It can be reached from the South exit of the highway in just three minutes.

I chose this B&B after reading the excellent reviews and I can only confirm them. Spacious and very clean room, abundant breakfast with freshly baked tarts and brioches and much more, very convenient location to reach the Courthouse. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

A wonderful stay in this B&B, the location is a bit far from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood with good access to the supermarket and free parking space. The host is very friendly and provides information for traveling around. The rooms are clean, and with nice interior design. Highly recommended when visiting Cosenza.

Great staying in this superb structure. Extremely clean and with a rustic but luxurious feeling. Hosts very helpful and friendly. We'll surely come back to visit the B&B Tribunale.

A very welcoming and hospitable structure. The owners are wonderful with their kindness in welcoming guests. The breakfast is genuine and very abundant, not to mention the very well-kept and tasteful location. Highly recommended for those staying in Cosenza. I always come back with immense pleasure from Puglia.

Gestori gentili e disponibili.
Comodissimo riguardo la posizione (a soli 300 metri dal tribunale, mia meta, e a pochi minuti dall'autostrada).
Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccezionale.
Consigliatissimo a chi vuole soggiornare sentendosi davvero a casa.

Very kind and friendly hosts and beautiful rooms with delicious cakes for breakfast made by the Signora. Also to mention that Cosenza is definitely worse visiting and a trip to the Sila National Park is a must!

Sono stata ospite del b&b varie volte, il mio giudizio complessivo è assolutamente eccellente. È situato in una posizione centralissima, vicino al tribunale, da cui è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti tanto il centro storico della citta quanto il corso, nonche la zona universitaria di rende. È vicinissimo allo svincolo dell'autostrada, per chi come me viene da fuori Cosenza. Non ci sono problemi di parcheggio perche è possibile parcheggiare all'esterno del b&b e all'occorrenza anche all'interno del parcheggio privato. Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti, perfettamente arredate in ogni minimo particolare, sono dotate di tv con schermo piatto, radio, ecc il bagno è funzionalissimo e completo di tutti i servizi da bagno (asciugamani, saponi, asciugacapelli professionale), le stanze sono molto autonome e non ci sono problemi per dormire perche sono assolutamente silenziose. Il b&b è strutturato a mò di albergo, la pulizia è ottima. Sullo stesso piano delle camere c'è una stanza dotata di frigorifero che il cliente puo utilizzare e nel quale i gestori mettono bevande e cibo a disposizione del clt. Una delle cose piu belle è la colazione: viene servita in questa stanza oppure laddove lo permettano le condizioni metereologiche sulla magnifica terrazza al piano di sotto. La colazione è abbondantissima, è di tipo continentale e viene servita all'orario che il cliente indica. I proprietari offrono anche durante la giornata varie cose come frutta, dolci, e quant'altro. Un ultimo cenno sui gestori: delle persone di una gentilezza ed educazione impeccabile, cordiali, alla mano e sempre disponibili per qualunque richiesta. È un posto che merita assolutamente la lode ed ecco perche ci torno ogni qualvolta ho necessita di alloggiare a Cosenza.
