Description

The Attico is a charming 65 square meter apartment located on the second floor of a villa with direct access to the sea. Its panoramic veranda, covering 50 square meters, offers breathtaking views of Sicily and Mount Etna, while the balcony towards the hill allows you to admire the splendid surrounding panorama. The apartment consists of a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an air-conditioned double bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 people. You will find a TV, a washing machine, wifi, a table on the veranda, a barbecue, and a hairdryer. You can park your car inside the villa, which is protected by an automatic gate. Nearby, there are restaurants, a pizzeria, and an ice cream parlor. In town, you will have every convenience at your disposal, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and the train station. During the summer, you can choose between a free beach or a fully equipped beach to enjoy the sun and the sea.

Great place super clean nothing is missing, it also has a nice well-kept garden. Breakfast moment outside with the delicious pie in the company of Mrs. Luciana competent, informed, helpful, attentive to details and an excellent host.

Cleanliness, kindness, and availability. The structure is truly a little oasis, I am truly fascinated by the intelligence and empathy with which it is managed. The breakfast, with homemade tart, garden strawberries, tasty cherries, and more, was enjoyable. The apartment available, equipped with everything that could be needed. Well done.

Fantastic place, absolute privacy, absolute cleanliness, fresh and invigorating, with spaces for everything. It's like having your own home, with both outdoors for laundry and indoors for every kind of activity. The external terrace and garden are invaluable for morning gymnastics and stretching or for a pipe smoke in the evening. Perfect place, perfect privacy, perfect house and patio to rest in the evenings or do yoga in the early morning. Total privacy, total cleanliness, total quality, a great deal. They care so much first of all for cleaning, quality, and privacy. And with a hundred steps you are on the quiet beach. These guys, Luciana and Leonardo, are simply perfect! I highly recommend! My husband and I have been to this property for the second time and we are coming back for the third time, we definitely like it a lot! It is quiet, very clean and with a beautiful view. It has direct access to the beach, and the owners are delightful! But the highlight is the very rich breakfast, Mrs. Luciana makes delicious cakes! Highly recommended!

Friendliness, cleanliness, and availability are the calling card for the owners of La Piccola Oasi. Excellent location with a sea view and Mount Etna in the background. Homemade sweets with their own production jam. In the immediate vicinity of La Piccola Oasi, there are many historical sites to visit. Wonderful and well-maintained property, worth returning to.

If you are looking for a place to stay in total relaxation, this is the place for you! B&B La Piccola Oasi is truly a paradise for nature lovers, sea enthusiasts, and tranquility. Spacious and clean apartments, equipped with every comfort, and a sea view terrace that truly leaves you speechless! The owners are two exceptional people, kind and super helpful. Even the breakfast prepared by Luciana is something exceptional, made exclusively with top quality ingredients from her harvest. Plus, just a stone's throw from the sea! Well, what can I say, thank you for making my work trip a beautiful relaxing experience, just what I needed, I hope to come back soon!

Magnificent place, beautifully furnished apartment, terrace facing the sea with breathtaking views of the strait and Mount Etna! Upon our arrival, we found fresh water in the fridge and a freshly baked tart. Breakfast is a must, every day they prepared a different cake, pancakes with jam and fresh fruit, mostly from their own production. A fabulous stay, I will definitely come back, but next time for at least a week.

Excellent welcome and availability from the owners. The first day they even had the kindness to offer us breakfast. Structure equipped with all the amenities, very close to the sea. The stay inside the structure was so pleasant that at the end of the holiday I would have wanted to stay there.

Ho visto le foto della struttura prima di soggiornarvi e devo dire che non le rendono giustizia. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti della pulizia dell'arredo, del bellissimo terrazzino con vista mare dove di può fare colazione in quanto dotato di un grandissimo tavolo e due sdraio per i momenti di relax. I gestori sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno aspettato nonostante le nostre due ore di ritardo e anche se la colazione non era compresa ci hanno fatto trovare una torta fresca di giornata. Sicuramente ritorneremo. Grazie di tutto.

Tre giorni di completo relax in appartamenti ben curati, puliti, immersi nel verde, una struttura da favola ben tenuta dalla signora Luciana la quale si è comportata in modo perfetto nei nostri confronti, mettendoci a nostro agio, offrendoci massima disponibilità, autonomia e anche i prodotti del suo orto, sicuramente esperienza da ripetersi anche per il mare incontaminato della favolosa costa dei gelsomini. Appena tornato da due settimane di vacanze in questa meravigliosa struttura! Che dire, Luciana e Leonardo sono due persone splendide, di una gentilezza ed ospitalità difficili da trovare, ho soggiornato nell'attico da cui si può usufruire di una terrazza con una vista mozzafiato, la pulizia non ha eguali si può tranquillamente mangiare per terra! ho apprezzato la possibilità di usufruire dell'orto per raccoglie frutta e ortaggi di stagione. Si trova a circa 15 km da Reggio che è una bellissima città. Mare limpido e pulito a 100 mt e tante spiagge nelle vicinanze. Sicuramente tornerò a trovarli, un abbraccio Renato.

Sono tre anni che soggiorno una settimana nel B&B di Luciana e Leonardo assieme a delle care amiche. Una settimana splendida in buona compagnia, ottimo cibo e un mare e posti da visitare splendidi. Che dire dell'accoglienza: Ottima. Cosa si può chiedere di più da una vacanza.

Sono 2 anni che siamo andati in vacanza alla Piccola Oasi e devo dire che è proprio un piccolo paradiso con una vista spettacolare dello Stretto dalla terrazza. I gestori sono gentili e molto cordiali mettendoti veramente a tuo agio, devo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. L'appartamento è comodo, pulito e dotato della lavatrice che non è poco.

Ho soggiornato diverse volte in questo B&B con la mia famiglia, ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo sia quando i bambini erano piccoli sia ora che sono adolescenti, e vengono sempre volentieri. Il posto è silenzioso, c’è molto verde, gli appartamenti puliti e curati nei minimi dettagli, tanto da farci sentire a “casa nostra”, non manca davvero nulla. Inoltre l’attico offre una spettacolare vista sul mare ed in lontananza l’Etna. La zona è sempre ventilata, c’è una piacevole brezza che non fa mai soffrire il caldo. Il mare, bellissimo, si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. I proprietari, due persone squisite di una disponibilità e gentilezza unica, molto preparati sui luoghi da visitare e sulle bellezze del posto, pronti a consigliare escursioni, ristoranti ed eventi in programma, si mettono a disposizione per ogni ulteriore ed eventuale esigenza dei propri clienti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità e prezzo. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Tutto mi sarei aspettato tranne di trovarmi a soggiornare in una Reggia Calabrese. Davvero la migliore che io abbia mai trovato fin ad ora. Gentilezza, cortesia ed educazione sono gli elementi principali che distinguono lo staff di gestione. Rapporto qualità prezzo credo sia imbattibile. Sono rimasto davvero contento a breve ci ritornerò. Grazie di tutto.

The property and the hosts were an ideal match for my personality. I was virtually adopted into the family, and although we had a language barrier the hosts were very good at explaining things in simpler terms for me, so my Italian improved quite a bit during this short stay. It's a good location to base out of for cycling day-trips.
