Lovely the Belvedere room with a sea theme. We were welcomed with a chocolate on the towels and a splendid sea view. The owners are very polite.

We stayed at this Magna Grecia B&B for a couple of nights. The structure is nice, well-maintained. The room is equipped with everything. The owners are very hospitable and kind, courtesy is always present. Good breakfast. The rooms are clean. A characteristic place, immersed in tranquility, perfect for a walk in the seaside area. Quiet place, perfect for those who want to disconnect from the daily routine. Equipped with private parking. I recommend it without hesitation.

La posizione della struttura è abbastanza vicina al centro della città, vicinissima al lungomare. Il punto debole, come già evidenziato da altre recensioni, resta la colazione, che viene fatta su un tavolinetto all'interno della camera o al massimo sul terrazzo antistante, basata su prodotti preconfezionati, a parte un dolcetto fatto in casa che i gestori offrono.
Niente da dire sulla gestione, portata avanti da persone gentilissime e corrette.
La camera dove ho soggiornato era abbastanza spaziosa, un pò troppo piena di fronzoli, ma sono solo gusti personali. Bagno enorme e pulitissimo. Parcheggio privato. Comunque se siete alla ricerca di una sistemazione a prezzo vantaggioso potete sceglierla senza problemi.

La struttura è bella, immersa nel verde, molto pulita. Se devo trovare un difetto è la colazione che devi farti da solo ed è veramente triste l'angusto angolo all'interno dove consumarla. Manca un posto dove poter stendere i costumi bagnati e gli asciugamani del mare.

Per quanto riguarda gli abiti da asciugare, mettiamo a disposizione stendini che possono essere posizionati nel giardino o a lato del parcheggio interno recintato. Buona serata.

Cordiali, gentili, camera pulitissima, giardino esterno super curato attrezzato per tutte le esigenze, con giochi per i bimbi, gazebo per sostare e rilassarsi; colazione ottima, ogni mattina avevamo due grandi fette di torte fatte in casa; location silenziosa insomma mi auguro di cuore di poter ritornare per molti più giorni.

Come si evince dalla votazione espressa, la mia esperienza presso questa struttura è stata ottima. I proprietari estremamente gentili. Si sono premurati di farmi trovare per colazione prodotti adatti alle mie gravi intolleranze alimentari. Ho apprezzato moltissimo anche la pulizia. Ci hanno aspettato fino a tardi in quanto ci eravamo persi. Il contesto è molto carino e curato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Molto bello. Vicino al centro e agli stabilimenti balneari, lontano dal rumore della movida notturna e con parcheggio. La piscina e la vista mare sono il valore aggiunto. Adattissimo a famiglie. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e accogliente. Lo consiglio.

Ci siamo state per 4 giorni e posso veramente consigliare questo B&B.
Le stanze sono accoglienti, i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili e il giardino, dove si può mangiare e rilassare, è un sogno. Molto particolare e buona è la torta per la colazione.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana presso questa struttura ed abbiamo potuto apprezzare la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Antonella e Franco, i gestori. Già solo per le torte a colazione, rigorosamente fatte in casa, vale la pena di trascorrere una vacanza al Magna Grecia, senza dimenticare l'ampia scelta di frutta fresca e di cornetti e merendine. Le stanza molto bella e spaziosa, spicca per la pulizia e gli arredi coordinati con gusto. L'ampio giardino è molto curato ed ombreggiato. La struttura è posizionata poco distante dal mare e pur essendo in una zona molto tranquilla dista poco più di un chilometro dal centro cittadino.

Ho alloggiato tre giorni presso la struttura e la consiglio a tutti. Location bellissima, praticamente affacciato sul mare, camera ampia e pulitissima, personale discreto e super gentile. Per non parlare poi del prezzo, assolutamente vantaggioso. Grazie ancora alla signora Antonella per la gentilezza e ospitalità, il voto non può che essere 10 e lode.

Consigliato, consigliato, consigliato.
Ci siamo trovati come a casa, un'accoglienza veramente ottima, posizione praticamente sul mare, anche se, vista la zona, è bello girare e visitare le belle spiagge che troverete nei dintorni (Crotone-Isola di Capo Rizzuto-Le Castella, ecc.).
La famiglia che gestisce questo B&B è molto gentile e disponibile, ambienti sempre puliti, parcheggio privato, giardino attrezzato. Bellissima vacanza.
