In the morning, the sunrise streams through the windows to greet you, while a path winding through the garden — among prickly pears, eucalyptus trees, oleanders, and Mediterranean plants — leads directly to the two small coves below, where the water turns shades of emerald green and turquoise.
The first floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
On the second floor, a spacious panoramic living area opens onto a circular terrace with breathtaking 360° views.
Outside, a second kitchen with a dining area and bathroom allows you to fully embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle, surrounded by scents, light, and the sea breeze.
Shaded spaces, furnished pergolas, tables, and sofas create perfect corners to relax or work in complete harmony with the surroundings.
