It is located in a strategic and convenient position for all types of travel in the area and in the region; it is situated in Sant'Eufemia, a fraction of Lamezia Terme very close to the sea in the Gulf of Lamezia, in an area known for its waters and spas: the Terme di Caronte and in a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value and very famous tourist resorts.
