An excellent bed and breakfast to spend relaxing and comfortable moments. It is located a few kilometers from the Cosenza Nord exit. Beautiful panoramic location and immersed in the historic center. Nearby there is a very good pizzeria. The bed and breakfast is very clean and well-kept. The sea is about 25 kilometers away. Worth coming back!

Ottimo soggiorno. La proprietaria è gentilissima e la pulizia di camere e bagno perfetta.
La collocazione del B&B è molto comoda per chi, per motivi di studio o lavoro, deve rimanere nei paraggi. Unico neo la mancanza di ascensore, ma a chi ha problemi a far le scale, la signora Bina (la proprietaria) va incontro servendo la colazione in camera.

Grazie Nadia abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio, la bellezza del dislivello (caratteristica insieme al panorama montano molto apprezzata da tutti i nostri ospiti) che caratterizza la struttura che sebbene molto grande,è comunque un'unica unità immobiliare per cui considerare un'ascensore, risulta abbastanza dispendioso. Essendoci stanze anche al piano terra non ne avvertiamo la necessità. Grazie di averci scelti, e speriamo di poterLe venire incontro ogni volta che vorrà, cordiali saluti.

Ho soggiornato nel B&B per 4 notti con mia moglie durante le vacanze.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, molto accogliente e pulitissimo. La titolare della struttura, Signora Bina, è stata eccezionale; molto ospitali e dava ottimi consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e tante altre cose. È da consigliare per chi vuole soggiornare al centro storico di Rende in Calabria (20 km dal mare e dalla montagna) in un ambiente tranquillo e nel contempo sentendosi a casa.

Devo dire che ho trascorso tre notti piacevoli in un posto molto tranquillo. Il B&B è ubicato in collina nell'area del centro storico che merita di essere visitato. Di notte il panorama è meraviglioso. Da veronese paragonerei questo luogo alle Torricelle, giusto per darvi un'idea; D Bina, gestore del B&B, come tutta la sua famiglia sono molto socievoli e disponibili nel dare informazioni su Rende e dintorni. Buonissima anche la marmellata fatta in casa: D alla prossima!

Cordialità, disponibilità e pulizia sono sinonimi della struttura e della proprietaria, anche se abbiamo pernottato una sola notte sembrava di essere a casa.

Ho pernottato con la mia famiglia per una notte, ma ho apprezzato la cortesia del gestore che ci ha accolto "fuori orario".
La pulizia impeccabile, con le lenzuola fresche di bucato.
È una struttura che si trova in collina a pochi chilometri dall'autostrada. Si è rivelato un luogo delizioso per sostare e rifocillarsi e per interrompere il lungo viaggio per raggiungere la meta delle nostre vacanze.

L'ospitalità è stata eccezionale, oltre a ciò la pulizia della stanza è stata impeccabile quella del bagno ancor di più. Sono rimasto incantato dal panorama mozzafiato che ho potuto ammirare dalla mia stanza. Mi è stata offerta una buona colazione in una tavernetta con un ambiente rilassante e famigliare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
