurt for breakfast. \n\nThe owner of the BB I think lives there so the BB has his things all over the place.
