Just 100 metres from the Terme Luigiane thermal SPA centre, Luigiane B&B offers a free shuttle service to the beach 1. 5 km away. All rooms are air conditioned and offer a TV and private bathroom. The restaurant offers Calabrian specialities with different dishes every day. Guests will also find a peaceful garden with tables and chairs and free Wi-Fi access in public areas. The complex is with private and free parking-area, this accommodation is only 100 metres from the thermal baths and thermal wimming pool (SPA) and therefore makes it ideal for those visitors who wish to relax in a convenient environment surrounded by tree lined paths and natural surroundings.

Every morning, you will have at your disposal a buffet offering packaged cookies, rusks, fruit juices, milk, American-style coffee, espresso coffee, barley, tea, fruit, homemade cookies, donuts, and fresh pies prepared by my wife Simona.

The Luigiane Thermal Baths are the oldest and most renowned spa in the entire region. Already known to the Romans, its waters have internationally recognized healing properties. Nestled between the municipalities of Acquappesa and Guardia Piemontese, they contribute to enriching the uniqueness of the place.
Guardia Piemontese (an ethnic-linguistic minority), in fact, is the only Occitan community in Calabria. Paola, which is only 11 km away, is the birthplace of St. Francis (of Paola), a saint and founder of the Order of Minims. The sea and the mountains, finally, envelop this wonderful corner of Calabria like a cloak.

Struttura con alcune zone a rustico ma nel complesso tenuta bene e in ordine.
La pulizia della stanza è ineccepibile e i letti sono molto comodi. Il televisore della nostra stanza di vecchia generazione con la lista canali incompleta, nel resto del B&B non saprei, tuttavia a questo si sopperisce nei locali adibiti a ristorante dove sono posizionati diversi televisori, mentre all'esterno, sotto il porticato, c'è addirittura un mega schermo ricavato da un video proiettore.
Tornando alla stanza l'unica pecca è una tenda oscurante d'avanti alla finestra che ne appesantisce l'aspetto e non sostituisce completamente una tapparella o una persiana meglio ancora se compete di zanzariera.
Si gode di un bellissimo panorama sui monti calabresi dalla finestra che dà su un grande terrazzo, che se adeguatamente coperto, in futuro potrebbe essere una location ideale a cenette o colazioni rigeneranti.
Abbiamo usufruito della cena e bisogna dire che il costo è alquanto contenuto (15 euro)
Il posto essendo a vocazione di turismo termale, non offre un menù molto vario e le poche pietanze a disposizione erano perlopiù adatte ai signori più anziani ospiti della struttura.
La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con una macchine da caffè più efficace, e arricchita con crostate e ciambelle di qualità, le confezioni di fette biscottate e le porzioni di marmellate di marca scadente.
In generale giudicherei la struttura ottima per la posizione e la tranquillità ma migliorabile per quanto riguarda il vitto, magari modificando leggermente i prezzi.
Ottima la cordialità e gentilezza dei titolari.

Gestori cordiali e estremamente disponibili. Struttura con parcheggio vicinissima alle terme, raggiungibili anche a piedi: solo gli esterni sono in fase di ammodernamento e questo la penalizza al primo impatto visivo. La cucina é di buona qualità ed il servizio molto attento. Torneremo con piacere.
