Welcome to Villa Anna, a cozy and charming Bed and Breakfast in the center of Praia a Mare.

Our B&B is located directly on the main avenue of Praia a Mare, a few steps from the train station and the main square of the town and only 100 meters (300 feet) from the sea.

Villa Anna is equipped with air conditioning.

Villa Anna is a family-run Bed and Breakfast in the villa of the family with double rooms with private bathroom.

Villa Anna offers its guests a garden and a rooftop terrace overlooking the main street and the sea.

Thanks to the proximity of the B&B to the sea, our guests can easily walk to the beach which is excellent for those seeking relaxation and comfort.

Being located in the center of Praia a Mare, B&B Villa Anna is an excellent solution for guests who come to Praia by train and who prefer to walk. If you arrive by car you can park in the nearby public car parks and can drive around to discover the natural treasures that Calabria has to offer.

Due to the nearby bike rental, you will have the opportunity to walk on the bike path of the beautiful seafront of Praia which extends to one of the natural treasure of the Italy: the beautiful Dino Island.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Room not soundproofed, we didn't sleep too well. On the street, we had to keep the windows closed all the time. For one night it's okay, not sure if I would go back.

Everything perfect, clean and cozy room with a balcony overlooking the Praia main street, very central location for shopping but also close to the beach and beach resorts within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, every type of dining place (rotisserie, bakery, pizzeria, bar, ice cream shop, burger joint, pub, etc). Parking space in a private parking lot, I stayed for 2 days and left it there peacefully. Definitely worth returning, recommended.

We stayed for a week at the end of June and felt right at home. Warmth and helpfulness characterize Mrs. Daniela, who also gave us valuable tips for our vacation. B&B just steps from the beach and in the city center along the beautiful city promenade, with a convenient public parking next to the structure. Pleasant garden with a useful relaxation corner at the end of our evening walks. We know where to go back.

Very good facility, located in the center and a few meters from the sea. The only downside, we ended up (by our own choice, as there were no other available rooms) in the only very small room for two adults. I reiterate, the only downside!

Very comfortable structure and only needs improvement in some small details! Otherwise, there is nothing to say. I spent 5 nights at the end of August in this beautiful structure located in the city center and a stone's throw from the sea; I was especially impressed by the exquisite hospitality and availability of Mr. Flavio and his daughter Daniela. I will definitely recommend it and hope to return next year.

Congratulations, new and equipped with all the comforts, central, available waitresses, educated and very nice. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, we were full to skip lunch. View of the city center. Go there, I stayed with 10 euros less elsewhere but it was a hovel, so don't save, with a little more you get high quality. Thank you!

Good structure, clean and well-kept. Very courteous, polite, and welcoming managers. Located centrally, which is an advantage because everything is within reach, but it can also be a slight drawback for those who want to be quieter especially in the evening. B&B well-kept, in the center and a stone's throw from the sea, completely new renovated bathroom, excellent welcome, abundant breakfast. The only downside is that the double bed mattress is a bit uncomfortable and you don't sleep well.
