We spent a weekend at this new accommodation in October 2022. Comfortable beds, spacious room with a bathroom. At first, we were a bit disappointed by the location and surroundings. However, the nights were very quiet, but I'm sure this depends on the other guests as in other bed and breakfasts. We were in room 1, near the kitchen where breakfast is served. We had breakfast outside to experience the city. Rooms 2 and 3 are next to each other. The bathroom was very clean, there was daily cleaning service. The air conditioning is definitely useful in summer, although the room is probably rarely exposed to direct sunlight as it overlooks an inner courtyard. The accommodation is on the first floor and has an elevator. The friendly host, who does not live in the accommodation, offered to help us with our luggage. Information requests always received an immediate response. The stay is recommended, we would book it again.
