Description

Villa Laura is located directly on the sea, in Pizzo (VV), in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa degli Dei.

The unique feature of the house is its direct access to the beach and the breathtaking panorama that embraces the entire Gulf of S. Eufemia up to the Aeolian Islands.

Villa Laura offers 3 independent accommodations: Villa Laura P1 has three bedrooms, each with independent bathroom, as well as a living room and kitchenette; Villa Laura PT has three bedrooms, three independent bathrooms, living room and kitchen; Villa Laura ST is a large studio apartment with full kitchen area and large bathroom.

Each of the three accommodations has a large independent terrace equipped with outdoor furniture - also for dining - and equipped with awnings.

At the disposal of all three apartments there is also a terrace / solarium, immediately next to the beach, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and shower.

Excellent location, Villa Laura is the ideal place to spend a great holiday: spacious and well-divided indoor areas, accompanied by a large terrace where you can eat with a breathtaking view or enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

We had a lovely time in Maurizio's apartment. It was in a wonderful location with a spectacular view which we thoroughly enjoyed from morning until night especially the spectacular sunsets. The apartment was a perfect size for us and was perfectly laid out. It was very clean and Maurizio's instructions for everything were very clear and he was very helpful when I had questions before arriving. The beach and sea were so beautiful and almost private as not many people. Yes, there are trains that pass by behind the villa but after the 1st day you get used to it and we didn't find it a problem. We absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay, 2nd year in a row. The property is clean, spacious, has everything you need for a great stay. The view is just perfect and almost private beach as well, although it was a bit dirty this time. The host is very helpful, solved any queries we had immediately. There are a few items in the apartment that are aging and could use replacement, also the train passing by during night is a bit annoying, but those are all things we can forgive in exchange for the other received benefits. Thanks for great stay again!

The accommodation boasts an almost private cove with many fish. The view of the open sea and Stromboli including the sunset is wonderful. The equipment of sun loungers, beach chairs, umbrellas, and various other seating options is very good. We really enjoyed the large living area and the huge terrace. The kitchen could do with a few more glasses, small plates, and cups. And one should be prepared for the occasional noise from the local train passing directly behind the house. It didn't bother us much. The host Maurizio was always available, friendly, and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Positives: A view that cannot be beaten. The main villa looks fantastic inside. Liked the communal area for cleaning up after the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided (although the umbrella was ripped in a few spots). Three separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms is wonderful! Negatives: The train is very close and will wake you up at night. The bed mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. The refrigerator is not cold enough. We had an ant problem in the kitchen during our visit. Not enough parking. 3 villas, 2 parking spaces. Bottom line: We enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

Exceptional location of the structure just a few steps from the sea. The sea is clean and with wonderful colors. Unfortunately, the beach is not cleaned by the Municipality, so there are some piles of plastic brought by the sea during storms. The house is small but comfortable. Just a pity for the mattresses (too hard for our tastes) and for the fact that there are no real wardrobes, but being a studio it is understandable. The accommodation upon our arrival was very clean, no extra cleaning is provided during the stay but we received linen change. Overall highly recommended for the seaside location and the tranquility of the area.

Very beautiful view and direct beach access were great. The host Maurizio was polite and helpful. Missing toilet paper was provided later. The drawers in the bathroom cabinet were not clean. They could have been wiped out beforehand. Also, there was no hairdryer, contrary to the description. \nApart from that, everything was fine and we had a lovely time at Villa Laura (lower apartment).

Truly a pleasant discovery: modern and comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea, breathtaking sunsets. Super kind and always available owner. Highly recommended especially for those with young children.

Quiet place, uncrowded beach, the sea is stunning. Mr. Maurizio is very kind. Pizzo is a very cute place and everyone is very friendly. We will return.
