Description
This is a newly built structure that is part of a small building with only 3 floors and 6 apartments. It is well positioned, just 100 meters from the seafront of Catanzaro Lido, 100 meters from the small marina, and 150 meters from the beach. There is a large public parking area available. All rooms have a private bathroom, a 32" smart TV connected to the internet, bathrooms with a bathtub or shower, and a shared kitchen.
The B&B has air conditioning in every room, including the kitchen/dining area, and centralized heating. It is located on the second floor, and all rooms have large balconies, with 3 facing the sea and only one facing the internal courtyard, where however, a glimpse of the sea can be seen. There are mosquito nets and double-glazed windows.

Mediterranean breakfast with sweets. There is a professional coffee machine and two-group capuccino, espresso coffee, semi-skimmed milk, single-serving croissants in different flavors, single-serving jams in 3 flavors, honey, single-serving rusks, fresh fruit, juicer, 3 types of cereals, shortbread yoghurt of different flavors and fruit juices, at least two types. on request in high season it is also possible to have a savory breakfast. there are often homemade desserts.

Located near the city port, at a distance of 100 meters from the seafront, there is the Giovino pine forest nearby where sports and picnics can be enjoyed. Within a few hundred meters, there are several supermarkets, and just 400 meters away is the Giovino community pool, which has 8 Olympic-sized lanes. There are also dozens of restaurants and pubs in the vicinity.

Grazie per la recenzione e certo però che dare 6 ad una colazione come la nostra c'è da avere coraggio: Caffè espresso, latte, yougrt almeno 6/7 gusti, 3 tipi di succhi di frutta, biscotti frollini, 5 gusti di cornetti imbustati, fette biscottate integrati, fette biscottate classiche, marmellate (4 gusti), miele, cereali base, cereali al cioccolato, cereali con nocciole e cioccolato, tisane, the e camomilla, sarebbe simpatico chiedere al cliente che cosa mancava!
