It features two cozy double bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
This is the ideal spot for families looking to experience the comforts of home while enjoying a peaceful environment in an unspoiled natural setting, as well as for those who want to spend time in the serene pace of a small historic village.
Our holiday home is located just a short distance from the sea (the beautiful beaches of Ascea Marina) and is surrounded by many archaeological sites (the excavations of Novi Velia).
From its balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the stunning Cilento coast and the archaeological area.
Equipped with a small private outdoor space, it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine.

We were guests for a short vacation in this structure located in a position that offers a magnificent view of the marina of Ascea. The beach is easily accessible by car, through a short 10-minute drive. The apartment, very spacious, is comfortable and well equipped. The owner, Mr. Agostino, is a delightful and very helpful person. Hospitality is the strength of the B&B, ensured by the care and courtesy of Mr. Rocco. Finally a structure that loves animals. We will definitely return.

Mr. Agostino is truly a good person, one of the few you come across. The location is 100 meters from the center of Ascea and 3 km from the sea. The house is equipped with every comfort. The view from the house is exceptional.
