Description
My property is a special place, once a hotel-restaurant run by my parents, where I grew up. Today, I offer hospitality in my apartment attached to the building. I have transformed all the rooms into independent spaces, renovating them to ensure maximum comfort: bathrooms, air conditioning, television, and refrigerator. My guests will immediately feel at ease, as they are in the heart of the city, just steps away from both the main avenue and the sea. I realize that they feel serene and immediately become part of the family, which makes me happy. They know they can count on me for any need, and thanks to the restaurant, I can delight them with my best specialties, satisfying even the most demanding palates. Undoubtedly, the main advantage of the location of my B&B is its strength. Additionally, the friendliness, attention to the cleanliness of the rooms and provided linen, as well as a delicious breakfast, make my property truly special. I always strive to improve with small and constant renovations, to make my guests' stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La struttura gode di un BISTROT a base di pesce, pertanto si può effettuare pensione completa o mezza. Inoltre si gode di una convenzione del 20% con il lido Garden a 30 m. dalla struttura ( es. 1 ombrellone + 2 lettini euro 10,00 ). Si organizzano escursioni in barca, visita all'isola di Dino, battute di pesca anche notturne con il sig. Ennio il quale anche titolare del lido Le Gorgonie a circa 50 m. dalla struttura. Tanti sono i contatti con operatori della zona per praticare vari sport.

Hello, I'm Rosalba, the owner of this establishment. Raised in a family of passionate hoteliers and restaurateurs, I have inherited my mother's love for traditional and quality cuisine. Since I was a child, I have always wanted to welcome new people and make them feel part of our establishment. I love my country and enjoy sharing with our guests the most beautiful places to visit, such as the Madonna della Grotta sanctuary, located right in front of the establishment. I can only recommend the Di Dino island, famous for its spectacular caves, and the medieval historic center of Aieta, elected "The Most Beautiful Village in Italy", where tradition is still alive today.

Porto di Mare is located in the central part of the village between the avenue and the waterfront in distance walked from the station.

The main seaside attraction is the Dino Island, in the Fiuzzi district. An island very close to the coast that hides in her womb three caves: Cave Lion, the Blue Grotto and the Cave of the Falls.

The historic center of Praia a Mare is Aieta, a medieval town famous for its castle of the sixth century, where visitors can taste the flavors of an ancient culture.

Moving north to just 15 km there's Maratea, an ancient village famous for its Christ as well as the coast, the marina, and a dynamic nightlife.

The town of Diamante is just as close. Although it has become known thanks to the "Festival of Chili" also stands for public art and murals hidden in the alleys.

Very pleasant stay as the property is cozy and clean and is located a short walk from the sea, the center, and the train station, all easily reachable on foot. The room was not very spacious but perfect for two people. Very kind and helpful owner.

Ospitalità, gentilezza e cortesia la signora disponibilissima su tutto e ci ha fatti sentire come a casa. Ci ritorneremo l'anno prossimo magari qualche giorno in più.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend, grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari della struttura che gestiscono anche il ristorante omonimo, dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato egregiamente durante il soggiorno. Tre giorni di assoluto relax, a due passi dl mare, per i quali ringraziamo la signora Rosalba, suo marito e lo chef Angelo che ci deliziato con le sue pietanze di mare. Speriamo di tornare presto.

La posizione del B&B è assolutamente perfetta, sia per quanto riguarda il mare sia per il passeggio serale. La stanza piccola ma confortevole in tutto, ambiente tranquillo e gestori gentili!

Accoglienza ottima, mangiare ottimo di qualità, molto leggero, ristoratrice dolce ospitale! Unico difetto, troppo coccolati! Qualità prezzo un po' troppo basso! Grazie ancora anche a Gianni (ristoratore) che ci ha fatte sentire come a casa. Ci ritornerei subito.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti. Note positive: situato sul corso principale e a 50 metri dal lungo mare, economico (perché è Aprile), gestori molto gentili e disponibili ma credo dovrebbero passare la gestione a qualcuno di più giovane e intraprendente, senza offesa per nessuno. Note negative: eravamo in 3 in una stanza che era un buco e potevamo a malapena muoverci, scarsa igiene (probabilmente era stata data una pulita al volo essendo inizio stagione, ho provveduto io a pulire comodini e tavolino con salviette igienizzanti ed èvenuto fuori il nero), gestori di una certa età che dimenticavano nel giro di qualche minuto la più piccola richiesta. Un peccato perché con una maggiore attenzione potrebbero fare di meglio..

La struttura è a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal corso principale di Praia a Mare, i gestori sono molto gentili, ottima la colazione. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e di bagno privato. Mi sono trovato molto bene in questa struttura, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Posto centralissimo e nello stesso tempo a due passi dalla spiaggia, accoglienza buona, locale pulito, la struttura andrebbe migliorata essendo piano terra si avverte un pò di senso di umido.

Siamo stati molto bene, la struttura è posizionata al centro di praia a mare e a 2 passi dal mare..la colazione buona e abbondante. I gestori sono molto cordiali, l'arredamento andrebbe rinnovato un po ma abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza.

Altamente Raccomandato. Ideale per chi ha bisogno di una vacanza tranquilla e in completo relax. La struttura è molto vicina al mare e a due passi dal centro. I proprietari ed il personale sono gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione.

Ottima struttura per chi vuole essere a due passi dal mare ma al tempo stesso al centro di Praia. La nostra camera era confortevole, spaziosa e dotata di bagno comodo e funzionale. Ottima e abbondante la colazione servita nel ristorante annesso al B&B. Un cenno doveroso va alle due persone che gestiscono la struttura, ovvero Gianni e Rosalba, persone di una disponibilità e gentilezza unica.
