Villa Mimosa is located in Calabria, on the magnificent Costa degli Dei, in Capo Vaticano - Santa Maria near Tropea in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, with a view of the sea and the Strait of Messina.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday without sacrificing comfort: it is 2 km from the sea (5 minutes by car) and 500 meters from services. It was recently built on a large property where the landlords also live and will be available for any need.

At Villa Mimosa there are a semi-detached house sleeping 2/4, and a single-family house sleeping 4/5. Each with independent entrance and private garden, to ensure maximum privacy.

Villa Mimosa is also suitable for hosting small groups of couples or families.

Villa Mimosa offers large open spaces, it is entirely fenced.

At guests' disposal: panoramic inground swimming pool, children's playground, private covered parking.

From 15th June to 8th September arrival and departure only on Saturdays

We don't provide breakfast, but our villas are equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, crockery, etc. so that you can prepare yourself an excellent breakfastand enjoy it in your veranda!
Also just 500m away there is café and a bakery that makes delicious brioches, biscuits, arancini for a super breakfast!
