It is located in a strategic and convenient position for all types of travel in the area and in the region; it is situated in Sant'Eufemia, a fraction of Lamezia Terme very close to the sea in the Gulf of Lamezia, in an area known for its waters and spas: the Terme di Caronte and in a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value and very famous tourist resorts.

It is a structure designed with taste, refinement and a love of detail; it is independent and private and is located within a private, fenced and lit courtyard. It consists of two small flats, equipped with kitchen, complete equipment, etc. . very useful for longer stays, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two or three single beds. The lodgings are all very well-maintained, clean and safe, and offer peace of mind and adaptability.
