Description

New and comfortable B&B located in Roseto Capo Spulico, three minutes from the sea and three dl historic center.

The rooms are equipped with private bathroom, color TV, air conditioning, wi-fi.

In the morning there is the possibility to have breakfast in an outdoor terrace, overlooking the sea where you can taste traditional sweets Rosetani and fresh fruit from our farm.

The environment is quiet and peaceful and this will make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

Delicious and clean room with a stunning view. Exquisite breakfast with homemade cakes and pies. Maria Teresa, who manages the property, is kind and helpful. The only 10 I didn't give is for the location just because of the last 2 km of unpaved road but still passable to reach the Masseria.

It is already the second year that we come to this property, splendidly managed by Emilia and Rocco. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the view from the balconies is splendid, the sea is a 3-minute drive away, and the owners are very kind. Mrs. Emilia prepares exceptional pies.

Wonderful house decorated with taste and care, clean even in the smallest details. It should be noted the comfortable shower for oversize (out of size). Mrs. Emilia is a perfect kind and helpful host, and very good at preparing wonderful, fabulous, sweet pies to devour. It should only be specified that the three minutes from the center and the sea are by car.

Forget about Bed and Breakfast, it's a 4-star hotel in every respect, tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. We already miss the kindness, advice, and pies of Mrs. Emilia, as well as the stunning sea of Roseto and its organized events. We will definitely come back.

The managers of this beautiful Bed and Breakfast are truly helpful, kind, and caring. They also recommended places to visit and local eateries. The service is impeccable, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Everything is brand new! The location of the Bed and Breakfast is excellent for visiting Roseto and the surrounding areas. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, not far from the sea. We chose this accommodation because from the photos it seemed very welcoming and indeed, upon arrival, it was just as we had imagined. Abundant breakfasts, with homemade tarts by Mrs. Emilia, truly excellent. Highly recommended, we felt at home. Overall, a pleasant stay and a very positive judgment on the structure. Absolutely worth trying!

Welcomed by a familiar and very comfortable environment by attentive hosts, available for every request, pleasant and capable of making us feel at home. They advised us on local places and events that we were fully satisfied with. Clean rooms furnished with taste. Excellent and plentiful breakfast to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea. Ideal for spending a few days in complete relaxation and in contact with nature. Breathtaking panorama and dreamy beaches. Fantastic experience to relive and recommend to take a break from the routine.

Forget about B&B, a 4-star hotel. The structure is beautiful, spacious and very clean rooms, large terraces and balconies to admire the stunning sea view of Roseto. The owner Emilia, besides preparing excellent pies, is always available and very friendly! Highly recommended!
