Description
The recently built villa is inhabited by the owners all year round and offers a Bed and Breakfast service. The air-conditioned rooms and soundproofed windows ensure a comfortable sleep. The bathrooms, both exclusive to each room, are located next to the room. If you have pets it is necessary to notify before booking. Only cats and dogs are accepted, but exclusively of small size (such as Chihuahua). Medium and large sized dogs cannot be admitted.

Breakfast is prepared by owner Antonella and is often enriched with homemade desserts and seasonal fruits.

Outdoor spaces are available to guests and can be enjoyed especially on sunny days very frequent here in Southern Italy.

There is a Green corner with a lawn that is ideal for relaxing after the sea, especially in summer.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Hello, I'm Antonella. My job now is to take care of the house. My favorite pastime is sewing, I love cooking first and foremost, but also the new dishes of the modern kitchen. I like traveling and meeting new friends and this is the main reason that led me to start this experience. For this reason, you can find the structure temporarily closed, but upon your return, I will welcome you with pleasure.

Hello, I'm Rino, Antonella's husband. My main job is as a pharmacist, but at home I do the logistics and accounting of the B & B. My hobbies are photography, trekking and navigation. I also like traveling and in addition to traveling as a tourist, I often go to Africa to do the humanitarian volunteer. I am at your disposal for trekking and guided tours in Aspromonte.

The villa is located close to Condofuri beach, which is an ideal place for those who love a quiet beach vacation. The free beach allows you to enjoy the sea in complete freedom. If you prefer a equipped beach, you can move just over 500 meters to find one with all the comforts. In the surrounding area, there are opportunities for excursions for all needs, from tourist/cultural to those for experienced hikers. Additionally, Condofuri is the center of what is commonly known as the Grecanica Area, where you can still meet people who speak the Greek language.

The structure is practically on the sea. The owners are very kind and caring. The breakfast is complete and abundant. The environments are very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay and the treatment received. Structure definitely recommended.

La struttura è di nuovissima costruzione e a pochi metri dal mare. Il terrazzino si affaccia direttamente verso il mare creando un'atmosfera romantica e rilassante a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. La pulizia è impeccabile ovunque e in qualsiasi angolo dell'intera struttura. Le colazioni della padrona di casa sono a dir poco fantastiche, ricche di torte squisite. Insomma, Rino e Antonella, entrambi disponibili per ogni qualsiasi richiesta, sono straordinariamente unici e capaci di farti sentire subito a casa. Ritorneremo presto!
