The splendid and luxurious villa ARMONIA is located in Praia a Mare/Tortora in Calabria, situated on a hill overlooking the sea. It is set in a very tranquil residential neighbourhood, with a breathtaking view of the sea.
Our villa features a big living-room with a kitchen and five rooms, each with a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV and free Wi-Fi access. A rich continental-style breakfast à la carte is offered in the garden or on the terrace with a view of the sea. You may taste our homemade marmalades, sweeten you palate with fruit picked from our own garden, enjoy the fresh bread coming right from the oven or help yourselves to some of our own eggs.
The living-room welcomes the guests of Villa Armonia with its informal and comfortable atmosphere, making you feel at home. You will admire its refined style which is rounded off with a hand-made violin, a genuine Venetian chandelier and unique pieces of garment from the classical period.
The romantically but also elegantly styled interior, the combination of its light, soft colours with the shining marble floors create a extremely entreating and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, the villa offers its guests two double rooms and private baths. In the spacious “Lux Panorama” suite (bigger than 40 sq. m.), leading to a big terrace facing the sea, it’s possible to add more beds for big families. On the top story the Duplex Suite “Orizzonte” includes a large bedroom with a private terrace and a living room and a big settee that converts into a double bed.
In being able to offer accommodation for up to 15 persons, Villa ARMONIA is ideally suited for all kinds of vacations: it is an ideal place for families with children, for a group of friends, for newly-weds on their honey-moon, or for couples who would like to spend a romantic weekend together in a private and quiet place. It is equally convenient for persons interested in history, archaeology and places connected with historical events or for those wishing to learn a new language.

Praia a Mare, a quiet town, is part of the “Riviera dei Cedri” (the “cedar coast”), which is around 50 km long, and welcomes its visitors with beaches of white sand, but also rugged shores or private lidos displaying all kinds of amenities. For the tourist, there is a wide choice of outdoor activities: diving and snorkelling, boating, windsurfing, rafting, horse-riding on the beach, parachuting, paragliding, quad-biking, but also classical sports like tennis and golf.
Praia’s key attraction is the island of Dino, which majestically rises from the waters just south of the residential area. This island deserves a visit for its numerous caves, in which stalactites and stalagmites have shaped unique natural monuments. For our young visitors there are lots of fun games and events on offer in the AquaFans theme park; and they will be held spell-bound by the primeval fascination of dinosaur’s island.
To relax, a stroll along Praia’s seafront offers beautiful panoramic views, attractive restaurants that invite you to taste the typical dishes of the region. In the evenings, night spots and public events entertain the tourist who may do some shopping or just simply look at the beautiful starry sky above.

Scalea is a historical city, full of ancient buildings and archaeological sites with Greek and Roman ruins. It is renowned for its numerous towers, for its old city centre, for its many different shops, bars and restaurants, displaying a traditional, but also lively and easy-going atmosphere.
Maratea
Maratea, a typical Calabrese town with its narrow alleys and small traditional restaurants and artisan’s shops is a fascinating place for every visitor. From the hill, where the statue of Christ the redeemer stands, a wide panoramic view can be enjoyed.
Paola
In the city of Paola, just across the hills, one finds the sanctuary of Saint Francis of Paola, built in the 16th century, housing the garments of the saint.
Diamante

Welcoming, kind, and professional owners, an unexpected welcome drink by the pool that anticipates what awaited us. Kind and professional staff, Antonella and her son Fortunato, polite and discreet, always ready to ask if we needed anything. We had a good experience, very clean facility and great hospitality. Our room was the smallest (in tune), okay for a couple of nights. Only downsides, the mattress with the springs a little concave, not the most comfortable, and the breakfast rather meager and prepackaged (we don't know if it's due to covid). Thank you for everything anyway!

We stayed for two days in this elegant and refined structure. We were immediately welcomed not as guests, but as family members. Everything was perfect, the quality and kindness of the ladies who immediately made us feel at ease. The pool is a great alternative for relaxing without having to go to the beach, which is just 5 minutes away. What can I say, everything was perfect, we will definitely come back. Thank you.

Ottima accoglienza sia dal personale che dalla proprietaria, eccezionale location con vista panoramica su tutta la Costa compresa isola di Dino, colazione abbondante, pulizia ottima e soprattutto tanto tanto amore nei confronti del nostro Bart.
La Villa è in posizione strategica per poter visitare le località vicine come Scalea, Maratea, Diamante. Consigliamo la visita anche il borgo di Aieta.

Struttura molto comoda, pulita e permette facile accesso al centro di praia a mare.
Cucina e stoviglie nuovissime. il personale è molto cortese, presente al fine di soddisfare tutte le richieste del cliente, consiglio vivamente la struttura sia a famiglie che a coppie.

Appena giunti in questa villa siamo stati accolti da un'assistente della proprietaria che ci ha fornito le prime indicazioni.
La nostra prima impressione è stata di sorpresa e di meraviglia.
Si tratta di un B&B arredato molto elegantemente; generalmente, o spesso, le strutture di questo tipo sono vecchie e poco curate si tratta spesso di immobili vecchi che qualcuno decide di rendere redditizi con la formula del B&B, non in questo caso.
La villa, infatti, oltre ad essere elegante, è dotata di impianti (c'è addirittura l'impianto aspirapolvere integrato nella struttura) e di arredi nuovi, di ottima qualità. Ogni angolo, anche il più celato, è stato valutato ed "ornato"dalla proprietaria, la Signora Dragana, che abbiamo avuto il piacere e l'onore di conoscere.
La struttura è sempre pulita in maniera impeccabile e gli ospiti possono fruire a proprio piacimento di tutta la villa, compatibilmente con i limiti della civile coabitazione con gli altri ospiti; è possibile, p. e., poter utilizzare il frigo come fosse quello di casa e poter far lavare e stirare i propri panni senza costi aggiuntivi.
La Signora Dragana è stata sempre gentile e disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste, addirittura, a me personalmente, ha fornito un cuscino particolare che, per caso, le avevo descritto come il mio cuscino ideale; potrebbe sembrare una banalità ma con quel cuscino ho dormito bene durante tutto il soggiorno ed è stato, per me, il segnale tangibile della grande attenzione che hanno verso i clienti.
Inoltre, visto che la nostra camera era piccolina, cosa che non avevo notato in fase di prenotazione, la Signora Dragana (in poche ore, mentre eravamo in spiaggia) ha sistemato diversamente il layout ricavando dal corridoio dello spazio per l'armadio consentendoci di avere più spazio nella nostra piccola camera.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto tutto ciò che ha fatto e pensiamo di tornare con gli amici ed affittare tutta la struttura.
Ci siamo congedati con fatica perché non è facile trovare strutture così attente ai clienti dopo che si è prenotato.
