We received a very enthusiastic welcome from the owner. However, the hotel is inaccessible via the historic center due to the narrow streets. A new road has solved this problem, but there was still no new signage showing how to get there. The stay was good and simple. The host was friendly and patient but only spoke Italian. The biggest problem, however, was the payment for the stay. During the transaction, the payment terminal malfunctioned due to a bad connection. According to our bank information, there was a "reservation," but according to the owner, nothing had been paid. When we asked to wait until the next day (as the bank advised), the situation went from bad to worse. We were reproached for wanting a free vacation and so on. The next day, there was still no change. We did not want to wait any longer for the reproaches and paid a second time with our Mastercard, but it was unsuccessful. A third payment with our credit card was also reportedly unsuccessful, until he suddenly produced a new payment terminal and the payment went through immediately. Meanwhile, we had a bad feeling about the situation. Why didn't the host use the correct payment terminal the first time?

The structure is beautiful, very clean, and with an abundant breakfast. We had dinner and everything was very good, the kitchen is a fairy tale. The structure is very clean. The room was not the best (attic) with some imperfections but all in all we were very well. The view is stunning, the owner is welcoming and sociable.

Very bad experience after booking a month ago we found a room with outdated furniture and an unbearable smell of mold. The manager of the facility we urged offered us another room in worse conditions than the first one with: shower plate in the middle of the bathroom, dirty chairs, stained and unusable by human beings. Lastly, broken air conditioner. For fairness, I also mention the arrogance of the manager. We left the facility in a hurry... we recommend you to stay away from this hell hole.
