Description
The Residence "Al Poggio Antico" is situated in strategic position on the mountainous side of Amalfi at 400 meters of sea level in a little hamlet named Pogerola; our apartments boast a wonderful panorama: frontally we have seasight (often is possibile to see also Capri), on the right side we a mountain full of vegetation and on the left we have our typical lemon orchard with characteristic steps (about 600) to go directly from the apartment to Amalfi center, always with unforgettable panorama for your photos and memories
Our apartments are in strategic position: 1) if you have a car you can park (free space) on the road close the apartmens (about 40 steps) and you can reach Amalfi with main road in maximum 10/15 minutes (Amalfi is far 4, 5 Km with the road because there are many bends); 2) you can reach Amalfi with bus (we advise this way) in maximum 15/20 minutes and you have a bus-stop just on the main road close the apartment (about 60 steps); 3) finally you can reach Amalfi through the lemon orchard with 600 steps to taste the wonderful panorama (we advise to choose this solution just to walk down to take photos and to look at typical villas, vegetation, churches of Amalfi coast; 4) walking for 5 minutes (about 70 steps) there's the square of Pogerola's hamlet, where you can find markets, churches, restaurants, bars..and many paths in the wood, throught a wonderful vegetation always with panorama

We have apartmets for 2, 3, 4 or 5 people; every apartment is high category, with wonderful wooden fornitures and fixtures. Our apartmens have private entrance, have a complete and comfortable kitchen, a bathroom with shower or bath and a terrace or balcon with wonderful seasight; every apartment have its access to our gardens. All apartmens have domestic heating, and are complete of blankets, pillows, towels, plates and glasses. In every apartment there is Hi-fi (with radio and CD), there is a tv witn italian channel
Our building surrounded of magnificent typical gardens and lemon orchad, always full of wonderful flowers and fruits.

We spent a few splendid days in this beautiful house with a breathtaking view. From the room, which directly overlooked the terrace, you could always see the sea. A great atmosphere with the stars and down there in Amalfi the illuminated boats. We took advantage of the terrace for breakfasts and some evening aperitifs/snacks. However, the house is well equipped, if desired you can easily cook and the basic food items are provided. A great silence, only the sounds of nature and the sea. The only downside, we had to earn it by going down and then climbing stairs. The bus stop is at a short distance, a pleasant walk. The owner has always been kind and helpful. We will come back to stay longer!

Siamo stati 5 giorni in questa struttura e ci è molto piaciuta.
Le abitazioni hanno un balcone con vista sul mare e sono in posizione tranquilla a 10 minuti in macchina/scooter da Amalfi o 10 minuti a piedi tramite un bellissimo percorso a scalini (come normale in costiera).
Il nostro appartamento era bello spazioso e perfetto per le nostre esigenze.
I gestori sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno dato molte informazioni e suggerimenti.
Il paese di Pogerola ha dei bei ristorantini tipici e da Pogerola partono dei trekking meno battuti ma davvero belli.

Excellent appartment, all you need is there. They even change your towels after 2 or 3 days! The view is the best one ever, so relaxing! There is dog's song all around, which is funny to hear. It's just a little pain to get the luggage to this place. A shuttle would be a great idea to increase customer experience!

Appartamento molto tranquillo e com terrazza panoramica sul mare utilizzabile per colazione pranzo e cena. Cucina efficiente e con i confort necessari. Anche se non scritto, all'arrivo si trova comunque latte e il necessario per una colazione abbondante (fette biscotate e marmellata) e inoltre la signora Luisa è una persona adorabile e disponibile per ogni evenienza.
Comodamente raggiungibile con autobus e 5 minuti di camminata dalla fermata; per i più tenaci e sportivi è possibile scendere ad Amalfi anche attraverso una scalinata di circa 15-20 minuti di discesa.
Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare terremo in considerazione la struttura.
