Description

The Attico is a charming 65 square meter apartment located on the second floor of a villa with direct access to the sea. Its panoramic veranda, covering 50 square meters, offers breathtaking views of Sicily and Mount Etna, while the balcony towards the hill allows you to admire the splendid surrounding panorama. The apartment consists of a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an air-conditioned double bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 people. You will find a TV, a washing machine, wifi, a table on the veranda, a barbecue, and a hairdryer. You can park your car inside the villa, which is protected by an automatic gate. Nearby, there are restaurants, a pizzeria, and an ice cream parlor. In town, you will have every convenience at your disposal, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and the train station. During the summer, you can choose between a free beach or a fully equipped beach to enjoy the sun and the sea.

We cannot stop raving about it. Anyone who does not spend a vacation with Luciana and Leonardo has definitely missed something wonderful! These hosts are angels! The apartment has everything you need and much more. You are welcomed with cake, coffee, tea, water, etc. The view and the terrace are simply magnificent, you sleep heavenly in the bed, and the breakfast... (we gained 3 kg :-). No matter what problem you have, it will be solved by the two hosts. A big thank you to you, we will definitely come back!!! If we could, we would give an even higher rating. It is definitely advisable to make the first arrival via Google Maps through the underpass, then stay right slowly and turn into the small alley. At the end of the alley, you will find on the right side the entrance to La Piccola Oasi - or Leonardo is standing on the main road welcoming with a name sign and pointing the way - just like it happened to us.

Great place super clean nothing is missing, it also has a nice well-kept garden. Breakfast moment outside with the delicious pie in the company of Mrs. Luciana competent, informed, helpful, attentive to details and an excellent host.

Cleanliness, kindness, and availability. The structure is truly a little oasis, I am truly fascinated by the intelligence and empathy with which it is managed. The breakfast, with homemade tart, garden strawberries, tasty cherries, and more, was enjoyable. The apartment available, equipped with everything that could be needed. Well done.

Fantastic place, absolute privacy, absolute cleanliness, fresh and invigorating, with spaces for everything. It's like having your own home, with both outdoors for laundry and indoors for every kind of activity. The external terrace and garden are invaluable for morning gymnastics and stretching or for a pipe smoke in the evening. Perfect place, perfect privacy, perfect house and patio to rest in the evenings or do yoga in the early morning. Total privacy, total cleanliness, total quality, a great deal. They care so much first of all for cleaning, quality, and privacy. And with a hundred steps you are on the quiet beach. These guys, Luciana and Leonardo, are simply perfect! I highly recommend! My husband and I have been to this property for the second time and we are coming back for the third time, we definitely like it a lot! It is quiet, very clean and with a beautiful view. It has direct access to the beach, and the owners are delightful! But the highlight is the very rich breakfast, Mrs. Luciana makes delicious cakes! Highly recommended!

Friendliness, cleanliness, and availability are the calling card for the owners of La Piccola Oasi. Excellent location with a sea view and Mount Etna in the background. Homemade sweets with their own production jam. In the immediate vicinity of La Piccola Oasi, there are many historical sites to visit. Wonderful and well-maintained property, worth returning to.

If you are looking for a place to stay in total relaxation, this is the place for you! B&B La Piccola Oasi is truly a paradise for nature lovers, sea enthusiasts, and tranquility. Spacious and clean apartments, equipped with every comfort, and a sea view terrace that truly leaves you speechless! The owners are two exceptional people, kind and super helpful. Even the breakfast prepared by Luciana is something exceptional, made exclusively with top quality ingredients from her harvest. Plus, just a stone's throw from the sea! Magnificent place, beautifully furnished apartment, terrace facing the sea with breathtaking views of the strait and Mount Etna! Upon our arrival, we found fresh water in the fridge and a freshly baked tart. Breakfast is a must, every day they prepared a different cake, pancakes with jam and fresh fruit, mostly from their own production. A fabulous stay, I will definitely come back, but next time for at least a week.

Excellent welcome and availability from the owners. The first day they even had the kindness to offer us breakfast. Structure equipped with all the amenities, very close to the sea. The stay inside the structure was so pleasant that at the end of the holiday I would have wanted to stay there.

I saw the pictures of the property before staying there and I must say they don't do it justice. We were really pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture, the beautiful little terrace with sea view where you can have breakfast as it is equipped with a very large table and two sun loungers for relaxing moments. The managers were very helpful and waited for us despite our two-hour delay, and even though breakfast was not included, they made us find a fresh cake of the day. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Three days of complete relaxation in well-kept, clean apartments, immersed in greenery, a fabulous structure well maintained by Mrs. Luciana who behaved perfectly towards us, making us feel at ease, offering us maximum availability, autonomy and even the products from her garden, definitely an experience to be repeated also for the uncontaminated sea of the fabulous jasmine coast.

Just returned from two weeks of vacation in this wonderful resort! What can I say, Luciana and Leonardo are two splendid people, of a kindness and hospitality hard to find, I stayed in the attic from which you can enjoy a terrace with a breathtaking view, the cleanliness is unparalleled you can easily eat off the floor! I appreciated the possibility of using the vegetable garden to collect seasonal fruits and vegetables. It is located about 15 km from Reggio, which is a beautiful city. Clear and clean sea at 100 meters and many beaches nearby. I will definitely come back to visit them, a hug Renato.

We have been on vacation at La Piccola Oasi for two years and I must say that it is truly a small paradise with a spectacular view of the Strait from the terrace. The managers are kind and very welcoming, making you feel completely at ease. I must say that I felt like I was at home. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and equipped with a washing machine, which is not a small thing.

I have stayed several times in this bed and breakfast with my family. We have always found it great both when the children were small and now that they are teenagers, and they always come willingly. The place is quiet, there is a lot of greenery, the apartments are clean and taken care of in every detail, making us feel at 'home'. There is truly nothing missing. Furthermore, the attic offers a spectacular view of the sea and, in the distance, Mount Etna. The area is always breezy, there is a pleasant breeze that never makes you suffer from the heat. The beautiful sea can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The owners, two exquisite people with a unique availability and kindness, are very knowledgeable about the places to visit and the beauties of the area. They are ready to recommend excursions, restaurants, and events in the program and make themselves available for any further and possible needs of their customers. Excellent value for money. I recommend it to everyone.

I expected everything except to find myself staying in a Calabrian Royal Palace. It is truly the best I have ever found so far. The property and the hosts were an ideal match for my personality. I was virtually adopted into the family, and although we had a language barrier the hosts were very good at explaining things in simpler terms for me, so my Italian improved quite a bit during this short stay. It's a good location to base out of for cycling day-trips.
