Villa Annina is a very cute family villa located in Tropea, equipped with everything needed to make the stay very pleasant. It is located in a quiet area, away from the traffic of the center, and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Tropea. From here, you can easily reach the famous Grotta degli Innamorati, also known as the Grotta dello Scheletro. The center is just over a km away and can be easily reached on foot. Alternatively, you can approach by car and leave the car in one of the parking lots closest to the center. The "Antonia" room where we stayed is very cozy, with warm colors and very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is functional and very large. Another aspect greatly appreciated by us was the independent terrace from the room, from which you can admire a glimpse of the beautiful sea of Tropea. The Villa maintains a typical style of the area and, although not recently built, manages to convey the warmth of home with a special welcome. All this is possible mainly thanks to Mrs. Antonia, who lovingly manages the B&B. Her kindness and the attention she puts into welcoming guests' requests and providing all the necessary information for a good tour of Tropea, through its beautiful beaches, are evident. We therefore recommend staying here if you are looking for a simple and comfortable place. You will certainly have a great time.

The structure, highly recommended, is full of greenery and flowers, it feels like home. It's a stone's throw from the sea in a quiet area. Each apartment and room had its own independent area. Excellent hospitality from Mrs. Antonia and her family. Thank you.

The structure is located 1.3 km from the center, but it is easily reachable by parking the car 500 meters from the center in free places. The typical beaches are easily accessible in a short time.

We had a wonderful 14 days at Villa Annina. The house is very lovingly designed. We would like to particularly highlight that Villa Annina offers an Italian breakfast as standard, we asked if we could also have cold cuts and cheese. We received an excellent breakfast with additional Calabrian specialties, at no extra cost, which was a very special gift for us. The rooms are very clean and lovingly designed. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace and quiet, and who wants to be near the most beautiful beaches and Tropea. However, it is advisable to look for a car, as it is very practical. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the center and is on the main road.

The room is very beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The balcony with sea view is very beautiful and very convenient for breakfast and for hanging out beach towels and swimsuits. Mrs. Antonia was very kind and ready to respond to all our requests. Kind and helpful, great location. Homemade cakes. The only slightly uncomfortable note is the mattress. Who will return with pleasure. Tropea is wonderful and convenient by car.

In linea generale non siamo soliti rispondere alle recensioni, sia positive sia negative che siano, perché riteniamo che l'ospite abbia sempre ragione. In tale circostanza però non esistono concreti e reali motivi che siano tali da giustificare una recensione negativa in quanto Lei è arrivato nella struttura alle ore 22:00 andando via alle ore 6:00 del giorno dopo. Non ha avuto quindi il tempo di visitare la nostra villa, di usufruire dei nostri servizi quali ad esempio: la colazione, sebbene ritenuta, da lei e solo da lei, insufficiente. Viene quindi da credere che ci sia stato un problema non riconducibile a noi tenuto anche conto che i giudizi espressi sono stati prevenuti e a prescindere: ha pensato che la colazione potesse essere insufficiente, ha dato un giudizio appena sufficiente sulla pulizia e appena sufficiente sul gestore che non ha avuto nemmeno il tempo di conoscere. Per quanto concerne la posizione, valutata anch'essa sufficiente, viene da chiedersi.." Ma Lei, era orientato nel tempo e nello spazio?" Ciò nonostante, speriamo in futuro di averLa nuovamente come cliente, non per poche ore ma per almeno 1 giorno, al fine di farLe comprendere cosa siano i valori: dell'ospitalità, della gentilezza, della lealtà, della correttezza, dell'onestà. Sarà difficile ma ci proveremo.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Annina for three nights, and we were really sad at the thought of having to leave. The host is welcoming and discreet, the location, a bit secluded from the center and the chaos, is really great, the villa where the rooms are located is wonderful. Cleanliness and attention to detail in the furnishings are top-notch. Highly recommended!

An applause to Annina and Antonia! The accommodation is located above some beautiful beaches and the parking is on the street below Villa Annina... convenient. The house is very clean, comfortable bed, room with all comforts including air conditioning. The breakfast is delicious and abundant, even homemade cakes are available for intolerant guests. The ladies provide information about the beaches, restaurants, excursions. They are sociable but at the same time discreet when needed. Our room had a nice balcony with sea view where we could comfortably stay early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise in silence. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the entrance. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the hostesses for making our stay more beautiful.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tropea. It is located just a few meters from the sea. Through a well accessible rocky coast you reach a dreamy and quiet beach. In front of the accommodation there are free parking spaces. \nThe accommodation is managed with a lot of love. The hosts are very warm and incredibly helpful. We felt very comfortable. A highlight was also the breakfast. There was a very tasty Italian breakfast, all self-prepared. \nThe rooms and the accommodation are very clean. Our room had a nice and large balcony. \nThe center of Tropea is about a 15-minute walk away.

We were welcomed by Antonia, a wonderful and very kind person who also prepared breakfast for us. The little apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and tableware and is located in a strategic position, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Tropea. Comfortable and large bathroom (you don't always find a shower like that) and the room was complete with everything necessary. The structure is very family-friendly, ideal for a seaside vacation. The only small flaw is that we could hear noises from the guests in the nearby room.

Fantastic experience! The Villa Annina is beautiful in a great location. The room was clean, with a private bathroom and air conditioning. We were able to have a plentiful breakfast on the balcony of our room with a spectacular view. I will definitely recommend it.

We stayed 5 days in Tropea and stayed at Villa Annina. We had a great time starting from the kindness of Mrs. Annina and her daughter Antonia, to the excellent breakfasts served in the room with homemade pastries, to the location of the villa that allows you to reach the beautiful center of Tropea and the various beaches in the area in a few minutes by car.

Excellent property, on the outskirts but 5 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches and the center of Tropea. Room with all the comforts like a spacious fridge, air conditioning, TV, bathroom in the room all very well maintained and clean. Then the pleasure of having breakfast served in the room, sitting on the terrace with a sea view is fantastic. I will definitely return.

Posizione fantastica a 2 minuti di macchina dal centro. Si riposa benissimo, al mattino si sentono solo gli uccellini e il gallo. L'appartamento è fresco, ben attrezzato in cucina, sembra quasi nuovo. Ci sono le zanzariere, il condizionatore, e un bellissimo gazebo in pietra nel giardino (che è a uso esclusivo) sotto il quale fare colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre la signora Anna è disponibile per ogni necessità, e discreta allo stesso tempo. Internet non funziona benissimo, ma per noi non era importante. Ci tornerei anche subito!

Siamo appena rientrati dopo una settimana trascorsa in questa stupenda Villa stile mediterraneo e fatichiamo a non pensarla. Villa Annina ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Tropea perfetto. La gentilezza dei proprietari Sig. Lorenzo ed Anna ti fa sentire a casa. La colazione ottima ed abbondante servita in camera e consumata in terrazza vista mare, (tanta roba!) La posizione in una vietta a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro perfetta per chi come noi ama andare in cerca della festa ma poi dormire in santa pace. E dulcis in fundo la Villa è l'ultima in questa vietta che termina con una scalinata che porta ad una baia deserta con mare stupendo. Consigliatissima sia per famiglie grazie agli appartamentini al piano terreno di cui dispone, sia per coppie come noi che cercavano una camera con bagno, ma svegliarsi ed addormentarsi con il mare negli occhi ha fatto la differenza. Arrivederci Villa Annina.
