Upon waking, the dawn light filters through the windows, creating a captivating and relaxing atmosphere to start the day.
The spaces are spread across multiple levels. The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, while the second floor boasts a large panoramic living area that opens onto a circular terrace offering 360-degree views. Outdoors, a second kitchen with a dining area and bathroom allows for full enjoyment of the outdoor spaces, perfect for socializing, relaxing, and savoring Mediterranean scents.
The garden, abundant with prickly pears, eucalyptus, oleanders, and typical Mediterranean scrub plants, is traversed by a path that leads directly to two coves below, where the sea takes on shades of green and turquoise.
