Description
Our accommodation offers spacious, quiet and tastefully furnished rooms. You will have access to a living room and a kitchen with a cooking area, shared with other guests and equipped with a fridge with compartments for each room. Every morning you can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast. In addition, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, private bathroom with shower, towels and complimentary toiletries included in the price, as well as a hairdryer.

As for services, just 200 meters from the property, you can use a secure parking lot, at a cost of 13 euros per day. We also offer a shuttle service from Naples Capodichino International Airport, for a fee.

Our property is located in the heart of the historic center of the city, on the main shopping and nightlife street, just 100 meters from the Royal Palace of Caserta. You will find many restaurants, trattorias and pubs near the property, and our guests can take advantage of special lunch and dinner formulas.

From here, you can easily reach the Caserta train station on foot in just 5 minutes, which connects you to various points of interest in the city, such as the Belvedere of San Leucio (5 km), the Second University of Naples (1.5 km), the School of Military Aeronautics Specialists (1.5 km) and the Carolino Aqueduct (15 km). In addition, we offer a parking lot at a cost of 12 euros per day.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very well located structure compared to the center of Caserta and the Royal Palace. Clean and recently renovated room, helpful and courteous manager. The only note is about breakfast, consisting only of industrial products.

We stayed at this establishment during the Caserta Half Marathon. The lady who runs it is a friendly and nice person. She provided us with the best that a Bed and Breakfast can offer. I think that, if next year I were to participate again in the Caserta Half Marathon, I would have no doubt: I would return to this welcoming place.

The structure is located in Caserta in a pedestrian area, very close to the Royal Palace and very close to a parking lot, excellent. The only negative note, being in the city center, noises are perceived until late at night.
